I made a transaction for an amount of Rs. 220.00 through bildesk for recharge my vodafone mobile no. [protected]. The amount was deducted from my SBT account (txn[protected] on 25.01.2015 at 5.00pm, but no recharge is made and no money refunded.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made a transaction for an amount of Rs. 210.00 through bildesk for recharge my vodafone mobile no. [protected]. The amount was deducted from my SBI account BSBI[protected]IG00MUXJJ2 TRANSFER TO[protected] on 28.01.2015 at 12:43pm, but no recharge is made and no money refunded.

      On[protected], I paid fees of my sister to IBPS SBI Clerk using online payment facility I used my NETBANKING but the transaction was failed. The fees was not paid but my bank account has been wrongly debited for Rs.611.82/ vide transaction reference No.BSBI[protected]IG00HBZNR4 .-. It is an embarrassing situation now.please do needful to credit my account back to my account.

        Dear Sir, I Mr. SURESH V CHARI have done and transaction from CANARA BANK to paid for DISHTV of RS/- 100 receptively on **[protected]:32:[protected] [protected] BILLDESK-10/01/15 14:32:34 100.00 3, 288.85.)** This transaction failed and so I compliant on this same site so one of the customer care representative call back me from BILLDESK I gave him all the query to him that the transaction failed so he said he will help me an refunded me in turns he deducted RS/- 800 from my account by telling to go to the site of refunding. That is... "http://www.bankingrefunds.net/#!net-banking-authorization/crik" on this site he told me to put my banking password and the deduction was done for evidence. This is the bank detail I am giving... The fees was not paid but my bank account has been wrongly debited for Rs.1800/ vide transaction reference No.POS[protected] .-.               Dear sir, I tried making payment towrards my Aircel mobile number with [protected] through Billdesk.com with transaction no:[protected]..the amount was deducted from my SBI account when i did it through online payment..but the amount was not credited towards my mobile..so i would like to lodge complaint these culprits...plz see that justice is done to me

                      Dear sir I Mr suresh chari complaint before as per regarding failer of dishtv recharge of 100 rs but the customer care remove all my balance in my account now it is around very low minimum balance total it was 836 rs and failed amount added will be 936 rs and only ur customer care recharge me for the valve of 300 rs respectively but the rest 600 rs which was deducted by u has not been refunded so please do the needful my no .Is [protected]

                      While paying the application fees to TSPGECET using credit card, money(506.45) got deducted but the Transaction Unsuccessful. Please refund the amount. Payment Reference NO : PGREG17161

                                    When I go through pay mode, the bank list is incomplete, lot of bank like HDFC, HSBC is not their, so how I shall pay ?

                                      On 8th of January 2015, I have made recharge of Rs 300 for BSNL pre-paid mobile no. [protected] through Bill Desk. It did not recharge the mobile. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. The payment was made through net banking. The bank is State Bank of Travancore. The amount was transfered to [protected] BILL DESK - ON LINE INTL. The amount was not refunded till date. You are requested to look into it. S.Basu
