    I had to make a payment for PSC WBCS EXE. 2022 examination. First transaction got failed showing the pop up " time out". I tried to make a payment once again in the same day (23/03/2022), but it showed the same pop up as previous. I waited for 24 hours and saw that the payment was successful against the application. However, against a single application Rs 210.00 was debited twice from my account. And I didn't get my Rs. 210.00 till date (17/04/2022). It was completely your technical glitch and that is why my account got debited twice. And the main reason was the pop up I mentioned earlier. I mailed to PSC, tried to reach over the phone but they responded in no way. I request you to please refund Rs. 210.00 to my account as earlier as possible.

    filled up a form of wbpsc website and make a payment of 210/- rupees by billdesk my money debited from my account but form fill not done. I request please update my form fill details or give back my debited money.

        I am Megha kharadi, I had paid Rs 1800 as kv school fees of Vaibhav kharadi (id - [protected] ) on 13th of April 2022 at 02:22pm through my google pay upi id ([protected]@okicici) to billdesk upi id ( billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank).
        The Transaction was successful but students school fees was not paid, then I submitted school fees by other way.
        But I can't received my money back or refunded.
        So, kindly refund my money to my account as soon as possible.
        Otherwise I have to go to consumers court with all proofs and screenshot.

              I paid 210 INR to recharge tata play set top box through phone pay and the amount was also debited from my bank account and phone pay shows transaction successful but tata play set top box was still not recharged, then i had to recharge through paytm, here the recharge was successful but what about the 210 INR deducted from the account and not showing in tata play balance, i tried to contact phone pay customer service and they referred me to raise a complaint at billdesk portal.

But order of cooler is not placed on flipkart.. so i request you please return my money back in my account . Here are the details of transaction - Payment through pnb netbanking.                       I tried to contribute 50k to my NPS account via UPI on PhonePe using BillDesk. The app said my transaction failed but my money was deducted from my account. Please issue the refund back to my account. Snapshot of transaction attached.

                        I made a payment of Rs. 406.00 to Barasat College (admission and tution fees) through Credit Card on 7th April 2022. Money got deducted but the transaction was shown as failed. The money neither got credited back to my Credit Card nor to the merchant. Receipt number on college website is shown as [protected]. I could not capture the transaction id but got the url of the payment failed webpage. The url is:
