Order was to be delivered on 23rd may 2020 at mid-night. Non of the items cake, flowers, chocolate or plants are delivered. It also charged rs. 250 for mid-night delivery.

They are not receiving the call, calling on +[protected], no one picks. There is no response of email also.

I want the order to be cancelled and refund my money which is more than rs. 2000

I have placed an order for a cake and chocolates. They charged me 1500+ rupees. Neither my order has been delivered nor anyone takes my call/gives me a refund. This is so heartbreaking when people work so hard and get cheated by such schmucks.

It was my friend's birthday on 9th april 2020. I had ordered a bouquet and a greeting online from this website since there were no other websites accepting orders the same day because of the corona outbreak. And as i thought, luckily this one accepted orders the same day and i believed it because it was kind of 30 minutes away from his home.

So i ordered, i recieved an email saying the order is complete, i had made the payment online. It was 548 rupees. It was supposed to be delivered by 8pm on 9th april 2020, the same day. But when i contacted their phone number in the evening, no one picked. And in the night, it was switched off.

I just thought it might have been a problem due to the corona and i waited for them to respond back to me regarding like the delay or maybe a refund. I have been trying to call them since then and the phone number is switched off and the emails i sent them regarding the refund or order updates. I didn't any reply to any of them either.

I know that this much of an amount might not matter to anyone reading this much. But every little amount, i have hardly earned it and i would rather give it to someone in need than to someone who is cheating people for money like this. It really ruined my mood that i couldn't send the flowers on his birthday.

Please do help me out in getting the refund. I do not need that order anymore.

Have ordered a product on 6 April 2020 with Same day delivery but the product is not yet delivered. No one is responding on emails and even the contact number provided is switched off.

Hi there. So i placed an online order on bloomsvilla for a bouquet delivery on valentine's day to my partner in bangalore. They also charged me an additional rs 460 as 'surge fee' claiming that they will make delivery the same day. However, delivery was not made on feb 14th and has been saying 'order processing' for the past 2 days when i tried to track order. Today when i checked, the order status shows as 'delivered', but my partner has not received it and i never received a call either. I do not know where the package is and its anyway too late now and so i'd like to get a refund back on the amount i paid online.

This website receives order and payment but it will not deliver the item and i dont think they have delivery channel also. There is only 1 contact option available through the website through which they will not receive call even if you call more than 50 times. There is no registered office or non registered office for this company.

So, once you pay the money for the item (Cake/flowers/gifts) only you will get automated email of order confirmation, nothing else. No other updates about it.

Yesterday i have ordered bouquet from blooms villa site for today deliver. I called in morning he said it will deliver before 12. But after 12 its not delivered. After that i call so many times but he didn't picked my call now he has switched off his mobile. And already i have paid the amount.in site i can't able to track my order. Pld raise my complaint

I have gone from pune to bangalore for my friend's birthday. I have ordered a cake from bloomsvilla to surprise him but sadly the cake and their service spoiled the whole celebration. Firstly, they didn't deliver the cake on committed time and the cake was also tasteless. They charge too much for this worthless services. I will never order any product from bloomsvilla.
