I paid 210 INR to recharge tata play set top box through phone pay and the amount was also debited from my bank account and phone pay shows transaction successful but tata play set top box was still not recharged, then i had to recharge through paytm, here the recharge was successful but what about the 210 INR deducted from the account and not showing in tata play balance, i tried to contact phone pay customer service and they referred me to raise a complaint at billdesk portal.

        My money is debited from my pnb account while trying to purchase Air cooler on flipkart .. But order of cooler is not placed on flipkart.. so i request you please return my money back in my account . Here are the details of transaction - Payment through pnb netbanking. Transaction type- Shopping Mall Payment. Referece id[protected]. From Account - [protected]. Transaction date - 13/04/2022. To Account- Bill desk payment services. Beneficiary Account Number[protected]. Transaction Amount - Rs 9899. Transaction status - success. But order of cooler is not placed or not confirmed by flipkart. So i request Bill desk payment services to please return my money in my Account. Please help me

          I tried to contribute 50k to my NPS account via UPI on PhonePe using BillDesk. The app said my transaction failed but my money was deducted from my account. Please issue the refund back to my account. Snapshot of transaction attached.

            I made a payment of Rs. 406.00 to Barasat College (admission and tution fees) through Credit Card on 7th April 2022. Money got deducted but the transaction was shown as failed. The money neither got credited back to my Credit Card nor to the merchant. Receipt number on college website is shown as [protected]. I could not capture the transaction id but got the url of the payment failed webpage. The url is:

            If you Please, either return the amount to my credit card or to the merchant in a timely manner, I would appreciate.

              I have ordered few items on March 27, 2020 using AJIO app. I have done the payment of Rs. 1, 925.98 through UPI (Phonepe).
              My order was not placed but amount was debited. I spoke to AJIO consumer care staff they told amount not received. Could you please check below details and confirm? I would like to get my money back.

                              I made an online payment of 210/- for WBPSC form . After filling the form when I tried to make payment it showed"Please try again " And i tried 4 times and my money got deducted 4 times ie., 210 × 4= 840 please refund my extra money ie., 630.

                                        On[protected] I was trying to pay my RBL bank credit card bill. While paying through billdesk the process failed halfway though my money was deducted from my account . It did not reflect RBL credit card account.

                                        Kindly refund my money as soon as possible so that i can again initiate the transaction to pay my credit bill.. For your reference I am attaching my bank statement .
