I had placed an order for a plant to be delivered on 11th Feb 2022. The delivery was scheduled for the same day. I have been tracking the progress of my order and it still shows as on-hold. Tried to call multiple times on the phone numbers provided on various sites, no response from anyone. I registered an official complaint on their website, no response. I even dropped them an email regarding this, no response. Would appreciate if i can get some help clearing this.
