Dear Sir, My grand father has taken Birla sun life insurance policy No [protected] Dated 25/01/2008 unfortunately he expired 0n 02/06/13, I have submitted the death claim on 11/07/13(receiving enclosed) but when I was accepting a claim money I received a letter on27/07/13 that your claim can not be settled as your policy was terminated on 25/02/13.Sir I would like to know some questions,Q1 If policy was terminated before why we were not informed ?Q2 If policy was terminated before , sir as per my knowledge and law , I should receive the foreclosed amount?Q3 If policy was terminated before how the branch staff accepted the death claim?Q4 Sir as per insurance law the customer should be informed before the termination of policy so that if he wants he can continue it, where is that letter , sms ,or mail?Q5 Sir at last I would like to know that a brand Co. like Birla sun life has no responsibility toward its customer?Q6 My policy was 3 year pay premium mode for which I fully paid. In spite of getting interest my whole amount become zero in the name of charges for which even I was not known .Sir I have asked the same questions to Birla Grievances centre for which I have send at least 10 mails and even a telephonic message for which I am getting the same answer that“Your complaint have resolved your policy was terminated “They have no answer to my any questionSir in my opinion life insurance is done to provide economical aid to family members of the insurer and not for harassments.Sir with very heavy heart I have to say that insurance policies are not for the interest of common man but just to misguide or mislead them.so please take the action & do the necessaryWith lots of expectationsRegardsRajeev Arora
Sir, we have put so many complaints with Birla CGRO & IRDA Token No[protected] Dt 31-Jul-2013,[protected] Dt 01-Aug-2013,[protected] Dt 05-Aug-2013,[protected] Dt 08-Aug-2013,[protected] Dt 22-Aug-2013,[protected] Dt 20-Sep-2013 but company instead of satisfying and giving our death claim is misguiding IRDA & us.

Against our each complaint they are reiterating same response client clarified Policy is terminated & sending case closure request to IRDA. Sir, being a customer of Birla sunlife we are not even liable to know about our money. why company is not responding to our questions? By just saying your policy was terminated before company is free from its responsibility.

How can company terminate a policy without any information and even refunding foreclose amount till now. It’s clearly mentioned in IRDA life insurance Handbook, according to which they have break IRDA guideline.

Sir, as per company’s mail rcv on 20/09/2013 they have stated that policy gets terminated if its fund value comes to less than Rs 10000. In that case my policy was terminated on 25 may 2012 when its fund value comes to Rs 8715.0568(as per BSLI. statement).Than why my policy was continue till 25 feb 2013( according to BSLI) and why I have not rcv any information or foreclosure amount till I submit a claim.

Sir, so plz take necessary action in protection of policy holder interest.With lots of hope

    I have to BSLI grievance department for cancellation of policies as these are not sold as customers required product. i have given detail about my problem as below.

    This is Jignesh K Prajapati here. I have purchased 3 nos. of policy from BSLI through fake call from Delhi with reference to Ms. Shridhar Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Details of purchased policies are as below.

    The person in touch with me has introduced himself as employee from BSLI named As Mr. Ashutosh Verma and told me that they offers this special feature policy to me. In the overall deal of first two policies I was offered loan of Rs.9,00,000.00(Nine Lacks Rupees Only) on zero percent interest if I purchase BSLI policies worth Rs. 90000 PA premium. So they have suggested me first two policies. After making payment through document submission they told me to purchase one more policies to comply and proceeding to loan document so I have purchase third policy.

    Also during purchase of policies I have been advised from Mr. Ashutosh Verma to do not discuss regarding policy benefits with any one as this is confidential and offers to special limited customer only. During the entire process Mr. Ashutosh Verma has communicated BSLI, Bharuch (Gujarat) office through mail only and Mr. Ronak has collected cheque and all the required document. I have made all payment through cheque from Axis Bank.

    But since last three days they do not answer my call and update themselves. So I approach to nearest BSLI branch in Ankleshwar. They have heard my entire problem and suggest me to approach grievance department regarding this matter.

    As I have been advice from my local branch office located at Ankleshwar (Gujarat) to approach to grievance department for cancellation of policies and help as these are not being sold as per my (customer) expectation with true information.
    I humbly request you to kindly look after matter and take strong action against Shridhar Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. as early as possible. I am eagerly waiting for your positive reply.

