Credit Card bill payment Error

While making my standard chartered bill payment I got a error page with error code 0n 3rd Nov 2014. I have sent mails to [protected]@billdesk.com regarding the status and didnot get any response. I have also tried to call the numbsers given for Bangalore, chennai & hyderabad but no one picked the call. Why there is a support mail and contacts page when you are not even checking those....

On 2 nd November I made a transaction of Bill Payment a Vodafone number [protected] through my Canara Bank Debit Card of Rs.220 using Vodafone app. Though the amount was deducted by bill desk no payment was done on the number. I don't even get any transaction confirmation message on my email id......
