I have booked a jet airways flight ticket from Chennai to Madurai this morning. Amount of INR 4552 has been deducted from ICICI Bank Account but ticket has not been done. Kindly let me know my booking status or refund status if ticket booking failed.

      Transaction ref No. BSBI[protected], dated 28 Feb 2015 for payment of Rs. 150000/- to HDFC credit card account through online SBI net banking is not yet credited in the account. Please credit the same at the earliest possible, along with reason for delay and update me payment status on my email id [protected]@hotmail.com. Any penalties levied by the HDFC Credit card bank because of this delay in payment will be claimed from billdesk.

        Hi, I've recharged my BSNL prepaid sim with a STV voucher worth Rs.253 on 04.03.2015 11.39 a.m through my debit card. But the recharge was not added to my mobile number and yet the amount had been debited from my bank account with txn#[protected] .Hereby I've attached a screen shot of the mini-statement for the transaction details. Please do the needful for the refund of the debited amount.

          Hi on 2.3.2015 at 19:01 i paid vodafone recharge Rs 185 through Bill Desk, but the amount debited my icici account with transaction BIL/[protected]/PGMIB/VODAFONE_BICI36 also its recharge is not just added to my vodafone number. Please do needful immediately to credit.

            Made a payment of rs. 573.24 towards e tendering processing fees to ITI on 01.03.2015 from Oriental Bank of Commerce vide card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 6824 visa at 20:36:18 but this does not update in the tender as a result again the same payment has been made. so, the amount of rs. 573.24 should be credited in the account.

                        I am having an ICICI BANK CREDIT card and on 17th Feb 2015, I received a call from [protected] saying that the person is calling from ICICI BANK, GURGAON and asked for card details for verification. I gave the details and that time did clicked that it was fraud call. Within a seconds, I received a SMS and e-mail regarding the transaction/payment made at AIRTEL PYMT- BILLDESK February 17, 2015 of INR 5, 070.00 at 10.45 A.M. from my credit card. I don't know who to trust. I don't know about whose payment made from my credit card A/c. Don’t give them an opportunity to carry out their fraudulent intentions. I hope you will look into the matter urgently and It would be great if you could take strict action and help me get may hard earn money back.

                          Hi, This is regarding a payment of 24873 INR done on 26th Feb' 15 at 11.19 am for making the payment of due amount for SBI Credit Card having number [protected]. The amount was paid by using the portal of bill desk via net banking from account number [protected] (IDBI). The transaction identification number is BIDB[protected] After making the payment the same was deducted from my IDBI account but unfortunately I have not yet received any confirmation mail or message. So, kindly confirm whether it was successful or not.

                                i am having an axis and sbi card and on 24th feb 2015, i received a call from [protected] saying that the person is calling from payback department and himself introduced as Manager and asked for card details for verification. i was in hurry for urgent meeting, i gave the details and that time did clicked that it was fraud call. then is received airtel payment bill desk 4960 and 4958 payment has been done from your card from my sbi and axis back credit card. i don't know who to trust. It would be great if you could take strict action and help me get may hard earn money. let me know any details to be required.

                                  Sir, I am Preetam Kumar Nath. On 24/02/2015 I made a online payment of Rs. 504.49 through netbanking to CESC Limited from my Allahabad Bank account. My account was debited and payment is successful as per my bank statement. However in the Return page CESC notified that 'Payment not received.Transaction unsuccessful.' I am still waiting for any confirmation about that payment. Payment was done through Billdesk Payment Gateway. My Bank Transaction ID :[protected]. Kindly do the needful at your earliest.

We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries. where my bank account is debited with the amount of 230 showing message that an amount of 230 INR has been debited to a/c no. XXXXXXX1008160 by POS transaction. on 23 feb 15 17:56:25 i just want to know if recharge is unable to process, then why my payment debited to afore said account.
