    I have placed an order for same day delivery and they even charged me a premium of 250 for the same as it was Valentines Day. The order number BV23142846. The order was never delivered and the email address and phone number does not work. It is a fraudulent company trying to get money and then ghost customers. Please help to resolve and process a refund of Rs 1799

      In lieu of my order from bloomsvilla - I received 1 bouquet at 8pm on Feb 15 but the time of delivery was till 12pm. The flowers were in bad condition and not what was showed on the site. I only received one when the order was placed for 2.
      I would never recommend bloomsvilla to anyone and the company should outcasted from google and prime sites.

      Would need and demand refund of my order of total amount of 2800/-

        I ordered roses on 14th February 2023 from https://www.bloomsvilla.com/ website. Order Number #BV23140313
        On 15th February I received a message from their website saying that they have delivered the roses but they were not delivered. I have already opened a complaint on their website but they are neither responding to my complaint nor are they picking up calls on their customer care number which is 080.352.165.81

        I want a complete refund on my order as they have failed to deliver it.

          I have ordered the cake it was neither delivered nor refunded all the numbers are corrupt no one is responding. How long you will survive by taking the money of people. Never seen such fraud company.

            I had ordered orchids and chocolates and placed two orders worth near to 7k. While placing order i was getting trouble while payment and they had immediately called for it. After placing order they did not even bother to followup on delivery or receive calls. Today they have sent mail saying order is on hold as it is out of service area. When order is not reachable why support called me while payment and said order could be delivered also there site said it’s available.
            To get something out of my 7k i had also provided alternate address to them but still no response.
            Order number is added to subject.
            I believe other users also faced same situation.

            I would request for refund of subject orders number.

              The order was not delivered as promised on 14th Feb.

              I need refund. Call centre is not answering calls and no one is replying to emails. I sent so many emails on [protected]@bloomsvilla.com

                I have ordered a combo from your website on 14th feb worth rupees 1608/- The delivery was supposed to happen on same day which was 14th feb but it didn't happen, still it shows delivery with partner. I' ve been calling you guys from yesterday but always it tells lines are busy, I also contacted through live chat but no one responded. You guys have spoiled the day. You are fooling customers here, its a big scam of looting customers hard earned money. Such a fraud platform it is bloomsvilla. Utterly pathetic service. I want to cancel this order and want my money back in my account. If I don't get prompt response. I'm surely gonna escalate this to every possible platform to expose your scam. Do not ever think customers are fool and you can earn money by doing this scam

                              Ordered a birthday cake on 14th Feb'2023 Order no: BV23139318 amounting Rs.1700 Delivery date was 14th Feb 2023 and delivery time was 8 am to 8 Pm of the same day but not delivered and when I am Trying call the customer Service phone either busy or not picked up by anyone.
                              I want the amount Refund of Rs 1700.

                                I ordered Flower bouqet and cake from this website on 14th Feb but it was not delivered. When called on given number, it was coming busy. Even now also if you call it will come busy. Also, they don't respond on mails.

                                Looks like this is fraud website.

                                  The product is not delivered but it is marked as delivered.they deducted the money as well the customer number is always busy and email also no updates given.they told will deliver same day but not delivered yet.this is second day i am still waiting for the product.i am expecting a refund for the delay of the product
