    sir; with respect i Dr jai singh from lucknow. i paid Rs-4500 for DNB-CET post graduate medical exam via mediator site www.billdesk.com . when i was paying with my SBI VISA debit card at[protected] 20:30pm around after all process complition the transection error was shown but rs 4500 deducted from my acount and my form submission still incomplete. i waited for 10 day bcz DNB site shows any failed transection return within 10days but 11days gone but i could not get my money back and form submission last date is also very near. please pay attension in my problem solve it as early as possible...i'm waiting for yor reply. thank you NAME-Dr JAI SINGH MOB-[protected] SBI ACOUNT NO-[protected] TRANSECTION ID-POS[protected] Billdesk.com_Billpay

        on 08/10/2014 I have paid Rs.1230.62 from state bank of india through bill desk for rrenewal of iffco.tokio two wheeler insurance premium. The state banks transaction id is IN 00AY JNL5. I CONTACTED iffco tokio for renewal of the insurance policy. they now say that they have not renewed. the insurance. Hence please arrange to refund me the amount back to my SBE a/c pthirumurthi 14 tpa colony tiruppur celll[protected]

                  sir, i am a ecs payment of tele bills customer at NAGPUR. tele no 2285288. i am receiving every month constant bill of rs. 275 /- only .but last month i got bill for rs, 285 /-. when i enquired with BSNL. they told that rs.10 /- was charged as late fee. as per your " assurance " heading on net i found that you are bearing any late fee charges up to 500 /-but i was charged the late fee.when i talked to the operator he did not heed the warning .pl tell ne what should i do. my e-mail is [protected]@gmail.com G.N.MARGHADE NAGPUR

                      I paid mtnl bill via billdesk amount Rs.818 amount was debited but bill still remains unpaid return my amount to[protected] canara bank

                      bsnl bill payment once but bank account debited twice on 17.02.2015 for Rs.682.00

                      I paid bsnl landline bill for Rs.682.00 on 17.02.15 for bsnl landline no.[protected] A/C no[protected] TXN ID No.TX170215133265722487511 failedb but bank account debited Rs.682.00

                      Rs 158 debited

                      on[protected] i have received a message that Rs. 158 is debited from my account in AcXXXX2352 . I want to know why the amount is debited for no reason.

The amount wad deducted from my bank account but the recharge was NOT successful. I called the Vodafone customer care and they said that the amount is not credited to their account.                                       Hi, I paid my hdfc credit card payment thorough bill desk as usually i do every month but this time when i was doing it i was done with the icici net banking part and when it was successful from the bank then the page routes back to bill desk and on that page i got error :Sorry we are unable to process your transaction.We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later.that was the message i got but when i called my bank which is icici they said it was successful from there end.my email address is g.[protected]@gmail.com, Phone number is [protected]. hope to get resolution to this soon.
