    I had made a payment of INR 150 to my prepaid mobile number on Idea online recharge website. Though payment was done and deducted from my credit card, its not credited to my prepaid mobile number.

    I did not get a Transaction number and also the browser was not redirected to payment confirmation URL after giving OTP at my Bank link.I had not pressed back or refresh button.

    Request to refund the amount to my card.

              While making my standard chartered bill payment I got a error page with error code 0n 3rd Nov 2014. I have sent mails to [protected]@billdesk.com regarding the status and didnot get any response. I have also tried to call the numbsers given for Bangalore, chennai & hyderabad but no one picked the call. Why there is a support mail and contacts page when you are not even checking those.

                I recharged the above BSNL mobile no.[protected] through internet banking (BSNL portal) on 03.11.2014 for Rs. 110. The amount has been deducted from my State Bank of Travancore SB a/c but mobile is not recharged. The transaction ID is "ASBT[protected]IGOODPFWT6 transfer to [protected] BILLDESK online INTL Rs.110" Even though i did the transaction on 02.11.2014, the value date shown in pass book is 03.11.2014 My contact phone number is [protected].

                  Dear Sirs On 31/10/2014 while booking bus tickets on GOIBIBO website at the time of making payment of Rs.2300/- through Net Banking mode, the amount was deducted with reference no.IB SM TXN.ID-tory[protected] but ticket was not booked, after enquiring with GOIBIBO Customer Care they confirmed that the have not received any amount of Rs.2300/-. After this I immediately contacted your Customer Care & got a reply that I ill soon get / I will receive a Log in ID & password on my mobile no. [protected], & I have not yet received any message in my Mobile. So I kindly request you to refund my amount Rs.2300/- as early as possible.

                                On 2 nd November I made a transaction of Bill Payment a Vodafone number [protected] through my Canara Bank Debit Card of Rs.220 using Vodafone app. Though the amount was deducted by bill desk no payment was done on the number. I don't even get any transaction confirmation message on my email id...

I opted for autopay from my bank account to LIC policy quarterly. But it was executed so late every time so I paid my premium due manually.
