On 22nd December 2021 I was making my BSNL Telephone bill payment at around 11:00 AM. I was completing the bill payment using the BSNL bill payment portal provided in their remainder SMS given below :

During the bill payment I chose UPI as my payment gateway and selected my google pay upi id, when i switched between the portal to google pay for making the payment I successfully completed the transaction on google pay but the BSNL Portal payment had failed with an error that goes like "Transaction failed, please do not ". something like that.
The transaction details of this payment is attached with this complaint.
Since the bill was still active I paid the bill using FebMobile App which has the option to pay telephone bill from my Mother's Account which paid the bill successfully. The transaction details of the same will be attached with this complaint too.
Now I have a successfully completed the bill payment, but I need a refund for my first transaction. I have tried contacting BSNL but they say that they haven't received the first payment yet. I contacted GooglePay and their customer executive said the amount debited from my account has successfully reached the [protected]@okhdfc account. And they suggested me to contact BillDesk and I'll recieve my amount within 12 days. I hope you'll resolve my issue.
