          I have paid the kerala police automated payment system fine of Rs 400/- through net banking - State Bank of Travancore. The amount was debited from my
          account with SBT but not transferred to
          the kerala police e-payment. Contacted the hi tech traffic enforcement
          station of kerala police. They have advised to pay the amount again and the
          previous debited amount will be refunded. As per that I have made an attempt to
          pay again to fail. This time too the amount was debited from my account.

                                I was making an online bill payment for BSES Delhi and went through BillDesk to make the same payment using my credit card information. There was a failed transaction but for my surprise amount was debited from my credit card twice. I got the error as "PME10007-Invalid acquirer response". I contacted BSES Delhi Customer Care regarding the same and i was asked to contact the payment gateway - BILLDESK. They also provided with a phone number...

                                I made a online transaction of Rs.785 as a bill amount of my aircel postpaid mobile connection through billdesk payment gateway, the transaction hanged in the middle before generating a online receipt. Although an amount of Rs.785 was already been debited from my account as per the sms received and re confirmation of bank statement, no amount has been credited to my aircel account and the bill still remains unpaid and aircel authorities denied any such payment received by them. Date and time of transaction 02/12/2014 time 09:23:52. After a consultant with aircel they assured if in case this happen the same will be credited by billdesk back into my account within 2 working days, this however did not happen and i am awaiting my refund still and request the authorities to take appropriate action in this regards.                                       Dear Sirs on 02/12/2014 while booking bus tickets on GOIBIBO website at the time of making payment of Rs.720/- through Net Banking mode, the amount was deducted with reference no.IB SM TXN.ID-tory[protected] once & again Rs.720/- was deducted for the second time when I tried to book again on the same website payment deduction reference No.IB SM TXN.ID-tory[protected] but ticket was not booked on the both occasions & total amount deducted in my Bank account was Rs.1440/-, after enquiring with GOIBIBO Customer Care they confirmed that the have not received any amount of Rs.1440/-.
