I had ordered a fruit basket and I have received old or rotten fruits; I don't see a option to attach pictures or videos. Let me know, how can I attach pictures or video.

Apples were of low quality and some had rotten, which I think you can see from the images provided. Grapes had left water and bananas as you said was black.

The basket which I had selected from the web site was not the same, not sure if you are providing something else verses shown on web site. This is not at all acceptable.

70% of the fruits were gone and the delivery person did not take proper handling the fruit basket. I would suggest watching the videos and pictures which I had sent, which we will give you a proper picture of what I am stating.

Only one item is delivered which is received damaged. Another item is not recieved yet.

Why this item is not delivered on time.

I want total refund of the items as soon as possible to my orignal payment.

Order number bv23147090 not delivered till date. It was placed in goa on 2nd march where i went for just 3 days with a group of slum dwelling children. One of them had birthday on 2nd march. Order was acknowledged and confirmed but never delivered. And no response after that. I am back to my home in gurgaon.

There was a order for online flower delivery placed with the above-mentioned company..but till today no delivery has been nor my money refunded.
Absolutely pathetic customer service

Today afternoon i ordered cake and got received just now. But hammer is missing with the cake. i didnot notice the order number too. I dint receive proper message from bloomsvilla they delivered through fnp ckaes. its quite confused and hammer is missing. How do i cut pinata cake without hammer?
We want to cut cake in sometime. please respond immediately

Bloomsvilla is online cake and other item delivery company and I have placed an order for a cake to be delivered at GOA for my nephews birthday vide Order BV23147300 with prepaid amount.

But till date they have not delivered the same and have send a confirmation mail of delivery. Also there is no response on their contact no and even on mails they are inactive as the messages send are all computerized.

This is a online scam and they are cheating people with this fake company with emotions of people who are ordering such sentimental things online.

I placed an order for a bouquet on 8th March 2023 which was scheduled to deliver on same day by 12 midnight.
but they failed to deliver even after charging me rs. 250 for delivery only.
Next day their delivery partner called me at around 1 pm to ask for the delivery.
But I refused to accept as it was out of time and I had to arrange it from somewhere else.
now the company is not responding to my queries and not even answering the calls on given number.
Their status update is showing It's my fault.
I want my money back.

I have ordered from there website today flowers and gifts for my special woman of my life as it is a woman's day and it was mentioned over there website to deliver today in the slot of 12 to 3 Pm but order is not delivered and also I got an email of completion of delivery.

My order no is #BV23148230 and no one response on there call centre number.
I have made an payment of 1249 and now seek a repayment along with compensation.

It is such an unprofessional behaviour, please look into this case.

Dear sir/ madam.
I have ordered a flower bouquet from BloomsVilla yesterday with order number BV23147566. In the website it was mentioned that they'll deliver the product by yesterday midnight itself and they asked to pay extra 250 for the same. I paid for that and was waiting till my occasion got finished. My order hasn't been delivered and the customer support isn't responding for calls. I think I got spammed. If this complaint reaches to the right person, kindly help me with the cancellation and refund.

ORDER BV23147359. I placed an order for a cake delivery on 4th of March to postal code 624101, Kodaikanal, Dindugal district. I placed the order for 4th delivery but it's 5th March today and no delivery made. I've been trying to contact them but never got connected to someone and only the music went on. I had paid Rs. 849(250 extra) for midnight delivery. Please get back the money from them and refund the same. I would be going back to Trichy tonight as I came to Kodaikanal for my daughter's birthday. Transaction details attached for reference

I had ordered a cake and 2 dry fruit packs vide order number BV23146006 to be delivered to Kottayam, Kerala as a birthday gift to my father. I opted for fixed time delivery in the morning by paying the prescribed charges. The items were to be delivered on 25th February 2023 between 7 am and 9 am. However, my order is not delivered at all. I tried to track the order yesterday morning itself and the status was "with delivery partner". I tried to contact your team though the given contact number but the calls were never attended to after the automated voice directions. I had received a call immediately after trying to pay during booking, however nobody contacted me when the delivery got delayed.on 27th February one low qualift cake and nut combo was delivered instead of the order for which I had payed. No answer about the money you took for fixed time delivery also. No customer would ever expect such an irresponsible attitude from a company of repute. Your firm's casual attitude caused me a lot of mental agony and finally we could not celebrate our fathers bday the way we planned. I would like the higher management of the Bloomsvilla team to take serious note of this issue and initiate a refund of the entire amount to me as early as possible.

I have ordered a gift on 14th Feb 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on the same day, but still it is not delivered (already 7 days gone). Its showing DELIVERED on their website. They are not refunding my money.

Hi I ordered a gift from bloomsvilla for valentine's day (14 Feb) to my wife . It was supposed to be sent in the same day, but till today 21st Feb I have not received the order in chennai . The delivery shows as out for delivery still. Cannot reach the customer care in phone or chat . Raised a incident as well in their portal . For which there is no response . I need the money of 788 rs refunded to me

BV23144429 Ordered on 14th feb, paid full amount including surge charge but item not delivered till date. Need full refund back. Customer care number and chat option both are unresponsive. Fraudulent business just trying to take the easy route to money making.

Ordered flower set and paid extra for delivering on same day. Didn't receive order yet. Its been a week now. Tried contacting them through mail and contact number. No reply yet.
Kindly take action to stop such fraud websites.

I am writing this honest review so that in future no one can do the same mistake I did.
We placed a ' same day delivery ' order and paid the total amount including extra surge money due to the valentines day occasion but we didn't receive my order till today.
When we raised a complaint no one gives a response to that complaint but they marked our order as 'Delivered' without delivering the order and the funniest part is that they even don't pick up the customer service call when you are trying to reach them.
Hey Fraud Company,
If you do not have the guts to face your customer then you should slap yourself and shut the company.

Fraudulent website stealing credit card information and doing big time fraud, no actual products and taking orders and not delivering, website is fake and just a front end for fooling customers and takes orders. I am filing consumer case against them.

I placed my order on 14th Feb, the amount for a bouquet and a gift was 918/Rs . It was deducted from my paytm account, after few hours I received a mail saying payment was failed and refund will be initiated within few days

Next day I got the mail saying that your order has been delivered.
Neither my order is delivered nor the refund is initiated yet

I called them on their customer care number multiple times - there is no response, wrote ample email but no revert