        Today, I also got a call from the number [protected], from some Shankar Trivedi claiming he is from IRDA and informing me that today is last day for my policy which submitted to IRDA, and asking me to submit a check of 25000/- and all my documents to an agent for Sun Life Birla Insurance policy otherwise my policy will be lapsed and I will loose 72% as per IRDA norms. When I asked the company name of my policy, he started making excuses, afterward I got suspicious, and asked to send me fax or email of this information and then only I will make decision. After I searched on internet "call from IRDA" and I founds hundreds of these fake calls, my doubt is right - be careful about any call from this number and do not give any personal information, and never - never ever do financial transactions just by a unknown phone call, and report to police..

          I have purchased a policy of Birla Sunlife - BSLI Vision Plan in 2012 through its broker - Reliance Composite Insurance Broking Ltd. New Delhi Agent Code 001287 over phone. One of its employee Mr. Rohit Saxena (M.No. [protected]) committed me so many commitments against this policy -
          1. 40% Refund of first premium amount directly to my account.
          2. a cashless medical health insurance with cashless card for Rs. 200000/- for each of my family member.
          3. 4 riders for a limit of Rs. 200000/- each with this policy.
          Despite several calls he did not fulfill any commitment. After a written mail, he misbehaved & used inappropriate words and said that he have not done any commitments.
          I called to his senior Mr. Goldie ( Mobile No. [protected], [protected]) and reported all the matter through email & over the phone. He said me that he will look into this matter. After many calls he told me that he fired Mr. Rohit for his wrong commitment and he will not be able to fulfill the commitments done by Mr. Rohit. Despite several calls nobody is responding.
          I have been cheated by Birla Sunlife & Its broker - Reliance Composite Insurance Broking Ltd. New Delhi. Please Help me if you can.

          Hello,
          Policy No:[protected]Birla Sun Life Insurance)When i filed a complained against this fraud Birla sun life Policy to Bharatseva and Birla official website, the very next day i got a call from [protected] he said that his name is Aditya and he is from Birla compliance team.He said that we got your complaint and we will give you money back (2 Lac) and cancelled the policy, Please do not write any complaint to anyone as it is the matter of companies reputation.And also he asked me to send an email for the cancellation for the policy, which i did.I said okay, as i need the money, he said that i'll get the money refunded in next 7 days and he got the approval for it.He advised me go to nearest branch with the original bond papers with id proof.When i went to Birla sun life insurance Karkardooma Office only after that i got to know that he was one of same bunch of crooks who sold me that policy.Now again he is not picking my phone as i have been told by the Birla sun life executive that they are from Reliance Composite Insurance Broking Ltd. The phone numbers[protected]/22048451/[protected] that have provided on the policy papers is not in use.They are again trying to make a fool out of me.Now can anyone please help me and can advice me what to do? Please help me as i am in very trouble.

          Few Days back i got a call from birla sun life insurance company
          offering me an insurance with an overdraft account with Citi Bank.They
          offered me an O/D account of INR5500000 if get an insurance of INR 2
          lakh with them. Than after 2 days i got a call Citibank (as the caller
          said) offering me the same O/D account, i said yes as i needed funds to
          run my business. i already lost more than 5Lakh rupees in business so i
          thought that i may re-start my business with this O/D account. So i took
          2 lakh rupees on interest and they sent a boy to collect the cheque and
          papers.I got the insurance papers and nothing. The lady who was calling
          me pretending that was calling me from Citibank #[protected] her
          name is somya and another lady pretend to be a manager of citi bank
          Aarushi kapoor #[protected]. They keep calling me and updating me as
          they said that first you will get the policy papers and than after 15 to
          20 working days you will get a kit from Citi bank including a credit
          card, debit card, a cheque book and form which i have to submit nearby
          citi bank branch. she also gave me a fake address of sec 138 SCO
          building, Noida


          more than 22 days passed and nothing came. than i tried to contact that
          same lady but she is not even answering my phone.My policy number is #
          [protected]


          I feel like i have been cheated. i already owe 35 lakh now 2 more lakh.
          i am mentally harassed by birla sun life and so called people.Now
          please tell me where to go? should i kill myself and my family for
          believing BIRLA SUN LIFE or BY Citi Bank.


