I am holding a policy #[protected]. I used to get the soft copy of the premium receipt every month to my e-mail account [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Since last so many months, I am getting only SMS and a message from Citibank having received the amount, but no receipt copies. I have taken the above policy in the month of July 2013. I have opted for ECS on my HDFC credit card from your end by filling up the ECS form given by your company and submitted.
