Hi team,

I had made a transaction on the 8th of Jan 2022 to Tata sky. The amount was debited from my bank and didn’t reach Tata sky. The transaction ID:[protected] and the amount was of RS 673. I have contacted Tatasky and then I had a word with Gpay. They have it confirmed that the amount was debited and not received at Tata sky.

Amount - 1070
UPI transaction I'd - T2201291841456277792647

Kotak Bank transaction Id[protected]

But the amount is not transferred to BSNL
The same issue I faced before also.

Please solve it or refund me so that I can pay to them directly, don't know why you people don't respond even when I mail you.

My hsbc credit card payment got deducted from my account however at the end the billdesk page gave a message that page expired and aaked me to login again however money got deduted from my account and yet has bot been credited to the credit card company, i am not getting any help from billdesk, please help me get my money back

On 26 Jan, 2022, I made a payment of Rs.305 for my tatasky account recharge via phonepe billdesk but I have not got any recharge. The payment on phonepe says successful and amount is deducted from my bank account. Tatasky and phonepe both are not resolving issue. I want the urgent action on the issue.