          So, I sunder lal hereby request you to interrogate these people and cancel my policy and refund my money as early as possible.

            Dear Sir/Madam

            One call from Mr.Shekhar rec. from Delhi Birlasunlife head office mob. no. [protected] in January 2013. He explained about Birla sunlife Vision to choose for insurance.

            He stated that company has launched this policy for insurance, Company will provide you personal loan on 0% interest. I asked how it is possible? He replied company will use your policy premium to earn money so interest will be compensated with Birla sunlife earning. Thats why Birla sunlife insurance company to save income tax they are distributing loans to person insured in Birlasunlife Vision. He replied that Company will insure you for 5Lakhs and premium will be of 50,000/year. I agreed due to Good name of Birla sunlife insurance company.

            So he opened insurance of Vision policy with policy no.[protected]. He told me that loan department will call you for loan disbursemnent. So Mr. Amit sharma mob. no. +[protected] has called me as representative of Birla sunlife insurance loan department. He has verified the name, address, Date of birth etc. Asked for loan purpose, amount Rs 5Lakh etc. A ladu call has come for verification of loan amount has come from land line no. o4---. I followed with Sekhar and Mr. Amit for loan disbursement, they told it will be disbursed in end of March. When I called in end of March. they replied it is being disbursed in all over India zone wiase.. So Mahrastra zone will be disbursed by 15Th April. After follow up he replied 33% income tax will be deducted from loan amount disbursed. I told to disbursed the amount. Amit Sharma told It can be saved if I send a security check and document in name of Birla sunlife for Rs 25353. He send me the address as below

            I asked Mr. Amit That Mr. Shekhar is asking for the loan disbursement with security money of Rs 30000, on check the name of HDFC. He replied Mr. Shekhar has left the company. So do not communicate with him.

            Then including this money loan will be disbursed. After few days The second policy created on my name policy no.[protected]. Then I asked Mr. Amit shrma to disburse loan he told with in 15 days it will be done. After severel calls Mr. Amit stopped the lifting Phone. I called to customer care. They told there is [provision of loan but min. Rs. 5000 to 90% of surrender value not more than that. Then I enquire for about all this incidences. They told to writ mail to customer care with registered mail ID. So I could not found the Mail ID on policy document. So I registered the email ID. and sending The Mail.



            So I believe I have been cheated by such Birla Sunlife members.

            I request you to take serious action against such people as they must be misleading other Indian needy peoples on name of Birla sunlife.

            Kindly refund the Premium paid by me for Both policies.

            Thanks in advance for understanding my grief as Rs 75353 is stuck up. I have clearly mentioned that I have borrowed the premium amount so I need loan on priority. But ........

              Fraud & misconduct in giving policy Date: 15/03/2013
              Sir/Madam
              This is to inform you that, I am Santosh Kumar Sinha is a businessman office at Mominpur, Kolkata-27 (Email: [protected]@yahoo.com). Perhaps 2 months ago I starting talk to Swogata Dutta (phone nos. [protected],[protected]) telephonic regarding loan because that time our financial problems was very bad at that situation I had to need some of fund Rs. 10 Lac. She assurance me that I would be provide loan but you should take our insurance (i.e. Birla Sunlife Insurance for Rs. 1 lac).
              She given me some explain details follow:-
              1) You should take a Birla Sunlife Insurance for Rs. 1 lac.
              2) Only One time payment & maturity after 15 years
              3) We are provide flat interest @ 10.5% against Policy for 15 years
              4) Sum of assurance will be Rs. 1 lac + Rs. 10,500/- p.a (i.e Rs.1,00,000+ 1,57,500 = Rs. 2,57,500.00)
              5) If you not get loan stipulated time against this policy you can cancel this policy within 65 days.
              6) Loan interest will be 6.5% p.a
              7) EMI would be Rs.8,711.00 p.m (Loan EMI)
              After hearing I can’t believe, how it is possible that loan interest lower 6.5%. I discussed several time with Swogata Dutta regarding loan & insurance. She assurance & explain me that your civil checking is okay you will get loan within 35 days. Don’t worry.
              After that I've taken policy which is no.[protected] dated, 01/02/2013 for Rs. 1 lac. After one week I have received policy bond papers but there has totally different between policy which I accepted and which policy was explain by Swogata Dutta.
              There has some policy details follow:-
              1) Policy should be cancel within 15 days.
              2) Monthly Basis Premium Rs.8,421.00
              3) Last Premium due date on 06/02/2032
              4) Sum Assured Rs.15,15,750.00
              5) Guaranteed Maturity Benefit Rs. 20,21,040.00
              6) Policy Maturity Date on 06/02/2033
              I suspected that she was talking lie because those are not match between two separate details. Swogata Dutta commitment me, that after received the policy bond she explain our question regarding this policy and immediate process for loan. I knew before 2 days ago that she is an adviser of M/S SNOWTEX INVESTMENT LIMITED behalf of “Birla Sunlife” she fraud me. Even one week ago she told me that your cheque has dispatch through “Blue Dart” courier. They are sweet talkers, but actually they are frauds and mischievous persons with doubtful integrity. SNOWTEX people have also cheated some other people. I think Birla is one of the standard companies but this is totally wrong. They misguide peoples. I can’t believe that a fake company supported by Birla Sunlife Insurance for selling their product.

