    Instead of entering the correct OTP for SBI Payment Gateway 3D Secure registration number the transaction for payment failed. I have buy a wrist watch for Rs.222 in ebay.in, but cannot do the payment as it failed. I also tried for 2 times still payment was unsuccessful. Please help me soon.

      since last couple of months SBI billdesk is saying my:mastero card[protected]:not valid: while making payment of BSNL land line payments where as in other shopping's such problem is not faced. Kindly let me know the discrepancy and resolve it also.

        Hi, I made payment of my LIC Policy Premium worth 20, 182 online using net banking facility through your payment gateway on 2/1/2015. The transaction was successful and corresponding amount got debited from my bank account for which I received confirmation from them in this regard. However, while checking the transaction status on LIC Portal, It was shown as INVALID TRANSACTION. After filing complaint against this, I was asked to check with payment vendor I.e. BILL Desk. Please find attached document containing details of the online transaction made using your gateway, yesterday & the details of complaint filed against this on LIC Portal. Kindly resolve this issue at earliest. Awaiting your favorable reply in this regard and hoping to get my premium payment receipt from LIC at earliest.           Hi! I am Mala, Mobile no [protected]. I tried paying my car insurance premium (Royal Sundaram) through my IOB debit card ( Anna Nagar branch, Chennai ). Both the times I tried I got a message saying transaction failed but the amount has been debited to my account. The transaction happened on 24th December and when I enquired the bank they said to give it another 3 to 4 days time and the transaction will be automatically credited back to my account. But this has not happened yet and I was asked by my bank to lodge an online complaint with you. Kindly get back to me and resolve the issue. Thanks

              Sir/Madam Myself Ashima.I paid my tata docmo(Account No[protected] bill by bill desk, but the issue is the payment has been ducted from my account but bill is yet not paid. I'm suffering due to this, tata docomo is calling me again and again to clear the outstanding bill. i have also put the complaint in tata docomo center but i have paid that. Kindly solve this issue

                    On 30th December 2014, I was trying to pay the examination fee for AIPMT-2015 of Rs.1200 via bill desk through my Debit Card (SBI Maestro). But due to some technical fault the transaction failed and amount was not paid to AIPMT and I got SMS in my cell No.: [protected] “Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622xx2496 for a purchase worth Rs. 1210 on POS [protected] at Billdesk.com_BillPay txn#[protected]” and the amount of Rs.1210.08 was deducted from my SBI Account No. [protected].                       I had paid Rs.3042 to west bengal university of health sciences online for west bengal post graduation medical admission test 2015 on 20.12.2014.I found out on 30.12.2014 while updating my bank passbook that same amount was deducted on 19.12.2014 by Billdesk.com which i never authorized.The transaction no. is POS[protected].I demand you to look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.thank you.

                        Hi, on 29th Dec I did online recharge of 147 Rs for 3g internet pack for my vodafone mobile. But after the payment was made through ICICI Net Banking neither the page returned to first screen (due to network failure) nor the internet pack activated but amount is debited from my bank account and reference number is BIL/[protected]/recharge/VODAESP_BICI36. Please look into this and do the needful.

                          Dear sir/Madam, I Krunal Patel have subbmitted a copmlian on grahak suraksha against GSRTC for not generating ticket after the payment on 28th DEC. so on 29th dec i have received a call from payment gateway from mobile no : [protected], his name is Rohit srivastav. He asked me My Sbi account no., ATM no., 3-d password for refund of That money. After that all my money from my SBI account are debited.I asked about this to him, he said it is due to server problem, he asked me to wait or give another account no.But now i can not trust any more So i kindly request you to refund my money back soon as possible.

                            I made payment with BillDesk to idea recharge through ICICI Net Banking amounted Rs.103 dated 29 Dec 2014 but the transaction falied.
