    Order ID - BV2261263, I placed this order on 17th after concurrence from team that it can be delivered on 20th for my wife's bday today.
    But I didn't receive it. We couldn't call or connect to anyone to check what's going on. None responds in Chat too. This cannot be encouraged. By seeing other reviews I worry that if I might get cheated too.

    If that's the case, then I may need to take this issue to the concerned authority !!!

      Dear Team,

      I have ordered small giftx1 at Rs.699
      Mis night delivery charges Rs.250..through bloomsvilla on
      Feb 19, 2022, 9:45 PM.

      This order midnight delivery not happened..but I paid mid night delivery charges Rs.250 along with ordered item charges Rs.699..Total amount Rs.949..some person James came to chat and told not able to delivery at night like that..I hv requested him to do delivery atleast on 20th Feb, before 10:30 AM..that also not done..

      But if we go and track my order on the link given in this email, it is showing as status Delivered at 2022/02/20..00:29:34..that is wrong..
      Why wrong information updated in their website?

      And as requested through chat my order not get delivered at 10:30 AM also...now receiving person not available in that address...I have requested to cancel my order through email as you people not fulfilled my order and requested to refund my full amount..

      But no response to my emails, chat and call also on [protected] now

      Please revert and reimburse my amount as soon as possible.

        Dear sir
        I'm not satisfied with your mechanical and very casual reply.
        This is not acceptable. Once you have committed to supply a particular item, you to have ensure its availability and then take the order. I have placed order for a specific gift item and not for just something which you have in stock. This is totally unacceptable.please supply the right product. Otherwise I will be forced to take up the issue in the consumer forum.

          They are sending mail telling order is delivered.I have not received any delivery nor the refund.Such an disgusting website. Help customers by black listing this fraud company.They dont even respond on calls.Such an shameless and stubborn company.

            Hello, my boyfriend ordered for me 2 gift items for Valentines day. He paid a total of Rs. 2418 including a surcharge to deliver on 14th Feb. The company confirmed the order via Email but never delivered the order. This is very disappointing because these are not small amounts of money. This is absolute fraud. They do not answer any call or emails or messages. What can we do about this? Please help!

                Please do not order anything from this Bloomsvilla site.

                I had placed my order BV2258154 on 13th February, but the order never got delivered and status was updated as Delivered.

                This is absolutely a fake site, wherein after you place the order and payment is made, no order is delivered to your address. When a complaint is raised, fraudsters stating that they are calling from consumer complaint call you in pretext to refund your money and ask for your card details including CVV & OTP. So kindly don't fall into these kind of scams.

                      When asked for proof they gave a reply there was delay due to valentine week

                        I have ordered flower and cake on 14 feb and in their site it shows the order will be delivered by 14 feb only at 9 pm
                        but still the order is not placed and they have hold the order and not responding me not attending the call and they are abe to reply

                            My order BV2258904 for Ankul Shilotri was placed yesterday(14th feb)in the morning and still no delivery has happened. Have tried reaching your customer care since evening but no answer.

                            Urgently call me on - [protected] and give me a proper update.

                            I clearly got a email saying order will be delivered by 8 Pm today.

                            Then I receive an false update saying it is delivered but it is not delivered neither I have received any update.

                            You even charged Rs 299 extra as Valentine’s Day surcharge.

                            Still have no update regarding it or neither has the order been delivered.

                            Highly disappointed with the service and management.

                            Have not had such worse experience with flowers order ever.

                            Consider this as a very sensitive matter and reply at the earliest.

                            Wouldn’t ever recommend this to anyone.

                            Waiting to hear from you urgently.

                              Oder no BV2256601 placed on 11/2/22 it shows outskirt delivery. When i contact them they response 2-3 emails and asked me to pay more for delivery. I paid but still oder is not delivered even they are stop responding emails. When i tried to call they put me on hold for 1 hour and then disconnect the call. I tried to chat but no response for anything. Worst experience, fraud company, never use this website to order products for your dear ones.

                                #BV2257279 was placed on 13th feb 2022 and delivery date was selected to be 14th feb 2022(valentine's day). Successfull Payment was done through upi at the time of online ordering through website www.bloomsvilla.com The order wasnt delivered on 14th feb. I followed up multiple times through cuatomer support phone number as well as via emails and online chat but no reply from bloomsvilla. Its 16th feb today but still the order isnt delivered. Since it was placed to be delivered on 14th feb specially for valentine's day and today its 16th feb and nog delivered i want my money back as it has spoled all my planned surprise for the day.

                                Requesting consumer complaints team to kindly look into this and help me in refunding.

                                      I placed an order on 14th February because it explicitly stated that it would be delivered on the same day. At the time of writing, it is an hour away from 16th. I still have not received my order, nor have I been informed of any potential delay. Customer support is unreachable. Emails are ignored, so is the "instant" chats on their website.
                                      I added an item to my cart, so a person from their team called me to ask if I wanted help with the checkout. I, then stated my concern and she promised delivery today. She then hung up the call. I managed to chat with a so-called 'Mamta' from their chat team, and she assured me I would get the delivery in 30 minutes. It is now 5 hours since that chat.
                                      Turns out, I'm one among hundreds more facing this. I managed to talk to others facing the same issues with Bloomsvilla and we are surprised this is still allowed to happen. It's now 2 days past the occasion and the whole purpose is lost. I would like a refund.

                                        Had ordered flowers with order no BV2260213 on 14th feb 2022. The order was not delivered and also no body picked up call on their register no [protected]. So nobody picked up the call neither mail was responded which was sent on mail id [protected]@bloomsvilla.com, [protected]@bloomsvilla.com. And today the Company has updated the status as delivered which is incorrect. Have not received the product. Now filing the complain for refund of Rs 1539.
