Hi,
I made payment of my LIC Policy Premium worth 20, 182 online using net banking facility through your payment gateway on 2/1/2015.
The transaction was successful and corresponding amount got debited from my bank account for which I received confirmation from them in this regard.
However, while checking the transaction status on LIC Portal, It was shown as INVALID TRANSACTION.
After filing complaint against this, I was asked to check with payment vendor I.e. BILL Desk.
Please find attached document containing details of the online transaction made using your gateway, yesterday & the details of complaint filed against this on LIC Portal.
Kindly resolve this issue at earliest.
Awaiting your favorable reply in this regard and hoping to get my premium payment receipt from LIC at earliest.
