Since last so many months, I am getting only SMS and a message from Citibank having received the amount, but no receipt copies. I got a call one day from stating Call from Birla sun life and asking to enrol for a policy with so many benefits and false double maturity benefits.Later I came to know an agent company Snowtex investment processed my policy who is registered agent of Birla.They played a trick as well, they sent my policy document to my native address and hence I received policy document after free look period....
