amount deducted without recharge of online BSNL mobile

sir, i had tried recharging my bsnl mobile through bsnl portal on 16th september 2014 for an amount of Rs 220/-.though the amount was deducted but recharge was not successful. The transaction number is[protected]. I had also previously submitted my detailed complaint on Billdesk Grahak Seva forum but no communication is made till date. vodafone bill of Rs.2100/-but transaction was failed
