I apply for WBSSC Lower Division Clark.And at the time of payment When i pay from my credit card First time thay do not give me my registration Id but thay take my payment.And the next time it was done.But the authority take my payment two times.I want my one payment back.

    I recharge my BSNL Prepaid Connection through Billdesk(through My BSNL Application)on 03/12/2015.The payment was successful and the amount debited from my Kerala Grameen Bank account towards the Flexi Topup payment.But BSNL has not got credited the amount yet .please solve my complaint as early as you can and i request you to inform me the details opf action taken by you through my [protected]@gmail.com date of transaction-03/12/2015 time-21:43:21 transaction id[protected]

    I got the message from "MyBSNL" application that my above said attempt (Topup of Rs 250/-) was failed.So I again request you to take necessary action to credit back that amount to my account

      I was buying insurance policy of vehicle of oriental insurance at the payment time i pay the amount and some error come and i didn't buy the policy and policy amount has been debited from my saving account and i can not refund the amount by billdesk and transaction no of oriantal insurance is tnx# ET[protected]

        Website: ICICI Bank`s website but payment made thro. Bill Desk.

        OBC bank`s ref. No.IBSM[protected]/BILLDESK/EOBC[protected]/[protected]PAY dt.23/11/2015 after 5.30 pm. for Rs.27858.69 through NEFT.

        ICICI Bank`s remarks -we could not ascertain the status of your credit card payment from your bank. Before you attempt another transaction please login into your bet banking a/c and verify whether debit has been processed to your account.

        In the above case the amount Rs.27, 858.69 has already been debited from our OBC bank account . The message is already posted on mobile phone. As well checked up the bank statement, ref. of which is already given in the begining. Kindly let us know the status of payment, where it is lying?

            Dear All, I am using netbanking of Yesbank Ltd and did one transaction of 3G data recharge from airtel site using my netbanking with the below details:- 15/11/2015 17:27:00 15/11/2015 8339 NET TXN: BILLDESK EYBK[protected] AIRTELPREPAI 265.00 since 15/11/2015 I have been following up with citrus and billdesk to resolve the issue. But there is no response from billdesk till date although Citrus has already confirmed that this payment is due with billdesk under citrus ref no[protected]. Refund is still not initiated and no response is there from bill desk. Request you to kindly help in resolving and refunding the amount debited for no services by billdesk.

                There is a complaint to be made against billdesk.com. My complaint is we booked online flight from mumbai to goa on 13th of nov through indigo website. the transaction of rupees16, 096 was made n routed through billdesk.com on POS [protected] bide pxn no[protected]. the flight dint get booked and the amount was detucted from the account. Request kindly refund the amount of rupees16, 096. It has also been confirmed by the indigo airlines that ticket has not been booked and asked to claim money from bill desk.com through which the transaction was routed under armed forces category. kindly revert back on mail n confirm. my mail id is- devendersingh.[protected]@gmail.com

                    Reference POS[protected] Billdesk.com dated 30 SEp 2015. I paid my gas bill 684.37 on 30 sep 2015 through my SBI Atm card. Payment successful and amount deducted from my SBI account. It is not understood as to why IGL has issued bill that I have not paid my bill 684.37. Please rectify your account/record and do necessary correction immediately.

                                I tried to pay UGC Net - December 2015 exam fees but failed. The reference no for one transaction is[protected] and the second one is[protected]. For each transaction Rs302.58 was deducted from the account. One transaction was made using SBI debit card and second one was made using the HDFC debit card.

                                      On 27.10.2015, in the evening I recharged online my Vodafone mobile no.[protected] with a recharge coupon of Rs.222. As soon as I entered the password for payment, the amount was deducted from my bank account but I neither have received the credit in my mobile till the time I am posting this complain nor I have received the amount in my bank account. Therefore, I requrest your kindly to look into the matter and either recharge my mobile or refund the same to my bank account.
