      Date 10.12.2015 around 22:30 hrs Paid the Bill for WBPGMAT 2015 through SBI VISA DEBIT CARD using BillDesk. The total amount of Rs. 3042 was deducted from my Bank AC but still the payment was not done. It was showing " Your Transaction is not successful" Purchase Detail ( as sent to my mobile via SMS) POS 50000392 txn#ET[protected]

      I paid my current bill of Rs 363.09 through bill desk gateway on 18/02/2016. Though Rupees 363.09 deducted from my SBI bank account No [protected] but transaction status show failed. My POS 50000392 at NIELIT MUMBAI MAHIN Transaction No FT[protected]. My Electric A/C No [protected].

      Please tell me When i will get my money back?

                      I got the message from "MyBSNL" application that my above said attempt (Topup of Rs 250/-) was failed.So I again request you to take necessary action to credit back that amount to my account

                          OBC bank`s ref. No.IBSM[protected]/BILLDESK/EOBC[protected]/[protected]PAY dt.23/11/2015 after 5.30 pm. for Rs.27858.69 through NEFT.

                          ICICI Bank`s remarks -we could not ascertain the status of your credit card payment from your bank. Before you attempt another transaction please login into your bet banking a/c and verify whether debit has been processed to your account.

                          In the above case the amount Rs.27, 858.69 has already been debited from our OBC bank account . The message is already posted on mobile phone. As well checked up the bank statement, ref. of which is already given in the begining. Kindly let us know the status of payment, where it is lying?

                              Dear All, I am using netbanking of Yesbank Ltd and did one transaction of 3G data recharge from airtel site using my netbanking with the below details:- 15/11/2015 17:27:00 15/11/2015 8339 NET TXN: BILLDESK EYBK[protected] AIRTELPREPAI 265.00 since 15/11/2015 I have been following up with citrus and billdesk to resolve the issue. But there is no response from billdesk till date although Citrus has already confirmed that this payment is due with billdesk under citrus ref no[protected]. Refund is still not initiated and no response is there from bill desk. Request you to kindly help in resolving and refunding the amount debited for no services by billdesk.

                                  There is a complaint to be made against billdesk.com. My complaint is we booked online flight from mumbai to goa on 13th of nov through indigo website. the transaction of rupees16, 096 was made n routed through billdesk.com on POS [protected] bide pxn no[protected]. the flight dint get booked and the amount was detucted from the account. Request kindly refund the amount of rupees16, 096. It has also been confirmed by the indigo airlines that ticket has not been booked and asked to claim money from bill desk.com through which the transaction was routed under armed forces category. kindly revert back on mail n confirm. my mail id is- devendersingh.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      Reference POS[protected] Billdesk.com dated 30 SEp 2015. I paid my gas bill 684.37 on 30 sep 2015 through my SBI Atm card. Payment successful and amount deducted from my SBI account. It is not understood as to why IGL has issued bill that I have not paid my bill 684.37. Please rectify your account/record and do necessary correction immediately.
