    I have made a payment through billdesk by my ICICI BANK debit card on West Bengal Municipal Service Commission Recruitment Adv. no. 1 of 2022 for the post of Junior Assistant, the amount has been deducted but the portal says the payment not done. I have contacted WBMSC many times but no response from their end. my application serial number is 10000947.

    The transaction details are as follows
    VIN/MSC
    /[protected]/[protected]/

    I have also attached the bank statement of mine for your reference.

    Kindly look into this matter and do the needful

    Please take necessary steps to rectify my issue.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I am writing this to state that I applied for WBPSC 2022 today at around 11.40am My enrollment Id is WBPSC[protected] and I made the payment of 210 Rs plus charges. The money had been deducted from my account but the payment for the application is showing still not paid. I here by request you to see to my problem as I'm from a low income family and multiple time payment for a single application is not possible or plausible for me.So either please make the payment or make a complete refund. I am attaching the payment details for your reference as attachment.

      Payment details:
      transaction number WT[protected] for Rs.211.89 by SBI Debit Card X7521 done at 50001463 on 17Mar22 at 11:42:07.

        I have paid my child's school fees using bill desk and also got confirmation from bill desk and amount has also been deducted from the account but fees is still unpaid in school's account. ( Union Bank of India). Kindly get paid my dues to school or refund the amount into my account..

          While registering for nptel exam after entering otp for payment it showed a blank page with page error. So payment failed but money deducted from bank. On the course page its showing payment_ongoing. Now it is fourth day and still did not received my refund. Can you please help me to what happend, did my payment successful or not because still i didn't get a conformation message about it. Will it be refunded??

            I tried to pay NPTEL examination fees through online mode while doing it after entering OTP it showed transaction failed I tried from the another card and the payment was successful but money deducted from both the bank accounts. even though the first time it failed.

                      I apply for online pan on NSDL and I pay the payment using bill desk but after payment is done my money is debited but on NSDL it shows your payment is cancelled Payment is refunded
                      but I didn't receive any refund .

                      Can i get my money back ??????

                          I have checked with NSE and they confirmed that they have not received the payment. Till now I have also not got any refund of this payment of Rs. 200000.

                            Was making a contribution of 2 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Mar 8, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

                                    Payment of Rs.3000/- made towards my citibank credit card no. 4386...3930 at about 00.30 hrs ist on 01.3.22. The amount is deducted from my union bank of india account, The transaction reference id is[5...6971] The receipt is generated by citibank with status as pending. The amount is bebited to my bank account.
                                    But till now payment is not updated in citibank. please let me know the status of my payment and arrange for refund if payment is not successful.

                                        I have paid the LIC Premium for my policy no.[protected] for Rs 6430/- through my ICICI bank a/c on 01.03.2022 at 19:17 pm.
                                        Although the amount is debited from my account but the same is not credited to my LIC Policy account and also the amount is not refunded to my Bank a/c also.

                                        an error message stating Reason: " Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." was displayed at the time of payment.
