On Monday 28th February, I made a payment of INR 6217.70 as voluntary contribution towards my NPS account (PRAN:[protected] through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account (Transaction ID: [protected]), but the Billdesk page turned empty and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of INR 6217.70 at the earliest.
