        On 22nd December 2021 I was making my BSNL Telephone bill payment at around 11:00 AM. I was completing the bill payment using the BSNL bill payment portal provided in their remainder SMS given below :

        During the bill payment I chose UPI as my payment gateway and selected my google pay upi id, when i switched between the portal to google pay for making the payment I successfully completed the transaction on google pay but the BSNL Portal payment had failed with an error that goes like "Transaction failed, please do not ". something like that.
        The transaction details of this payment is attached with this complaint.

        Since the bill was still active I paid the bill using FebMobile App which has the option to pay telephone bill from my Mother's Account which paid the bill successfully. The transaction details of the same will be attached with this complaint too.

        Now I have a successfully completed the bill payment, but I need a refund for my first transaction. I have tried contacting BSNL but they say that they haven't received the first payment yet. I contacted GooglePay and their customer executive said the amount debited from my account has successfully reached the [protected]@okhdfc account. And they suggested me to contact BillDesk and I'll recieve my amount within 12 days. I hope you'll resolve my issue.

          I have made payment through upi bill desk gateway on 24.11.21 for rs 1500 for Electricity Bill recharge payment of my prepaid consumer no[protected] of sbpdcl . The reference no of the transaction id is[protected].

          The amount is still not reflected in the records of sbpdcl

                On 18/12/2021 I done one transaction from Indian bank NetBanking to HDFC credit Card account through Billdesk. The amount (RS.96876/-) debited from my account but still not credited to HDFC credit card. So please resolve my problem.

                    I have made transactions of cards of SC bank. I have made the payment of Manhattan card of Rs. 1000 and for Titanium card of Rs. 9000 on December 17 2021

                    The amount of Rs. 1000 is credit to acccount but amount of Rs. 9000 is not credited to my SC bank credit card. I have confirm with my Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

                    The reference no. for my kotak bank transaction of Rs. 9000 amount is KPH: [protected]

                    I got the the following message of this amount but still it did not credited to my card.

                    Dear Valued Client, payment of Rs 9000.00 for your Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card has been successfully processed by BillDesk and the same is expected to be credited to your credit card account within 3 working days. Ref no : W[protected]

                        I was booking hotel from Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation- A Govt. of Jharkhand Undertaking website. Payment made by me, deducted by billdesk. But the services not booked because after deducting the money, bill desk showed that payment could not be processed. Received message from bank as below:

                        Rs8064.0 [protected]@SBI UPI frm A/cX2617 on 22Dec21 RefNo[protected]. If not done by u, fwd this SMS to [protected]/Call [protected] or [protected] to block UPI

                              Kindly share the details of the Payee at the earliest so that we can book the amount in appropriate ledger because now it is under Suspense Account for the F.Y 2020-21.

                                  I was making a contribution of 10512.98 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (16 December 2021) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my bank of Maharashtra account but not credited to my NPS account. i used internet banking to pay it.