              Please do appropriate action in case on urgent basis.

              Birla Sun Life Insurance — policy bond still not recd after six month

              Dear Sir/Ma'm

              I have been taken policy no.[protected] in march 09 from your sikkar branch (Rajasthan). the bond of said policy was delivered after with sevral follow up in june 09 .in the bond there was lots of printing mistake .For correction the same bond i had submitted to mR. Rajnish (operation Guy) in to your jaipur branch on 23 july 09 for correction in printing mistake as well as signature change.He commited me with in 10 working days you will received your bond.

              But after 3 month i have no information regarding my policy bond and today when i approached to your jaipur branch i met with Mr Sanjay he told me that Rajnish on leave till 9 Oct.09.and he is Back of mr Rajnish but he is notable to help me out in same matter and could not get any satisfactory answer from his end.

              I could appreciate if i would get my bond.

                i had done a claim in birla sun life insurance of my health insurance. it is not processing since 5 month. whenever i call the customer of birla sun life insurance or ( MD INDIA ) they always tell us that it will process in 7 to 8 days but it will not processing . this is going since 5 month. they also not giving us the proper answer about the claim.

                  With reference to cited subject I has made some payment in insurance company one day a. Call received from New delhi by saying that he is speaking the officer of IRDA and for refund of your premium you have to pay the security amount of Rs. 60000.00 in favour of Birla sun life because said company is entitled to repay as per IRDA policy in MP . Then Mrs. Sonia Sharma call from M. N. [protected], and 12 mr. Gupta confirm to release the same . The amount is pending to release from Birla sunlife from december 2012,
                  Call from Birla sunlife is regular given for verification and releasing of payment then mr. Sonia and pooja agrawal is calling us with New No. I.e.[protected], 54 and Cell No.[protected], and Irda Officer Call us from phone No. [protected].
                  Now I am waiting because they want to pay more and more in security name for swap of insurance in the name of Reliance Insurance .
                  So please do the needful in this matter is urgently requested.

