I made a online transaction of Rs.785 as a bill amount of my aircel postpaid mobile connection through billdesk payment gateway, the transaction hanged in the middle before generating a online receipt. Although an amount of Rs.785 was already been debited from my account as per the sms received and re confirmation of bank statement, no amount has been credited to my aircel account and the bill still remains unpaid and aircel authorities denied any such payment received by them. Date and time of transaction 02/12/2014 time 09:23:52. After a consultant with aircel they assured if in case this happen the same will be credited by billdesk back into my account within 2 working days, this however did not happen and i am awaiting my refund still and request the authorities to take appropriate action in this regards.

BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 13.12.2014 i made online fee payment for nielit ccc exam fees registration of Rs.360/- through my bob Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below. mere accout se balance toh cut gya sir but meri fees sbmit nhi hui pls sir refund my fees payment accout holder name amrita rani accout no.[protected] my ccc demand no.338184
