on 08/10/2014 I have paid Rs.1230.62 from state bank of india through bill desk for rrenewal of iffco.tokio two wheeler insurance premium. The state banks transaction id is IN 00AY JNL5. I CONTACTED iffco tokio for renewal of the insurance policy. they now say that they have not renewed. the insurance. sir, i am a ecs payment of tele bills customer at NAGPUR. tele no 2285288. i am receiving every month constant bill of rs. 275 /- only .but last month i got bill for rs, 285 /-. when i enquired with BSNL. they told that rs.10 /- was charged as late fee. as per your " assurance " heading on net i found that you are bearing any late fee charges up to 500 /-but i was charged the late fee.when i talked to the operator he did not heed the warning...
