Cc bill payment not credited in my account

Hi i too paid using deutsche bank online ref no DDBK[protected] on 24th aug using HDFC bill desk. I see the amount is still not credited to the credit card bill account. If i contact the contact number mentioned (i.e.) Chennai - 30986363 / 39914600, i do get no response and it just rings.Please look into it....

Money deducted.but payment not done yet

I have made my credit card payment of Rs.19048.24 on 06th August, but still the payment is not done. The bank is already charged a late fee charge, payment through billdesk really sucks.I didn't expect such pathetic service from them.