                    I HAVE MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN BIRLA SUNLIFE MUTUAL FUND ON 27TH MAY 2013 FOR Rs. 55000.
                    WHILE I WAS DOING THE TRANSACTION, WHEN I LOGGED INTO MY CORPORATION BANK ACCOUNT WITH MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD, AND AFTER ENTERING ALL THE FIELDS SUCCESSFULLY, I GOT THE MESSAGE TRANSACTION REJECTED IN MY BANKS PAGE AND THE PAGE G0T REDIRECTED TO BIRLA SUNLIFE MUTUAL FUND WHERE IT WAS ALSO SHOWING, TRANSACTION FAILED.
                    AFTER CONTACTING THE BANK PEOPLE, I CAME TO KNOW THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH THE CORE BANKING AND THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED TILL EVENING.
                    ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY, WHEN I LOGGED INTO MY CORPORATION BANK ACCOUNT, I WAS VERY MUCH SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THE AMOUNT OF Rs. 55000 HAS ALREADY BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT TOWARDS TECH PROCESS (PROBABLY THE AGENCY WHICH COLLECTS THE MONEY ON BEHALF OF BIRLA SUNLIFE MUTUAL FUND).
                    WHEN I CONTACTED THE BIRLA SUNLIFE MUTUAL FUND, THEY ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE BANKS PEOPLE AS THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUCH AMOUNT AT THEIR END.
                    WHEN I CONTACTED MY BRANCH IN CANNING STREET-KOLKATA, THEY CO-OPERATED WITH ME VERY NICELY AND TALKED TO THEIR CB-872 BRANCH IN MUMBAI WHO HANDLES THE NET BANKING TRANSFERS. FROM THEIR, THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED TOWARDS TECH PROCESS AND THEY GAVE THE NUMBER OF TECH PROCESS PEOPLE TO CONTACH THEM.
                    WHEN THE MANAGER OF CORPORATION BANK, CANNING STREET BRANCH, KOLKATA TALKED TO THE TECH PROCESS PEOPLE, THEY SAID THAT IN THEIR SYSTEM IT WAS SHOWING THAT THE TRANSACTION IS FAILED AND THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUCH AMOUNT FROM THE BANK. STILL THEY TOOK A DAYS TIME FROM US TO ENQUIRE INTO THE MATTER AND GET BACK TO US.
                    TODAY WHEN I SPOKE TO THE TECH PROCESS PEOPLE, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE ALSO CO-ORDINATED WITH THE CB-872 BRANCH, AND SOME Mr. JOSHI TOLD THEM THAT Mr. ALMEDA, WHO IS INCHARGE TO LOOK AFTER THE OPERATIONS, IS ON LEAVE.
                    TECH PROCESS PEOPLE ALSO REQUESTED Mr. JOSHI TO PROVIDE SOME BASIC DETAILS ABOUT THE SAID TRANSACTION SUCH AS THE FUND TRANSFER DATE AND THE CONSOLIDATED AMOUNT, BUT Mr. JOSHI FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY SUCH INFORMATION TO TECH PROCESS PEOPLE.
                    WHEN I REPORTED THIS TO MY BRANCH MANAGER, HE AGAIN SPOKED TO Mr. JOSHI BUT THE ANSWER WAS SAME.


                    ITS ALREADY MORE THAN A WEEK, FROM THE DAY OF TRANSACTION, AND I AM REALLY AFRAID FOR MY MONEY.

                      I Have taken following 9 BSLI policies by some calling Gautam Oberoi (may be real name Sujeet Jha)- Mobile No. [protected] posing BSLI Sales Manager with assurance of rebate of 20% policy commission on each policy. He said company is directly selling this policy & no agent is involved. Pls. find said details of each policy .
                      commission will be returned in 60 days of payment. If such things don`t happen my policy can be returned in 90 days.
                      Thereafter he started putting excuses one after another fy year ending& all,
                      Finally this month it revealed of fraud done to me by your registered & authorised agent/advisor.

                      Sir- No doubt i made a mistake but how come agents go on with false promises because they don`t fear as company takes no action against the brokers .
                      Request to refund my whole money.

I think it is a good amt to invest . but what happen after 3.5 yrs i have deposit around 1.80 lacs but my fund value is 98 thounsand. its means 50% loss. i am not satisfy with the persormance of Birla sunlife retuerns.

                            first I wish to introduce myself i am Mr. Pravesh jha Bearing policy no[protected] of Birla Sunlife Life Insurance Company. I was paid My premium from last 4 years. Now i decided to Surrender my policy. then i visited to Nerul Branch and submit original Policy Document Pand Card Xerox & HDFC bank original Cancelled Cheque on 9th May 2013. Till now i didnot got my payment. I called several time to customer care always received different replied. Some people replied your policy is in process, some is replied your Cheque is ready, Some is replied your RTGS voucher is ready. today i surprised when i called to customer care they replied your account no not clear in your cancelled cheque. Everybody know HDFC bank is always supply printed cheque book to customer and the customer care representative try to foolish me. I dont know wheather the customer care team is uneducated or birla sunlife insurance company is try to cheat to their customer.
                            So i request you pls help me and release my payment earliest.

                              This is in regard to the concern registered with Birla Sunlife Insurance Policy Reference Number[protected].

