    On 29th July 2022, I had placed an order to be delivered on the same day. The package wasn’t delivered and I received an update the next morning informing me that the order was delivered successfully. On checking with the recipient I was informed that it wasn’t delivered to them at all.
    After rigorously following up with customer care the only response I’ve received is that it was delivered(multiple times), when it actually has not been.
    They are also unable to provide details of the person it was handed over too, because it wasn’t given to the desired recipient in the first place.

          I was very disappointed with their service, i was charged Rs. 200 extra for delivering the product on selected time slot but they didn't do it. I had ordered the product 24hrs before only. First of all very late delivery and also the cake and bouquet which was shown in website is not delivered the same way as shown. Very pathetic. It was not upto the mark, not even 50 percent worth of what I paid to them. Very disappointed. Another sad part is that the customer care number given isn't responding at all even after calling multiple times. There is no alternative number given as well.

            I ordered flowers from website since I wanted to gift it to my colleague.I selected delivery slot 12-3pm on July22, 2022.
            But after payment was done this slot automatically changed and it became full day any time flowers will be delivered...
            When I tried calling customer care
            No one answered
            I mailed them to cancel the order since they provided me with wrong info...and also requested to deliver it on Monday instead of Friday they did none and it's 10 pm at night no flowers delivered...I want my money back

              Hello,

              I have ordered cake on 20-Jul-2022 around 10.30pm for the mid night delivery.
              For the midnight delivery Rs 250 extra I have paid.

              Then they mentioned the delivery will happen next day morning from 9am to 12pm, but they called me at 8.30pm ;(
              Irresponsible customer care, not giving my money back.
              They are basically cheaters to loot the customers money.
              While ordering it was clearly mentioned that they will deliver on 20-Jul-2022 by 23:59, after ordering i checked the tracking it was showing 21-Jul-2022 between 9am to 12pm.

              Now the customer care is saying cancellation is allowed only before 48 hours.
              if i order for the same day delivery how can i cancel before 48 hours.

              Please find the attachments for delivery on 20-Jul-2022 and later moved to 21-Jul-2022 9am to 12pm.

                Requested for delivery: 21st July 2022
                Order never came.

                I called them up on 21st July 11 am and they said it is out for delivery. Order never came. When I called back they don't pick. I called 10 times.

                No way to contact them, track order- nothing.

                  I want to cancel my order which I ordered yesterday night as I already cancel it yesterday night same time. I dont want it to delivered today as I already given the bday girl all the things yesterday night and now no one is available at home to collect the parcel so my money got waste totally i know. Thats what they do everytime. I already raised complaints 8 times from yesterday night with mails too. But they are not cancelling my order

                    I had placed an order for delivery of cake to Ettumanoor for 16th july for my moms birthday.

                    I never received any cake till this moment & no one responds in their call centre no or through email. I came to know a lot of complaint against them here. Such irresponsible companies should not be allowed to trade & authorities should take action against them & close the company down.

                    They should not cheat any more customers!!!

                      I have order for same day delivery on 17th but dint receive the order when contacted theough chat the customer care executive told it would be delivered on 18th 9a.m-12p.m but rhen it was not delivered after quite a few calls also they dint answer any calls and no reply to mail also, I would like to get my refund amount asap and resolve this issue or i have to proceed in other ways legally Since they are many scamming reports online.

                        I had placed an order through the BloomsVilla website for delivery of flowers and chocolate (order number: BV2288309 dated June 30). The order was for delivery on July 1, and was accepted for a total cost of INR 3, 448. I got a confirmation message stating that the order was delivered on July 1. On following up with the intended recipient, I got to know that nothing was delivered to him. I raised a complaint with Bloomsvilla (complaint number: 14739), and they resolved it with a note that they are sorry for the delay and the order has been delivered. I checked again with the intended party, and nothing had been delivered. I opened another complaint with Bloomsvilla (complaint number: 14788), but this too was resolved by them stating that the order was delivered. Again I checked with the intended recipient and no surprise, nothing was delivered. I had meanwhile called the support number and after being on hold for eternity, the call got disconnected. So I raised another complaint clearly asking them to provide proof of delivery and to verify their claims. To this I finally got a response that the order was on hold as the delivery was out of service area. Their prescribed solution was for me to provide an alternate address or that they would issue a store credit or gift card that can be utilized for future purchases. This was totally unacceptable to me as I have no intention of buying anything from Bloomsvilla again. So I asked for my money (INR 3, 448) to be refunded back to my original source of payment. Even after multiple follow ups, I have got no response from Bloomsvilla and have not been issued the refund. Therefore I request your help to have them process my refund expeditiously and also prove that they are not cheating customers like me with this loophole in their order processing. Most companies validate with your pincode if the order is serviceable or not, and they do not allow an order to be placed if it's out of coverage area. By not having this check in place on their website, they are cheating thousands of gullible customers like me who are then forced to accept a gift card which is nothing but a sales tactic that is unfair, scrupulous and manipulative. This has to be stopped as a practice Bloomsvilla needs to be taken to task on this matter.
                        FYI - Also attaching all then images to substantiate my complaint above and facts I have stated herein. Thank you in advance for your help.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is the complain against Bloomsvilla from where i ordered a Cake and Flower on dated 07- July- 2022 post ordering my delivery time was showing same day which was between 6pm to 9pm. Then a delivery person has called and said he won't be able to deliver the order on same day. It will go to next day so i asked him to cancel the same if it couldn't deliver same day.
                            Since then iam chasing for refund of my amount which is 1149/-

                            Next day Bloomsvilla customer support replied weather you want the refund in account or Gift voucher also they will deduct 200 rs cancellation charges.

                            Even though they have not refunded my amount also i asked them why you are charging cancellation fee if commitment from there end was given wrong.

                            Respected sir please help me to get my refund back. I have mailed them multiple times but no response have called them for 10-15 times every time 15-30 min waiting time but no results.

                            Please support for this kind of harrasment.

                              I have ordered a cake from bloomsvilla which has to be delivered before 12am of 11th July 2022 but it got delayed and postponed without intimation. They had postponed and informed that it gets delivered around 3pm and again got postponed to 6pm. Now it's already around 8pm but I didn't received my order yet but they sent a mail that the order has been delivered. They didn't even provided delivery agent number or he didn't contacted me for the delivery. There is no refund for this order. There is no response from them.

                                Order number is BV2289469 For a 500gm chocolate truffle cake and gifts for a total cost Rs 1448/-. i received only one cake, that also not chocolate truffle. As customers we also know difference between chocolate truffle and other cake. The gifts i ordered not received yet.

                                  Placed order from previous coupon, product not shipped still, it is a week.
                                  Cheaters, fraud... How come no action against them

                                        Worst ever customer care team. I ordered cake as a surprise gift. Initially they emailed asking for 300 rupees extra as delivery couldn't be done to one location in chennai. Since i refused, they said they wont refund money and they can only refund amount as giftcard with which i can order again in their site. This in itself is fraud. Again i placed an order and got damaged product(ordered photo frame since i couldn't find anythin close to the amount already spent). Got a damaged product 2 months after initial order and that too after atleast 200 emails scolding them. For replacement of this damaged product, i went after them for another month.. worst in the world. Dont waste money by ordering from this site.
