I made payment for an Air India ticket for Rs 10590 through HDFC net banking via Bill desk. Amount has been deducted and the transaction error 15 was mentioned to me. I called up Air India and got the pending booking cancelled so that you can refund me the blocked transaction payment . Transaction reference number is[protected].
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Nothing has moved yet on Billdesk side. Still awaiting refund. Please expedite.

    On Monday 28th February, I made a payment of INR 6217.70 as voluntary contribution towards my NPS account (PRAN:[protected] through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account (Transaction ID: [protected]), but the Billdesk page turned empty and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of INR 6217.70 at the earliest.

      Sir/Mam,

      I have made a transaction of Rs. 50000/- from my SBI bank account to NPS using net banking mode. The receipt generated at NPS portal reflected that the transaction got failed however my amount was debited from my bank account. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

        I was making a contribution of 4000 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment
        gateway today (feb 26, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

        Got the sms and mail from nps after 10 hrs of payment
        BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I made a contribution of 19000 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today ( Mar 26, 2022) but error page appears before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my UPI account but not credited to my NPS account.

                I have paid my school fee using bill desk and also got conformation from bill desk and amount is deducted from the account but fees is still unpaid in student's profile (union bank of India).kindly paid my school fees or refund it to.

                            I Vighnesh.M had applied for the vacancy of Ibps (RBI Assistant post) through online and paid Rs.450 for the registration through Google pay by scanning the Qr code shown in the ibps website for payment. Amount was debited from my account, but the website shows that the the transaction was failed. But i have the receipt of the payment. Please kind to do the necessary steps for the bill generation or refund the amount which was debited from my account for no reason.PLEASE DO THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS ASAP.

                                      I applied on NSDL website for a new PAN card with a temporary token no.- [protected]
                                      After filling all fields and at the final page i went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and internet banking.
                                      After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL web site, got the message: "Your Previous payment request has been cancelled....

                                      I have purchased material on 17.12.2021 bill no 43. amount 717.97 .Bill issued from 6our stores was duplicate copy in place of original. I have to submit to my company in sampling scheme for getting reclaim. Due to duplicate bill I am not able to get reclaim.
