Dear Sir, I did a transaction from Corporation bank to SBI Collect via BillDesk portal. The amount of 13782.18 but the money didn't reach to SBI collect. My CorpBank statement read as CN[protected] Merchant Name:India Ideas OTC:ECRP[protected] . Please look into the matter asap and refund my amount.

                I made the below 2 transactions from ICICI BANK A/C for Emi payments.The payments were not successful but from my ICICI BANK A/C money is deducted processed the money to Bajaj Finance services loan account no #4050CD[protected]Washing Machine) & Hdfc bank loan account:[protected]Two wheeler loan). But again Bajaj finance services & Hdfc loan account is saying that they have not received any amounts for the below BILLDESK. Please help...

                To The Competent Authority Indian Consumer Complaints Sub : Wrongly debited from my BOB saving a/c vide a/c [protected] & "PGDR PAYU-www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:50:46 S Rs.2000/=" & PGDR PAYU-www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:54:40 S Rs.300/= Respected Sir/ Madam, I, Debapriya chattopadhyay, customer of Bank of Baroda, Haridevpur branch. I paid registration fee of West Bengal Staff Selection for my wife Anindwita Das through internet banking through billdesk of Rs.225.73/= on dtd 07/12/2015 but not refunded from billdesk. I made a complaint through email to billdesk accounts and west bengal staff selection commission. Then I made a complaint in consumer complaints : Indian consumer complaints forum on dtd 17/12/2015. Then Billdesk officer called me ondtd 18/12/2015 09.45 a.m. for refund of rs.225.73/=. He asked me for "United Bank Debit card no withount pin no for transfer refund amount. Then I gave him my United Bank Debit card no without pin no. Then He said that the money did not transfer and asked for another bank a/c. I gave him Bank of Baroda a/c. The he asked Bank of Baroda Debit no. I gave him Debit card no without pin no. the he asked me the amount of money. I said him Rs.2300/=. Then he debited the amounting of Rs.2000/= vide transaction no "PGDR PAYU -www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:50:46 S" and amounting of Rs.300/= vide transaction no "PGDR PAYU-www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:54:40 S". Kindly you to refund the amount amounting Rs.2000/= & 300/= to my saving a/c no [protected] IFC code BARBOHARIDE through NEFT.                                   I have used my debit card for an online form fill up of SUDIPTA ROY for the post of LDC at WEST BENGAL STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION's website- 'wbssc.gov.in' on 07/12/2015 at 1.39 p.m. The demanded fees including bank's charges of Rs. 225.73/- has been debited from my savings account[protected]CANARA BANK, CNRB0001712) immediately at the time of transaction and the debit message is still in my phone. But the COMMISSION's website on which the form fill up was going on shows the transaction failed and the form was not submitted. So I request to refund my money as the work was failed. Plz reply honestly. Bank's message- " Your account no XXXXXXXXX6614 is debited with Rs 225.73 on 07/12/2015 Towards POS withdrawal."(Bank's transaction No[protected]

Their rude behavior and tragic services has forced me to lodge a complaint.
