I ordered some items along with Cake for my Wife's 1st Birthday after our Marriage. Paid Rs.250 for the midnight delivery of the Cake. Partially delivered some items on the Day before around noon time.

The cake was expected on the night around 11.30 and we made all the arrangements. But Bloomsvilla has Cheated on us and no one had contacted us for delivery. we tried to reach customer service but were disappointed.

They Spoiled my Event and Cheated me by promising Midnight Delivery.

I need to get a refund of Rs.250.

      BV2280248 order on 14th May.
      It's 5 Days Order not deliver where same day order was promised.
      Extra charges for same day delivery not refund.
      No reply on chat no reply on call center. Standard reply on complaint mail..

      It's Full of fake Promises they only change Delivery date but every day

      Don't buy product from there website ...

      Only option left is police complaint

        I am writing a complaint for the second time. Please take action on it. My order was supposed to be delivered on 11th May but isn't delivered yet. BloomsVilla is a fraud. Attached are the screenshots for order tracker and payment made.

          I placed an order with bloomsvilla for mothers day on 8th May 2022. They did not deliver the order on mothers day. They attemtprd delivery 2 days later and i refuses to take the order. But they have been sending emails saying order has been delivered. The order was not received by anyone. Noone signed. They do not have the signature or details of who receives the order. They are refusing to call me back or refund my money. They just keep responding to my emaila by saying your order has been delivered. I have been following up everyday since the last ten days, but they are just not calling or refunding. They reply to emails in a standard way and say sorry for inconvenience but ur order has been delivered. It has not been delivered and I want my money back. Please help.

            I had ordered flowers and a gift set of printed pillow and mug for mothers day. But it wasn't delivered on the day. I expected atleast a late delivery but I ended up receiving an email saying v happily delivered without any delivery.

            Even after reaching out via mail there is no response. And no one picks up their customer care number. Lost 2500 bucks

              I am sick of this fraud business now. After 12 days they shared my gift card with me. I ordered something using that gift card on 11th May (yesterday) and it was a same day delivery. This means my order should have been delivered yesterday between 6pm to 9 pm. But it wasn't delivered and I cannot CONTACT these fraud ### as they never answer their phone/mail. I strictly want to raise a complaint against them and legal actions should be taken. Either I get my money back to my account or my order gets delivered. And I request this board to strictly take this act of fraud into consideration and impose fine on these scammers.

              I have also attached screenshots of order and delivery data as a proof.

                  Order num BV2276605 was scheflerra and pink hibiscus, and they delivered moneyplant and snake plant. Customer service is not responding on call, chat and emails. Highly irresponsible. Fooling customers, wasting time and money.

                    On top they are messaging now that the gifts have been delivered, which is a lie, rather open cheating. Am starting in the same house, nothing has come.

                        I ordered an product from BloomsVilla and it was a prepaid order. Soon, I received an email from BloomsVilla saying that my order is on hold as there was an issue with the product. I immediately cancelled my order and requested for a refund to my original payment method, but they declined that request saying that they can only provide a gift voucher of same amount in return. I agreed and asked them to share the gift voucher, but haven't received anything yet. BloomsVilla said that I will be receiving the gift voucher soon via mail. Since all of this happened 10 days back (April 30) and I haven't received anything yet, I am convinced that this is a scam and therefore would like to raise a complaint against them.

                          I ordered mothers day gift on 7th to deliver on 8th.
                          To my horror i found at the end of the day that order was not delivered. Since then i am trying to reach them through phones, emails on status of my order or the refund of my money. But no one picks the phone and no one responds to email.
                          This is a fraud company and these guys needs to be reported to Police as well as cybercell

                            BloomsVilla This is regarding order number #BV2278361. It was scheduled to be delivered on May 8th, 2022. However, it has not been delivered yet. Tried calling customer care service several times, and raised a complaint as well on the site but no response. Is there an ETA?
                            My parents are supposed to leave town soon. Either deliver the order tomorrow or initiate refund.

                              It is a great disappointed to recieve such behaviour from their side...I have been mailing them about cancellation of my order a Rose bouquet and a cake since yesterday (8 may 2022) as its purpose was to suprise my parents on their anniversary but didn't get any details regarding the delivery timing till 7:30 pm so decided to cancel it .today(9 may 2022) I got an delivery of rose bouquet...I refuse to recieve it and talk to a representative and he imform me whether I receive the delivery or not I would not get any refund...it was my first time to shop from their site and I would say it was a very unpleasent experience and I would rather avoid it in coming future...I have only one request please refund my money

                                I had order flowers for my mother in hyd on mother day, entire day it's showing the tracking in process
                                When I try to contact them they r not available
                                Not a single no connected one is switched off other blr no not working
                                Now I had sent a mail to cancel my order and pl revert my money back but no one revert me back nor I received any call why the order not received or something.. First time I ordered for bloomsvilla and I m so frustrated with this. No mobile no whom to contact don't know

                                  I placed the order with them on 8th may for the occasion of mothers day. the payment was made and I received a confirmatory email as well.

                                  After 2 hours I received an automated email that the flowers I placed the order for are unavailable for my Pincode and I can select the substitute for the same price instead. I promptly respond with the new selection and it has been radio silence since then. They haven't confirmed it nor made any delivery attempts whatsoever. I ended up waiting all day in the hope that they might show up, but in vain.

                                  Quite convenient on their part to accept the order & payment which can't be fulfilled and then go awol I expect a full refund for this terrible customer service or the lack thereof. They also never respond on their listed contact number- which is always busy or not available.
