Amount deducted but transaction failed, Not refunded

I made a payment of Rs. 406.00 to Barasat College (admission and tution fees) through Credit Card on 7th April 2022. Money got deducted but the transaction was shown as failed. The money neither got credited back to my Credit Card nor to the merchant. Receipt number on college website is shown as [protected]. I could not capture the transaction id but got the url of the payment failed webpage. The url is:

Amount debited from my account but merchant did not receive the amount.

I have ordered few items on March 27, 2020 using AJIO app. I have done the payment of Rs. 1, 925.98 through UPI (Phonepe).
My order was not placed but amount was debited. I spoke to AJIO consumer care staff they told amount not received. Could you please check below details and confirm? I would like to get my money back.

Payment issue on Billdesk

I am Aravindan S having BSNL broad band with the telephone number [protected] (Account number-[protected]) . Actually the bill for the February month was already paid on 18/March/2022 through [protected]@hdfcbank .But it is also repeated on the March month bill. please do check the payment done for the last month via [protected]@hdfcbank through UPI .. Actually the payment was not received by BSNL finally.Please check and give me a reply.

On[protected], I have applied for RBI Grade B exam via IBPS and the amount of Rs. 850 was debited for the same from my account but its not reflecting on my application status. Ref No.[protected]

Money deducted 4 times

I made an online payment of 210/- for WBPSC form . After filling the form when I tried to make payment it showed"Please try again " And i tried 4 times and my money got deducted 4 times ie., 210 × 4= 840 please refund my extra money ie., 630....

Hi, on 31-March-2022, I have invested 50k to nps through Billdesk Payment Gateway. However, after deduction this amount from my account hadn't beed credited into my NPS account. Please do the needful so that same amount can be credited into my NPS account on same date....

Bank Account Debited but transaction error generated

I have made a payment of INR 50, 000 (Fifty Thousand) to my NPS account through Bill Desk from Union Bank Of India Internet Banking.
The amount was debited from my bank account, but the receipt was not generated.

I received reference ID in SMS from my bank.

On[protected] I was trying to pay my RBL bank credit card bill. While paying through billdesk the process failed halfway though my money was deducted from my account . It did not reflect RBL credit card account.

Kindly refund my money as soon as possible so that i can again initiate the transaction to pay my credit bill.. For your reference I am attaching my bank statement .

Money Transfer in NPS account not reflected

I transferred the money from my bank account to NPS account. through Bill Desk.
The amount deducted from the bank but not reflected in NPS account.

Credit card payment through Billdesk (WSBI1011660813) not transferred

I have made a HDFC credit card Payment through bill desk on 28.03.2022 . A confirmation mail was received along with the Transaction number (Transaction Identification Number: WSBI[protected])
However the amount has still not been transferred to the Credit card
Their customer care number is defunct[protected]...
