          I paid my idea Prepaid bill of Rs 649 through BillDesk. The payment was successful and the amount debited from my STATE BANK OF INDIA account towards the bill payment.But idea has not got credited the amount yet and they reminded me again to pay the bill of Rs 649...i am paying two times but it was failed 2 times.                   I have used my debit card for an online form fill up of SUDIPTA ROY for the post of LDC at WEST BENGAL STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION's website- 'wbssc.gov.in' on 07/12/2015 at 1.39 p.m. The demanded fees including bank's charges of Rs. 225.73/- has been debited from my savings account[protected]CANARA BANK, CNRB0001712) immediately at the time of transaction and the debit message is still in my phone. But the COMMISSION's website on which the form fill up was going on shows the transaction failed and the form was not submitted. So I request to refund my money as the work was failed. Plz reply honestly. Bank's message- " Your account no XXXXXXXXX6614 is debited with Rs 225.73 on 07/12/2015 Towards POS withdrawal."(Bank's transaction No[protected]
