I have paid Vodafone post paid phone ([protected]) bill of amount 486 on 5th February, 2015 using quick pay option of Vodafone which is BillDesk service. There is failed response from BillDesk page. But the amount is deducted from my credit card. I didn't get any acknowledgement from BilDesk or Vodafone. I sent as mail to [protected]@billdesk.com as it is mentioned in failed transaction page. One day over, no reply from BillDesk... I am trying to call Bangalore customer care number 2558 5557, which is, as usual, always busy. I am not sure what should I do now! I'll pay Vodafone again using BillDesk or will not pay!
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
