Sir, I ordered for a mobile phone on[protected], from Amazone portal for Rs.5549/- and amount debited from my Punjab National Bank SB A/C through internet banking( Ref No-BILLDESK/EPNB[protected]/[protected]/MOBILE PHONE ). But as Amazone didnt receive the payment, order ( ORDER NO[protected]) cancelled. Kindly make the refund at earliest possible. [protected]@gmail.com

    I fill the cpct form and payment through billdesk, But due to billdesk technical problem payment is deduct (RS 677.17) but not clear Tran id is (DSBI[protected] and DSBI[protected]). Amount is deduct as on 30.09.2015 and Both amount is received (RS 660) on dated 06.10.2015. In that amount 17+17 is not refunded why and if amount is not cleared then total amount is refunded by the billdesk but amount Receive only 660 RS. Please Remain 17+17 Rs is also refunded it's your problem and also payment is not clear.

On 28/09/15 and 29/09/15 amount of Rs.83, 500/= was illegally withdrawn through ECOM.When i went to the bank to know the details of transaction, i came to know that it was withdrawn through bill desk . So, i want you to help me in getting refund of my money.I was saving this money for my college fees .         Dear Sir, mera naam Narendra burman hai. maine 23/09/2015 ko CPCT exam ke liye application form fill kiya tha. mera user name 1033054 hai. par jab mene canara bank ke debit card se payment kiya to transaction unsuccessful bata raha hai jabki mere bank account se payment ho gayi hai and mujhe payment ki slip nahi mili hai. aur na hi mujhe mere paise return kiye gya hai. mene jab first baar payment kiya to payment unsuccessful bta rha tha aur fir mene jab dusari baar payment ki to bhi payment unsuccessful bta rha hai aur dono hi baar mere account se paise ka transaction ho chuka hai. Transation unsuccessful hone ki halat me mujhe meri money/payment vapis mil jani chahiye the jo abhi tak nahi mili. mene do baar ek hi form ke liye payment kiya tha jo CPCT website ke www.billdesk.com ke madhyam se hua tha. first payment : BILLDESK-22/09/2015 16:52:[protected] second payment : BILLDESK-22/09/2015 18:03:[protected] sir please mujhe meri payment return kar dijiye.

CPCT website ke www.billdesk.com ke madhyam se mene transaction kiya tha. Payment BILLDESK-01/10/2015 somthing 19:35 ko kiya. Apse request he ki aap mera payment refund kare.

                      Today on 23/09/2015 around 9:30 am, while filing the Application form for CAT exam 2015, I made the payment of Rs.808.66 by my debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India, to client IIM Ahmedabad, through billdesk which were deducted from my Union Bank of India account but the site showed Transaction failed. since the transaction failure was shown no transaction Id in particular appeared on screen.Kindly refund the same amount to my account.                           Billdesk - BSNL mobile recharge through BillDesk Portal
                          On22/9/2015, I tried to recharge my mobile (Mobile No. [protected]) in the BSNL webiste www.bsnl.in using BillDesk portal. The recharge amount was Rs. 220/- I opted for internet banking (ICICI Credit Card). The amount got deducted from my account but my mobile was not recharged even after waiting for nearly an hour. Today, the transaction history showed the transaction has failed. But the amount of Rs. 220/- deducted from my ICICI CREDIT CARD is not recredited to my account.Please arrange to recredit the amount Rs. 220/- back to my ICICI CREDIT CARD at the earliest.                             Hi, I tried to make a fee transaction using my CANARA bank DEBIT/ATM card for AIPGMEE exam 2016 on 16th September 2015 but it wasn't successful and it showed this message.                                       Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have a broadband connection of reliance and I paid my monthly charges online of Rs 630/- through myservices.relianceada.com which directed me to Billdesk as on 15th of September, 2015 and my bank account was debited with narration IBSM[protected]BILLDESKDOBC[protected] but payment was not received by Reliance in this regards and now 72 hours has been passed as on today i.e. 18th September, 2015 to the transaction yet my account was not credited again. So i request you that if payment has been made to Reliance then provide me acknowledgement so I can conveniently get through this situation and if not then I want to know in how much time my account will be credited again.
