I had placed the order on 31 night and I wanted that order at midnight.
After my payment process, I was waiting for my order then I contacted to customer care but After a long time the customer care said that the order cannot be delivered now.
Then I mentioned to customer care on chat and by mail that if you can't deliver ok then cancel the order.
But again next day I got a call from courier boy for cake delivery at 12.50 pm.
Before delivering, BoomsVilla company did not even ask where the customer is.
I was staying at hotel the boodhi tree in Shimla and my checkout was 11 am on 1st jan2023.
What are these things that boomsvilla company trying to deliver forcefully.
I haven't received any orders.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had placed the order on 31 night in Shimla hotel the boodhi tree, I wanted that order at midnight.
After my payment accepted, boomsvilla customer care told me that they can't deliver this product at midnight.
I mentioned on chat or by mail that if you can't deliver ok then cancel the order.
But again next day I got a call from courier boy for cake delivery at 12.50 pm.
Before delivering, boomsvilla did not even ask where the customer is.
I was staying at hotel the boodhi tree and my checkout was 11 am.
I informed them that I already left the hotel as I told you still they wanted forcefully to deliver order
I haven't received any orders.Raised concern to customer care and doing follow up from last 4 days but no one is resolving my issue . It seems customers are not important for you .
