Order not delivered customer support is not responding they are doing fraud my order Bloomsvilla Order BV23140515 Status...

Yesterdayon 14 feb 2023 i have order a flowers and chocolate from this website.
But this is totally a fraud website they didnt delivered the product but their website showing the product is delivered....

I had placed an order - BV23144111 and the order wasn't delivered. I was unable to track the order. The customer care contact numbers are always busy. Kindly make a full refund of this order on priority basis....

I have order to be delivered on 14th February 2023.I haven't received my order nor there is no update on the order .There is no proper response on calling the customer care number also.This type of service is not appreciated .I want this to be resolved...

Ordered a birthday cake on 14th Feb'2023 Order no: BV23139318 amounting Rs.1700 Delivery date was 14th Feb 2023 and delivery time was 8 am to 8 Pm of the same day but not delivered and when I am Trying call the customer Service phone either busy or not picked up by anyone.
I want the amount Refund of Rs 1700....

I ordered Flower bouqet and cake from this website on 14th Feb but it was not delivered. When called on given number, it was coming busy. Even now also if you call it will come busy. Also, they don't respond on mails.

Looks like this is fraud website....

The product is not delivered but it is marked as delivered.they deducted the money as well the customer number is always busy and email also no updates given.they told will deliver same day but not delivered yet.this is second day i am still waiting for the product.i am expecting a refund for the delay of the product...

I had ordered a package yesterday and wanted to get it delivered yesterday. I was told it will be done.

Seems suspicious.
However the online portal seems certified, which traps people into such things.

Ordered a cake on 14th February 2023 amounting Rs. 1700 but not delivered when contacted customer care phone didn't picked...

I ordered flower bouquet from BloomsVilla which was worth Rs. 1429/ . It was supposed to be delivered before 8 PM of Feb 14th, 2023 but that didn't happen. I have tried calling them several time for many hours but the number mentioned on their website is unreachable. Also, I have sent them multiple emails but no one has responded.

When I check their FB page, to my utter disbelief there were so many negative comments and not...

Paid for some orchids and chocolate for Valentine's day at around 10 am, same day delivery. They even took the surge fee. The tracking page showed out for delivery by 8pm but I have not received any further update.
I want to get a refund.
