I have ordered a gift on 14th Feb 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on the same day, but still it is not delivered (already 7 days gone). Its showing DELIVERED on their website. They are not refunding my money.

Hi I ordered a gift from bloomsvilla for valentine's day (14 Feb) to my wife . It was supposed to be sent in the same day, but till today 21st Feb I have not received the order in chennai . The delivery shows as out for delivery still. Cannot reach the customer care in phone or chat . Raised a incident as well in their portal . For which there is no response . I need the money of 788 rs refunded to me...

BV23144429 Ordered on 14th feb, paid full amount including surge charge but item not delivered till date. Need full refund back. Customer care number and chat option both are unresponsive. Fraudulent business just trying to take the easy route to money making....

Ordered flower set and paid extra for delivering on same day. Didn't receive order yet. Its been a week now. Tried contacting them through mail and contact number. No reply yet.
Kindly take action to stop such fraud websites....

I am writing this honest review so that in future no one can do the same mistake I did.
We placed a ' same day delivery ' order and paid the total amount including extra surge money due to the valentines day occasion but we didn't receive my order till today.
When we raised a complaint no one gives a response to that complaint but they marked our order as 'Delivered' without delivering...

Fraudulent website stealing credit card information and doing big time fraud, no actual products and taking orders and not delivering, website is fake and just a front end for fooling customers and takes orders. I am filing consumer case against them....

I placed my order on 14th Feb, the amount for a bouquet and a gift was 918/Rs . It was deducted from my paytm account, after few hours I received a mail saying payment was failed and refund will be initiated within few days

Next day I got the mail saying that your order has been delivered.
Neither my order is delivered nor the refund is initiated yet

I called them on their customer care number multiple...

My wife ordered a bouquet on 14 th feb but the same has not been delivered. Also blooms villa is not refunding the amount. No one is even responding to our communication....

Hi, My order BV23142636 has not been delivered till date. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. I have raised a complaint Incident 30824 but no response has been received yet. Customer care is not even responding to call nor am I getting response over email. It's a request to either refund or deliver and compensate for the same.

Order #BV23137634, I ordered the gift for my wife and my gift is not delivered yet. On their portal, its showing it's delivered. Nobody is pick the call at call center and no revert on email. Disappointed with the lack of customer service at Bloom's Villa. Despite multiple attempts to reach someone over the phone, I am yet to receive a response. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I ordered for my mums birthday who was visiting India for her Birthday. She did not receive the flowers on time and I paid extra for a specific time slot.
They have emailed me to say it has been delivered. I emailed them to say it hasn't. I get an email saying the same thing again...it has been delivered. No one would lie about not receiving a gift?! I live in UK and purchased it to be delivered in Ahmedabad....

I have placed an order for same day delivery and they even charged me a premium of 250 for the same as it was Valentines Day. The order number BV23142846. The order was never delivered and the email address and phone number does not work. It is a fraudulent company trying to get money and then ghost customers. Please help to resolve and process a refund of Rs 1799...

In lieu of my order from bloomsvilla - I received 1 bouquet at 8pm on Feb 15 but the time of delivery was till 12pm. The flowers were in bad condition and not what was showed on the site. I only received one when the order was placed for 2.
I would never recommend bloomsvilla to anyone and the company should outcasted from google and prime sites.

Would need and demand refund of my order of total amount of 2800/-...

I have ordered the cake it was neither delivered nor refunded all the numbers are corrupt no one is responding. How long you will survive by taking the money of people. Never seen such fraud company....

I had ordered orchids and chocolates and placed two orders worth near to 7k. While placing order i was getting trouble while payment and they had immediately called for it. After placing order they did not even bother to followup on delivery or receive calls. Today they have sent mail saying order is on hold as it is out of service area. When order is not reachable why support called me while payment and said order could be delivered also...

I have ordered a combo from your website on 14th feb worth rupees 1608/- The delivery was supposed to happen on same day which was 14th feb but it didn't happen, still it shows delivery with partner. I' ve been calling you guys from yesterday but always it tells lines are busy, I also contacted through live chat but no one responded. You guys have spoiled the day. You are fooling customers here, its a big scam of looting customers hard earned...
