    I made my bsnl landline bill (ph. no. [protected]) payment of rs.1551 on 19/11/14 and the amount was deducted from my account instantly bot the bill was not paid. I don't have the transcn. id for it. I did the same payment again on 20/11/14 with transcn. id APNB[protected] and the same thing happened. the amount has been deducted but the bill has yet not been paid. today it is 21/11/14 and i don't know, where my amount has gone. plz see to the matter

But I received a message from HDFC bank about deducted above amount from my a/c.       Dear sir,

      Today by use of net banking i had paid my reliance communication bill but no notification is received regarding bill paid Rs 850 receipt no [protected] Time 2:09pm.
      I paid HDFC credit card bill once, i got payment decline notification, and the amount was not deducted my account, so i paid again, that time it got deducted twice, i want that to be refunded today only.

          I, having consumer ID[protected], paid the bill for the month of Nov, '14, vide invoice no.[protected], dated 08/11/14, through net banking on 17/11/14. Bank deducted the amount of Rs 1560.49 against the bill of Rs. 1556. But unfortunately the bill has not been paid to the concerned company after 72 hours too. Please help to get the bill paid.

                            Dear concerned person, I was using bill desk facility to pay monthly bill of MSEDCL Pune (consumer no.[protected] and BSNL Pune (tel no.[protected] thr my Bank of Maharshtra Chinchwad gaon account no[protected] . From March 2014 till June 2014, no payment happened and hence MSEDCL slapped fine on me and threatened disconnection. When I checked with Bill desk, I was told that there was some system problem and hence payment was not happening. Hence I told Bill desk to discontinue the services at that point of time. Since June 2014, I have started payments to MSEDCL and BSNL from bill pay facility thr my HDFC bank account. To my surprise, I have found that bill desk has started debiting my bank of Maharstara account for MSEDCL bills . This is resulting in double payment to MSEDCL (one thr my HDFC bank account which I am doing on my own and other thr Bill desk). This is totally unacceptable to me. First of all you have created situation in June of not paying timely bills so that I had to move from you and you continue to pay bills from July onwards by debiting my BOM account. This is causing hardship to me. Moreover, I am trying to contact yr call centre no.[protected] since last 3 days, but this no is continuously engaged./line is busy. I can not tolerate this situation any more. Pl do the needful asap and do not force me to take further action. My contact details are below for yr quick reference.                               Dear Sir, I paid an amount of Rs. 11656/- ( Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Six only ) towards the dues of my HSBC credit card bearing No. [protected] through "billdesk.com/hsbccard " on 04.11.2014 since the due date was 06.11.2014. The transaction was a "Success" and the Transaction Ref. No. is ASBI[protected], 04.11.2014, 08:39:04. The amount Rs. 11656/- was debited from my Bank (State Bank of India) account and I received a Text Message from my bank confirming the transaction. Screen shot of the Text Message from the Bank is attached. But, on 10.11.2014, I received a Text Message from HSBC that payment for my credit card is over due and asking me to pay immediately to avoid uninterrupted card usage. This clearly indicates that HSBC has not received the amount Rs. 11656/- paid by me through "billdesk/hsbccard" on 04.11.2014, 08:39:04 even though the said amount has been debited from my bank account.                                     I made a payment to Aam Aadmi Party on 4th November 2014 at 8.28 PM but at the end when I entered my password for transaction the billdesk screen went white and couldn't be refreshed too, but I received a message from my bank that amount has been deducted. Also no amount has been transferred to AAP as I cross checked. I am attaching screenshot of my HDFC message about payment made.

                                      I have on 8th Nov.2014 tried to do online charge for mobile Number [protected] (Mumbai - Trump) through internet banking on Freecharge i.e.Accylist Solutions (IN) website. Alhough amount of Rs.300/- was debited from S.B.A/c.[protected] of Bank of Maharashtra, the recharge failed perhaps due to internet connection problem and the transaction could not be completed. I request you to refund a sum of Rs.300/- deducted as above by crediting the same in the aforesaid Bank of Maharashtrra Account.
