                I had recently paid my sister's school fees using the UBI payment portal provided in the KV sangathan website using my SBI debit card(Mastercard). The amount of Rs.870 was debited from my account but the transaction failed due to invalid authentication at Bank. Please tell me how to get the amount refunded

                I have initiated a process to deposit fees of two students of KV through debit card (ONLINE) whose details are given below, but at last after putting OTP transaction failed and amount debited from the account. Why is it so? To payback these transaction UBI need three days. Where this money gone. why union bank not taking care of it.
                Its a request with UBI to take initiatives to stop such type of error in future and expedite the process of paying back amount of parents/guardians.

                  i was told by customer care that within 48 hrs the refund would happen.Not happened till date

                    On[protected], I paid fees of my daughter to Union Bank using my Visa debit card but the transaction was failed. The fees was not paid but my bank account has been wrongly debited for Rs.1800/ vide transaction reference No.POS[protected] .-. It is an embarrassing situation now.please do needful to credit my account back to my account.

                                    i tried to fill up a form of wbssc cgl2014 on 06.01.2015 after fill in the personal information when i go for payment page its shows transaction failed...but the amount 225 has been deducted from my sbi account ..i traied to though my dedit card...parment tansaction no is[protected]...please provide me the detailed information of my form fill up or refund my 225 rs amount as soon as possible...i shall be highly gratfull for doing the same...
