Dear Sir,
I paid an amount of Rs. 11656/- ( Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Six only ) towards the dues of my HSBC credit card bearing No. [protected] through "billdesk.com/hsbccard " on 04.11.2014 since the due date was 06.11.2014. The transaction was a "Success" and the Transaction Ref. No. is ASBI[protected], 04.11.2014, 08:39:04.
The amount Rs. 11656/- was debited from my Bank (State Bank of India) account and I received a Text Message from my bank confirming the transaction. Screen shot of the Text Message from the Bank is attached.
But, on 10.11.2014, I received a Text Message from HSBC that payment for my credit card is over due and asking me to pay immediately to avoid uninterrupted card usage.
This clearly indicates that HSBC has not received the amount Rs. 11656/- paid by me through "billdesk/hsbccard" on 04.11.2014, 08:39:04 even though the said amount has been debited from my bank account.
I, therefore, request you to look in to the matter and do the needful.
