On[protected], I paid fees of my daughter to Union Bank using my Visa debit card but the transaction was failed. The fees was not paid but my bank account has been wrongly debited for Rs.1800/ vide transaction reference No.POS[protected] .-. It is an embarrassing situation now.please do needful to credit my account back to my account.

        My name is Sanket Moharkar, paid fees for SBI associate bank clerical Cadre exam on 8th Dec 2014 through HDFC Net Banking however the transaction was not successful but money deducted from my account stating if transaction not successful will be refunded but the same is not done.                   i tried to fill up a form of wbssc cgl2014 on 06.01.2015 after fill in the personal information when i go for payment page its shows transaction failed...but the amount 225 has been deducted from my sbi account ..i traied to though my dedit card...parment tansaction no is[protected]...please provide me the detailed information of my form fill up or refund my 225 rs amount as soon as possible...i shall be highly gratfull for doing the same...

                          Instead of entering the correct OTP for SBI Payment Gateway 3D Secure registration number the transaction for payment failed. I have buy a wrist watch for Rs.222 in ebay.in, but cannot do the payment as it failed. I also tried for 2 times still payment was unsuccessful. Please help me soon.

                              Hi, I made payment of my LIC Policy Premium worth 20, 182 online using net banking facility through your payment gateway on 2/1/2015. The transaction was successful and corresponding amount got debited from my bank account for which I received confirmation from them in this regard. However, while checking the transaction status on LIC Portal, It was shown as INVALID TRANSACTION. After filing complaint against this, I was asked to check with payment vendor I.e. BILL Desk. Please find attached document containing details of the online transaction made using your gateway, yesterday & the details of complaint filed against this on LIC Portal. Kindly resolve this issue at earliest. Awaiting your favorable reply in this regard and hoping to get my premium payment receipt from LIC at earliest.                                 Hi! I am Mala, Mobile no [protected]. I tried paying my car insurance premium (Royal Sundaram) through my IOB debit card ( Anna Nagar branch, Chennai ). Both the times I tried I got a message saying transaction failed but the amount has been debited to my account. The transaction happened on 24th December and when I enquired the bank they said to give it another 3 to 4 days time and the transaction will be automatically credited back to my account. But this has not happened yet and I was asked by my bank to lodge an online complaint with you. Kindly get back to me and resolve the issue. Thanks
