I had placed an order to wish my wife on her Birthday on 09 March.
I placed an order for a delivery of Flower Boquete at Midnight of 08 March, as I am living in Tashkent.
I placed the order on 08 March, 2022 at 16:00 hours and made full payment including the cost of the Flower Bouquet and additional charge for Mid night delivery I received the Confirmation Mail from BloomsVilla at 16:18 hours of 08March 2022 indicating my order number,
(order BV2264768!) the details of Flower Boquete, the cost, the addional charge for Mid Night Delivery. They never informed or indicated in the mail that the order is placed beyond their cutoff time.
I was tracking the delivery of service as indicated in the mail from 23:30 hours of 08March, 2022 to 01:30 Hours of 09 March 2022.
Whenever I was tracking, the status indicated was " OUT FOR DELIVERY"
But it did not happened. I contacted their Support service through the CHAT Mode as there was no response on the phone.
Even in Chat mode the agent(By Name James) could give proper reply or not informed that they could not deliver because of the Order placed lately.
Because of their in efficient service, i was put in Embarrassing situation among the gust who were to celebrate the birthday at Midnight of 08th March 2022.
They delivered on 09 March, 2022 at 10:00 hours and sent a mail stating that they fulfilled the order and Smile.
Then they sent a mail stating that they delivered only in the morning because I placed the order beyond the Cut Off time, which they could have clearly informed while accepting my order or stated on the status of Tracking Order.
Because of their false promise and inefficient service, I want them to repay my entire payment including the additional charges collected.
BloomsVilla customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
