I made a payment of Rs. 406.00 to Barasat College (admission and tution fees) through Credit Card on 7th April 2022. Money got deducted but the transaction was shown as failed. The money neither got credited back to my Credit Card nor to the merchant. Receipt number on college website is shown as [protected]. I could not capture the transaction id but got the url of the payment failed webpage. The url is:

If you Please, either return the amount to my credit card or to the merchant in a timely manner, I would appreciate.

    I have ordered few items on March 27, 2020 using AJIO app. I have done the payment of Rs. 1, 925.98 through UPI (Phonepe).
    My order was not placed but amount was debited. I spoke to AJIO consumer care staff they told amount not received. Could you please check below details and confirm? I would like to get my money back.

Actually the bill for the February month was already paid on 18/March/2022 through [protected]@hdfcbank .But it is also repeated on the March month bill. please do check the payment done for the last month via [protected]@hdfcbank through UPI ..                     I made an online payment of 210/- for WBPSC form . After filling the form when I tried to make payment it showed"Please try again " And i tried 4 times and my money got deducted 4 times ie., 210 × 4= 840 please refund my extra money ie., 630.

                          Hi, on 31-March-2022, I have invested 50k to nps through Billdesk Payment Gateway. However, after deduction this amount from my account hadn't beed credited into my NPS account. Please do the needful so that same amount can be credited into my NPS account on same date.

                            The amount was debited from my bank account, but the receipt was not generated.

                              On[protected] I was trying to pay my RBL bank credit card bill. While paying through billdesk the process failed halfway though my money was deducted from my account . It did not reflect RBL credit card account.

                              Kindly refund my money as soon as possible so that i can again initiate the transaction to pay my credit bill.. For your reference I am attaching my bank statement .
