    Billdesk - BSNL mobile recharge through BillDesk Portal
    On22/9/2015, I tried to recharge my mobile (Mobile No. [protected]) in the BSNL webiste www.bsnl.in using BillDesk portal. The recharge amount was Rs. 220/- I opted for internet banking (ICICI Credit Card). The amount got deducted from my account but my mobile was not recharged even after waiting for nearly an hour. Today, the transaction history showed the transaction has failed. But the amount of Rs. 220/- deducted from my ICICI CREDIT CARD is not recredited to my account.Please arrange to recredit the amount Rs. 220/- back to my ICICI CREDIT CARD at the earliest.       Hi, I tried to make a fee transaction using my CANARA bank DEBIT/ATM card for AIPGMEE exam 2016 on 16th September 2015 but it wasn't successful and it showed this message. "Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries." Also an amount of Rs3750 was deducted from my account.Money is not yet refunded back to my account . Please do the needful and please reply me at Email id [protected]@GMAIL.COM

        On18/9/2015, I tried to recharge my mobile (Mobile No. [protected]) in the BSNL webiste www.bsnl.in using BillDesk portal. The recharge amount was Rs. 110/- I opted for internet banking (State Bank of India). The amount got deducted from my account but my mobile was not recharged even after waiting for nearly an hour. Today, the transaction history showed the transaction has failed. But the amount of Rs. 110/- deducted from my State Bank of India account is not recredited to my account.               Hi, I am salman saleem from delhi, working as a creative head at skysafe studios. I made a Payment of Rs 5310/- to Bses through my credit card on 1 September 2015. While doing the payments, i got an error. Your transaction was declined. Please try again. Reason PME10007Invalid acquirer response. But i found that my money was debited through my Credit card, i thought it could be refunded by you guys in 3-4 working days.., but still after 15 days, my money is not Refunded.                 Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have a broadband connection of reliance and I paid my monthly charges online of Rs 630/- through myservices.relianceada.com which directed me to Billdesk as on 15th of September, 2015 and my bank account was debited with narration IBSM[protected]BILLDESKDOBC[protected] but payment was not received by Reliance in this regards and now 72 hours has been passed as on today i.e. 18th September, 2015 to the transaction yet my account was not credited again. So i request you that if payment has been made to Reliance then provide me acknowledgement so I can conveniently get through this situation and if not then I want to know in how much time my account will be credited again.                   Hello, I tried doing a recharge from website www.billdesk.com on a BSNL number but the transaction Failed at last minute. Also the Amount of Rs. 109 got deducted from the account. Please initiate the refund for the money to the account as the recharge is no longer needed. I am attaching the screenshot for the same.                     I made the below 2 transactions from Paytm for ordering at Dominos. The orders were not successful but Paytm is saying that they have processed the money to Dominos. But again Dominos is saying that they have not received any amounts for the below BILLDESK Orders. Please help me to track the transactions and let me know who is having the money now and how can I get my refund?

This order was failed at final page and no order placed with dominos. 971 INR Money has been deducted from paytm wallet. As per paytm below mail, billdesk will initiate the refund Please initiate refund asap.

                      I am too suffering from the same issue. Rs.888 gone. I too tried to order Dominos through Patm Wallet. Similarly orders were failed at final page and no order placed with Dominos. Paytm is saying they processed to Dominos and Dominos is saying they did not receive the money.

                          I placed an order at Dominos on 11 Sept 2015 using my paytm wallet. While processing the transaction there was some problem with the server, I guess and the order waas not placed. Later on I saw that the money (Rs.488) was deducted from my paytm wallet. So I contacted Dominos and they said that the order was not placed. Then I contacted Paytm and they said that payment through their wallet was made but there is some issue at Billdesk. SO I am requesting the folks at Bildesk to kindly resolve this problem ASAP.i ALSO CONTACTED PAYTM THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT YOU AS AMOUNT THERE IS DEDUCTED

                              Dear Sir/madam, On[protected] i made online payment for BSNL Landline bill of Rs 1785.The amount is debited from my bank account but still now it is not credited in BSNL account. Bsnl website shows the amount is still not credited.the sudden server down affected the process. i did not recieved any message from Billdesk to my email or mobile number.i am really afraid, the money is debited from my bank account .. please solve the issue immediately.                                     While booking air ticket from Air India on line (from Air India Web site), on 27.08.2015, I have received SMS "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card XXXX for a purchase worth Rs 15241 on POS 00005078 at Billdesk.com_BillPaty IN txn#[protected]" but the ticket has not been booked.

                                      Hi i too paid using deutsche bank online ref no DDBK[protected] on 24th aug using HDFC bill desk. I see the amount is still not credited to the credit card bill account. If i contact the contact number mentioned (i.e.) Chennai - 30986363 / 39914600, i do get no response and it just rings.Please look into it.
