Regarding failure of AIPMT Examination Fee

On 30th December 2014, I was trying to pay the examination fee for AIPMT-2015 of Rs.1200 via bill desk through my Debit Card (SBI Maestro). unauthorized transaction of money from my sbi account.

I had paid Rs.3042 to west bengal university of health sciences online for west bengal post graduation medical admission test 2015 on 20.12.2014.I found out on 30.12.2014 while updating my bank passbook that same amount was deducted on 19.12.2014 by Billdesk.com which i never authorized.The transaction no. is POS[protected].I demand you to look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.thank you....

Network failure after payment was made

Hi, on 29th Dec I did online recharge of 147 Rs for 3g internet pack for my vodafone mobile. But after the payment was made through ICICI Net Banking neither the page returned to first screen (due to network failure) nor the internet pack activated but amount is debited from my bank account and reference number is BIL/[protected]/recharge/VODAESP_BICI36.
