    I ordered flower bouquet from BloomsVilla which was worth Rs. 1429/ . It was supposed to be delivered before 8 PM of Feb 14th, 2023 but that didn't happen. I have tried calling them several time for many hours but the number mentioned on their website is unreachable. Also, I have sent them multiple emails but no one has responded.

    When I check their FB page, to my utter disbelief there were so many negative comments and not a single positive comment . Looks like they take people's money and abscond with it .

    This company which is indulged in fraudulent practices needs to be stopped before more people like me gets conned.

      Paid for some orchids and chocolate for Valentine's day at around 10 am, same day delivery. They even took the surge fee. The tracking page showed out for delivery by 8pm but I have not received any further update.
      I want to get a refund.

      I've attached a screenshot of the tracking page.

      I read a lot of reviews in the time that I was waiting for my order and it's ridiculous how many orders and days they've ruined. I feel like the sheer number of complaints warrants a deeper investigation into this business.

          Hi,

          The executive called me yesterday and he mentioned he that he isn’t able to deliver it address. But he promised that he will do it today at 10AM in the morning, even after continuous follow up he didn’t deliver the gift and talked very rudely and he said do whatever you want cancel the order if you want no one is going to entertain you and the rider told someone pay him to do the delivery for him his contact is +[protected].
          Requesting you to refund the amount because the birthday is over and I have been very patient but disrespect I can allow. I tried reaching out with customer care as well but that didn’t get connected please start my refund process as earliest as possible.

                I had placed an order on 14th Feb-23 for Valentine's day. The order status for now 6 hours is still saying "assigned to delivery team". When I try calling the phone number listed on the Bloomsvilla website, it keeps saying the same thing, that is, "this number is currently busy". They haven't responded to my e-mail complaints either. Noticed other consumers have experienced almost exactly the same thing today (14th Feb-23) as me. Something suspicious is going on

                  Did not receive the order on the selected date even after paying surge price for it.

                  my order number is BV23142809.

                  The date I selected was 14 feb 2023 for valentine's day and they even charged a surge price for delivery of 450 INR. The product was supposed to be delivered by 8 PM But I have not got any update until now.

                  The reviews I see online is that people have faced the same problem. I am not very hopeful I will get the product at all. And what purpose will it solve if it doent get delivered on time.

                    i ordered gift on 13th Feb 2023 but its not deliver on 14th feb 2023 till yet as they promised to deliver, i continuously connecting on customer but they mentioned wrong number on website & they have poor customer assistance.

                    Request you to please refund my money

                            My husband ordered fliers and cake for Valentine’s celebration. He paid extra for delivery. I have not received anything yet.
                            The customer service numbers are not working, so cannot connect with them.
                            Tried connecting on (+[protected]with the lady who called for confirming the address, she didn’t respond and later on she blocked my number.

                            Such a pathetic service.

                                  Order was placed and date time was selected for the delivery
                                  It was a special birthday occasion of 4 year old kid
                                  He was expecting this cake and was excited but got disappointed as cake wasn’t delivered or attempted to deliver
                                  They kept saying it should be delivered soon
                                  Hours passed we kept calling but no one answered
                                  We even tried to speak over the net they said it will be delivered but still wasn’t
                                  However to our surprise it shows order on hold due to refusal from receiving party
                                  How it’s possible when the cake wasn’t delivered at the first place
                                  This is completely fraud and breaking trust
                                  Need a refund on this purchase as it has never been delivered
                                  If they attempted to deliver where is the proof or signature of refusal.
                                  Kindly resolve this asap

                                        Hi team,

                                        On 3rd of Feb 2023, I have ordered a pack of 5 kitkat, also for that order I have done the payment.. and I got a mail that my order is placed successfully.
                                        After that I got another mail that my order has been put on hold the reason behind putting on hold is i opted for a kitkat pack without any cake or flowers.. but if this is the case then my order should not be placed.. but it got placed and the amount is also deducted from my account..

                                        I have dropped a mail to bloomsvilla but did not get proper response from the customer care. It's been 5 days already I didn't get the resolution of my concern.

                                        Kindly help me with the cancellation and refund of my order please.
