Order was not fulfilled on the pretext that recipient didn't pick the phone and location was not found. Thats too when I had sent the Google maps link. You can't reach them on phone easily. Clearly they are running a fraud business. Had I checked their reviews earlier, I wouldnt have order from them. Till now I am getting the same reply 'Your Bloomsvilla order has been put on hold as the recipient's phone was unreachable'. Seems like they would keep it on hold the same cake and bouquet until the birthday comes again.

    I ordered 2 bouquets on 23rd evening, for the same day delivery..it got delayed, so I raised a complaint, to cancel the order as it is not solving my purpose (on 24th morning I have to take those bouquets for the party)..I kept a mail to cancel my order as it is delivered next day..instead they delivered next day 12:40pm after noon, with the wrong flowers and left it near the security..its very bad from ur parorder number is BV2287168..and complaint no is 14323..I asked my order to cancel, asked to refund on the same day itself(23rd)..didn't even consider my mail to cancel the order

          I have worst service experience from them. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR), does test your patience. They are NOT genuine to serve customers who pay. Here is the detailed episode. Please read, and decide.
          My daughter ordered plants and chocolates. Chocolates were never delivered and the card was missing. She raised a complaint, but nothing changed. Added to it, the delivery boy (from Zomoto, a food delivery co.) appeared after 5 plus hours of wait, after asking for directions, a number of times. Finally when arrived, just gave 2 items out of 4 on order. After asking for accompanying card, the person tears from a bunch of pages and hands over a torn page ! From that page, I came to know of chocolates she ordered. When asked he said I should call the COMPANY !!
          Next, when I tried to reach their office on[protected], and tried for option 4 for feedback, the phone kept saying 'hold on..', '..continue to hold..' for over 5 minutes and finally I disconnected out of frustration. Any further superlative (to deride them) ?

            I placed order for anniversary. Order number BV2286522 The time slot shown was suitable for me. I successfully placed the order. They delivered the flowers after 24 hours when the function was already over. This is completely not acceptable. Either do not accept the order to keep to the time that you promise for delivery. Fresh flowers delivered after the function is useless. No one is picking the phone. Kept holding for more than 39 min and still waiting...no responses. I want my money to be refunded. You can take the flowers back where you delivered it is no use after 24 hours of my function.

              1. I was promised slot of 6-9pm yesterday 19th June 2022.
              2. Delivery location was checked and serviceable under same day delivery
              3. It was shifted to next day delivery i.e.20th June 9am to 12noon by them without my consent
              4. Customer Care - Forced me to hold line for help 19-25-41 mins back to back. Screenshots attached.
              5. I got assurance that the product will be delivered soon
              6. In late afternoon i get an email - Area is not under service kindly give alternative address or collect a gift card
              7. I am trying the customer care - yet no response - Just emails after continuous follow ups
              8. Utter waste of time-money-emotions and feelings

              PS:Details are attached for you to work on your customer service.
              You cant survive with this attitude in market.

              This is my first and worst experience with bloomsvilla.

                BV2286468 - I had placed an order for flowers for (19th June 2022) for my parents,

                The delivery Pin Code was checked before i selected the product

                1.It was shown same day delivery to the selected location but it was not delivered on that day - 19th June 2022 6-9PM
                2. They promised that it will be delivered by 12noon on 20th June 2022, But No delivery.
                3.When I tried to contact the customer service they are not even responding, I got email mentioning it will be delivered soon
                4.Now they have sent an email to me saying the location is not under service area and forcing me to take gift card of the amount and no refund for their failure.
                5. How can my parents travel to their serviceable location to collect flowers.
                6. I was assured all day that the delivery is under process and will be done soon

                This is utter waste of time and money... I am highly disappointed by the customer care - waiting time exceeds 45 mins but no one responds.

                    I have placed an order for flowers, which was shown same day delivery but it was not delivered on that day or the next day. When I tried to contact the customer service they are not even responding, such a bad service, even they didn't refund the amount.

                          I have placed an order of good luck plant & orchid flower bouquet on my parents anniversary to be delivered today i.e. 31st May (order no. BV2282842) as they have shown commitment before placing the order.

                          They took the full amount of INR1200 and now when I check status it shows product not available. The number which is available is not even responding. On top they sharing an email saying that they can substitute the item with pathetic cakes which anyways I could have ordered. Atleast they should substitute flowers with some other variety of flowers.

                          Such fraud sites should be banned immediately by government or strict actions need to be taken against the owner of such people

                                I ordered some items along with Cake for my Wife's 1st Birthday after our Marriage. Paid Rs.250 for the midnight delivery of the Cake. Partially delivered some items on the Day before around noon time.

                                The cake was expected on the night around 11.30 and we made all the arrangements. But Bloomsvilla has Cheated on us and no one had contacted us for delivery. we tried to reach customer service but were disappointed.

                                They Spoiled my Event and Cheated me by promising Midnight Delivery.

                                I need to get a refund of Rs.250.

                                    BV2280248 order on 14th May.
                                    It's 5 Days Order not deliver where same day order was promised.
                                    Extra charges for same day delivery not refund.
                                    No reply on chat no reply on call center. Standard reply on complaint mail..

                                    It's Full of fake Promises they only change Delivery date but every day

                                    Don't buy product from there website ...

                                    Only option left is police complaint

                                        I placed an order with bloomsvilla for mothers day on 8th May 2022. They did not deliver the order on mothers day. They attemtprd delivery 2 days later and i refuses to take the order. But they have been sending emails saying order has been delivered. The order was not received by anyone. Noone signed. They do not have the signature or details of who receives the order. They are refusing to call me back or refund my money. They just keep responding to my emaila by saying your order has been delivered. I have been following up everyday since the last ten days, but they are just not calling or refunding. They reply to emails in a standard way and say sorry for inconvenience but ur order has been delivered. It has not been delivered and I want my money back. Please help.