                              I Dipak Agarwal residing at 13 Topsia Road South Kolkata-700046 (Policy No#[protected] want to raise my concern over the response got from Birla Sunlife related to my concern raised. It is bring to you kind ATTENTION that I have registered complain related to my policy.
                              The concern was as stated below,

                              1. Policy details: A) Police no[protected]
                              B) Client I.D – [protected]
                              C) BSLI Guaranteed Wealth Plan Twenty20 Pay 10

                              2. In the call it was stated that I will get a Loan from Birla @6.00% per annum for an amount of Rs-5,00,000 (Five hundred thousand)with 10years terms, for this I have to create an insurance equivalent to the 10% of the Loan amount.
                              3. I agreed upon the condition and issued a Cheque for an amount Rs- 50,000/-(Fifty thousand).
                              4. Within a week I got the bond paper of the Insurance, which is not a fixed deposit but a insurance with 10years terms of payment scheme.
                              5. The very next day I called the agent that I received the bond paper but it appears to be insurance. When asked the agent about the same he told that it is an insurance but once the loan get approved it will be converted to a fixed deposit for the next ten years as per the loan terms and add an attractive interest rate of 11.5% per annum against the fixed deposit.
                              6. The agents told me that if the loan is not approved they will cancel the Insurance, as they have the rights to cancel the policy after the look up period.

                              7. Now when I have asked them to proceed with the Loan approval process they asked me to submit the bond with them in original, I asked them to provide an acknowledgement for submitting the original papers then they have given me a original money receipt and take away my original Insurance paper and told me that they will respond in next fifteen days. The bond contains certain details which are incorrect and they asked me to write an application and submit the same to them. I have submitted an application to rectify the mobile number my occupation details.

                              8. After15 days when I called them for the status of my loan they start behaving differently and just started passing the days, after few occasions they didn't picked my calls and ignored me.

                              9. When it was more than 35 days and I haven’t received any updates then I have asked them to provide me the office address as I want to meet them, they given me fake details and known of them present there as per the provided address.

                              10. At last they did not receive my calls and if received told that they have left the job and no one will able to help you.

                              11.To my utter surprise and anxiety I contacted Birla City office, there I have asked for the agent details, they told that they don’t have the details about this tele-caller and they are the sub-agents of Birla and we will unable to help you on this but told me submit a letter with my concerns.

                                  , Then I get alart And realised I am getting cheated frm above companies,

                                  Now I am affraid , AND want to complaint against above companies and peoples

                                      I got a phone call from a girl named Gauri and she claimed that BISLI Vision plan will provide good returns in 5 years. She asked us to have this plan for 5 years for annual premium of Rs. 20,000/- and in return we will get around 1,80,000/- after 5 years. We agreed to this plan and she send company's representative (Abhishek) to our home and he asked for the necessary documents for this policy but he didn't fill the form in front o[censored]s he said he will fill that in his office and we paid him sum of rupees 20,000/- by cash. He promised that we will get the policy within 7 days with an assured gift. After around 20 days we got the policy but on that it was mentioned that the policy pay term is 20 years, we called back to Abhishek and he came to our home and admitted that there is a mistake by the data entry boy and he will get it fixed, so he took that policy with him. After 1 month, on numerous phone calls, he sent another boy with the same policy but he convoyed the message that the problem is rectified.
                                      Till that day, we have called many times with out any response from them. In the mean while, I approached Chandigarh head office and talked to Mr. Manmohan and he said the 5 year plan is not that fruitful and you will not get around Rs. 1,80,000/- after the end of the term but instead you may get around Rs. 1,35,000/-
                                      I am really shocked when I get to know this and felt cheated.
                                      I would suggest not to buy any plan the company as they are not keeping their words.

                                        On 26th February 2013, Mr. Puneet Uppal from Birla Sun Life Insurance came to my residence for discussing about their insurance product. After discussion, I gave him my photograph, pan card and aadhaar card copies along with a cheque of Rs 1 Lakh.
                                        Later in the evning, I changed my mind, I called him and also mailed him to return my documents and cheque immediately but he did not turn up. Instead he forwarded my case to his office and sent my cheque to the bank for payment.
                                        Fortunately I had already requested my bank for stop payment against that cheque so the cheque was not encashed.
                                        Till date the company has not sent back my documents despite my repeated requests to the company's representatives.
