    Hi, I had paid for JVVNL electricity bill of Rs. 2165. Amount was deducted but bill was not paid. Transaction reference number is WHD[protected].

    After waiting for 1 day I had paid the bill amount with transaction reference no. WIC[protected].

    Please look into the matter and refund Rs.2165 urgently.

      I was making a contribution of 4411.80 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment
      gateway today (Jan 13, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

                            Bescom bill failed status but payment success

                            Address: Bangalore

                            Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://bescomrural.nsoft.in/ was made using billdesk upi option from Google pay.

                            But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited.

                            Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending....

                                I paid my electricity bill of RS 2100 only by bihar bijli bill pay and amount is deducted from my account but is not paid(failed).Please check my transaction of consumer I'd [protected] and please refund the amount as soon as possible so I don't have to pay any penaltyand I am attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference

                                  NPS Contribution amount debited from bank but did not complete transaction and receipt is not generated.

                                  On 10th January, 2022 I tried to make a contribution of Rs 50, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 50, 000 at the earliest....
