        I paid the previous (nov) bill well before due date however i am, shocked to receive current months bills with previous dues of 11400. when i called the call centre they say give us transaction ID. i gave them the transaction details that i got in my bank statement, however this was not enough. they are saying you have to pay the full amount again else supply will be disconnected in next one week.

                      I made a Aircel recharge amount Rs. 149 through bill desk on 22/12/2015 with transaction number AP99123712371450749755661. The transaction was successfully done but not recharge was unsuccessful. After completing the transaction I got a note in the webpage like " Thank You. Your payment has been successfully received with the following details. Recharge(s) will be initiated on your Aircel number and you will receive an SMS confirmation shortly. The product benefits will be credited on your number in the next few minutes. Note: Next recharge on the same number can be initated after 2 minutes. In case your recharge(s) is unsuccessful, amount debited will be reversed within 5 working days. Please contact your bank for reversal of the debited amount." Already 5 working days also completed but my amount is not credited in my bank. I also made a call my bank customer care and they given payment id[protected] and bill reference id EICI[protected] for tracking the transaction. Please credit my account ASAP. Thank you

                            Hi I had tried making several payments on the following websites which have Billdesk as their payment gateway and unfortunately its gettting truncated with an authorisation failed message . We have tried making payments on : Idea, LIC premium payments, book my show, so on and so forth but all my transactions got declined even without reaching the authorisation space . I have used both American Express and a VISA card but both are facing concerns .
