        I placed an order for midnight delivery but didn't receive it neither any communication for the same. They charged extra 250 still no response. On tracking it is showing order id or email incorrect when I am using their own link delivered to me on email to track the order. Order number BV2275744

          My order id is BV2282371 for Rs.1899/- which was placed for a delivery of April 26, 2022 between 8am-12 pm.
          Sorry to say but the delivery happened around 3 pm. Moreover, it was a great disappointment to receive rotten flowers bouquet with a different design ( not the sane as shown on net) .
          Their customer care number is total fraudulent as the calls will be never attended and they will keep u waiting for an unlimited time.
          The mail customer service is equally bad and not helpful at all. They will keep on sending the pre-drafted mails without any answers to your queries …. They are totally fraudsters.

              I have ordered a cake to be delivered to Kodaikanal on 24/04/2022 for my friend's anniversary through the fraud company called BloomsVilla under order id BV2273090. They even asked me to pay extra 150 bucks for remote location delivery. The cake wasnt delivered on 24/04 and on 25/04 morning they sent me an email saying it was delivered on the 25/04 morning sending mutilated photos (attached) of a cake which they never sent out. When later I called my friend to check I heard that he didnt receive anything. But BloomsVilla has denied this, keeps on saying that they have delivered but not able to give any proof of receipt and not willing to refund my money. Their phone number if perpetually unavailable. Please dont let a thug like them cheat anymore unassuming customers.

                I booked an order for a Bonsai (INR 1, 849), dry fruits box (INR 1, 149) and delivery (INR 200) with the total amounting to INR 3, 198.

                Delivered products dry fruit box (INR 1, 149), Jade plant (INR 549), good luck plant (INR 499) and delivery (INR 200). With the total amounting to INR 2, 397

                The order number was BV2272756, and the difference amount is INR 799 which they cheated on.

                Upon reviewing data online, I realized that they are fraudulently charging people and delivering no or lower value products.

                I am only raising this complaint as their business licences should be suspended given the number of complaints.

                They sent me an email saying the item was unavailable and that I should choose reply with the replacement items. The email stated the unavailable item being the dry fruit box, item of lower value. So I put the jade terranium and the good luck plant as the replacement items. Email pictures attached for reference

                What the actually meant was the bonsai was unavailable the higher priced item and replaced that with the jade plant in low quality pot (not even the terranium I mentioned) and the good luck plant. I wrote in my email also that replace the dry fruit box with the jade terranium and good luck plant, since I thought from their email that it is the dry fruit box which is unavailable. A picture of my email reply is also attached for reference.

                This seems to be a well thought out way to misrepresent information and cheat consumers of their money.

                I called on their only single contact number, which rang for 1 hour and no one picked up until exactly at 1 hour the call disconnected. Screenshot of the call log attached for reference.

                The chat option was also used, when Mamta was provided with the information of my order so that I could verify if the correct items were being sent (I got concerned after reading their reviews). She took the information and disconnected the chat as well.

                Finally the order delivered with the lower priced items and in result I got cheated. This company needs to be severely fined for their fraudulent activities. Hope for their business to correct their ways or be shut.

                  I placed an order on April 20, 2022, 12:17 PM that has to be delivered by April 20, 2022, between 12 PM- 3 PM. It's midnight and the order is not yet delivered. The customer service is also not responding. If this is a fake website, then please take legal action against this website. I have sent a mail to customer care also and they are also not responding.

                  Either deliver my order, or refund my money.

                        I ORDERED CAKE ON 29.03.2022 night as site showing it will deliver cake by 29.03.2022 from 23:00-23:59Hrs.But it didn't after 23:40 i tried the consumer support Mr.James through messaging in site.Then he informed that it is not possible to deliver the cake so i asked him cancel the order and refund the amount.He said he cannot cancel the order kindly keep a mail to customer care.I kept mail to cancel the order and customer care was responding further.On 30.03.2022 around 16:00 i got call from my delivery executive saying he came to deliver cake.I said that i cancel the order he returned.In site now its showing the cake was delivered.

                        Need complete refund for my order.

                          Hi,
                          I placed the order for a birthday cake along with some add on of chocolate and flower on 27th March for delivery on 29th March.
                          On 29th I tried to reach them over call/chatbot but no response. Finally on dropping mail I got a reply that since it's in the outskirt so taking time kn delivery and it will reach by 6pm the said date. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered and when mailed further got no further responseresponse. I also mailed for refund.
                          My question is the address was provided on the initial day itself. Had it been an issue delivering then it could have been informed earlier and I could have gone ahead with some alternate arrangements.

                          Please please don't play with people's emotion money and time.
                          Not a long way to go.

                            I received confirmation saying my order is confirmed. but all of a sudden evening i received call saying my delibery is not possible since the area is out of tjeir coversgae area. the pin code was however clearly mentioned while making the order. the worst part is i havn't still received my refind or has provided any updates regarding the same.

                                I ordered 10 pink tulips awith glass vase of Rs 2899 Bloomsvilla Order BV2265641 on 12th March 2022 and was promised delivery at 6 PM but the customer care guy called and informed that they will deliver it next day i.e 13th march 2022 and I agreed.

                                Next day the delivery guy came with different flowers which i asked them to take back as this was not my order. He asked me that he will get the correct folowers on the same day but nobody came.

                                I am continously following up on emailand call but no response from bloomsvilla on the refund.

                                  Horrible service.
                                  They don’t deliver what they have mentioned.I paid 250 extra for midnight delivery which they didn’t. So if you guys can’t deliver on time why are you charging extra?
                                  They don’t even attend the calls. The packaging and Quality of flowers was poor felt like got from some road side.

                                    I had placed an order to wish my wife on her Birthday on 09 March.
                                    I placed an order for a delivery of Flower Boquete at Midnight of 08 March, as I am living in Tashkent.
                                    I placed the order on 08 March, 2022 at 16:00 hours and made full payment including the cost of the Flower Bouquet and additional charge for Mid night delivery I received the Confirmation Mail from BloomsVilla at 16:18 hours of 08March 2022 indicating my order number,
                                    (order BV2264768!) the details of Flower Boquete, the cost, the addional charge for Mid Night Delivery. They never informed or indicated in the mail that the order is placed beyond their cutoff time.
                                    I was tracking the delivery of service as indicated in the mail from 23:30 hours of 08March, 2022 to 01:30 Hours of 09 March 2022.
                                    Whenever I was tracking, the status indicated was " OUT FOR DELIVERY"
                                    But it did not happened. I contacted their Support service through the CHAT Mode as there was no response on the phone.
                                    Even in Chat mode the agent(By Name James) could give proper reply or not informed that they could not deliver because of the Order placed lately.
                                    Because of their in efficient service, i was put in Embarrassing situation among the gust who were to celebrate the birthday at Midnight of 08th March 2022.
                                    They delivered on 09 March, 2022 at 10:00 hours and sent a mail stating that they fulfilled the order and Smile.
                                    Then they sent a mail stating that they delivered only in the morning because I placed the order beyond the Cut Off time, which they could have clearly informed while accepting my order or stated on the status of Tracking Order.
                                    Because of their false promise and inefficient service, I want them to repay my entire payment including the additional charges collected.

                                        I ordered for an express delivery and even payed additional for the same day delivery and it didn't get delivered for 2 days after continously emailing them for 2 days they mailed back saying the product has been delivered whereas nothing has come till day.
