The above order was not delivered. They emailed me saying I will be given a store credit or gift card. I want the order canceled and my money refunded. I am very upset with the business. I chatted with custome care to make sure the order can be delivered to the address before I placed the order and paid for it. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. VERY FRADULENT COMPANY

    I had placed an order my order no. BV2253111 on 3rd night for 4th morning 7am-9am delivery. They charged extra 200rs for morning delivery and didn't order it at that time and didn't even had the courtesy to even update the status or atleast tell that you can't deliver it in the morning and it was not written that you have to place the order before a particular time. When I called the given number they didn't receive and when I emailed them they were so rude and didn't even gave me a refund and even the product was not delivered. The order had to be delivered before 9am so that's why I paid extra money so that it' reaches the person on time I called the delivery person who rang at 12 to deliver an order which placed for the time slot 7am-9am, when I asked them why it was not delivered they said there shop opens at 9am, and the company there charged extra money from me to deliver a parcel which they know they will not be able to deliver on time. I want my ### money back.

      Please don't buy from this website. I ordered flowers and made the payment but before the delivery time i received an email stating that the product cannot be delivered in the address i mentioned. And I tried calling several times in their customer service but no one picks it up. I lost my money make sure you don'ts. Bloomsvilla a fraudulent service

        Avoid purchase transactions at bloomsvilla.com

        They fraudulently make money without delivering. Modus operandi is to induce customers by lower pricing. After payment is made they send mail asking for exorbitant (compared to price of item) delivery charge. Situation is created for you to cancel the order and ₹200/- or 10% of order (whichever is higher) is cancellation charge.
        They make money only through order cancellations !

          FAKE Company …. WORST
          I had a really bad experience with bloomsvilla. I ordered for my sis’s 50th birthday and I had ordered cake, dry fruits and flowers. While booking the order it accepted the address and gave me a delivery slot. But after the payment was done they mailed me few hours later when cake and flowers are expected that this address is not serviceable. How can they not know this while accepting the order and payment. Called them million times but no one picked up… completely FAKE WEBSITE… dont fall for them

            I ordered for a bouquet on 23rd, it was to be delivered on 24th between 9-12. Kept on waiting and the delivery didn't come till 5 in the evening. I tried calling their customer care but no-one picked up. At around 5.15 i got a call from delivery boy (who was totally unrelated to the company) that he is reaching with the bouquet. I told him that the purpose and person for whom the bouquet was oredered has already left and the office is also closed so you please speak to the relevant person as to what needs to be done now. he never called back and i kept on calling him. Firstly he didn't pick up the call and when he received the call he said that he is just a delivery boy and he has kept the bouquet somewhere and left. I kept on trying to call the customer care for another half an hour with no response. Chat option also i tried which came to a dead end after few lines, no-one responded after few lines. Send them mail where response was pathetic. So now the thing is neither i got the bouquet nor the money. The purpose for which I ordered the bouquet was defeated. If they can't deliver the product in a definite time frame then why do they give a time slot after all, they should be open and then we can decide whether we want to order from this site or not. I just want my money refunded from these fraudsters...

              Ordered cake to be delivered to Hosur on 8 Feb 22 and wanted to cancel the same. Sent email and so far no response or acknowledgment. Tried to call [protected] ( customer service number ) no response. Please arrange for cancellation and refund the amount. Thanks

                  I ordered for flower bouquet and on the day of delivery it was not delivered. When i enquired, then they reply that the area is out of service. It should have been mentioned earlier. And then when i replied asking for refund, they are not replying for the mail. I want a refund back not a gift card or anything.

                    I placed an order. Order -BV2250733 on the Blooms villa website. A combination of flowers and a cake on the 24th of Jan.Nothing on the website mentioned that they do not do deliveries out of service area. I live in the UK and placed an order for my mothers birthday (Srinagar). The next day there was no delivery and when I enquired via email, I got a reply saying no delivery for out of service area. Why wasn’t this mentioned on the website in the first place? I want a refund please. This is really unfair.

                        Ordered the product on 19th Jan 2022 which didn’t get delivered on the mentioned date so dropped the complain mail but no action take still they decided to send it next day and we didn’t accept the order so now neither they are returning our money nor delivering the order, I tried calling them thrice but was put on hold for 30-35 min each time only to get my call disconnected

                          These people would not care to respond to calls.. once picked and confirmed it will reach in 10 mins. It's already 3 hours now.. and I have not received the order yet... It's a birthday and how are we supposed to plan if this is the kind of service.. if they cannot deliver then they shouldn't accept the orders... Very pathetic customer service... Chats also are not helping.. I would have rather chosen a different agency for this... Their website is deceiving... Would not recommend them to anyone.. do not opt for them pls... They will spoil the party and surprise..

                          The delivery agent calls to confirm that the cake was not ready and he just got it to deliver.. pathetic people and poor delivery guys have to get the scoldings from us...

                            I ordered two fruit baskets for 5400. The description said exotic fruits and mentioned kiwis, grapes, strawberries, etc.

                            I received only one basket and not two.

                            And the one that I received looked very different and had only apples, oranges and guavas

                              I placed an order around 6:30 and the order was supposed to reach the person before 9 but it has not been received by anyone till now but they sent me a mail that it was delivered. I was continuously trying to contact them but they were not answering . All the numbers provided by them are invalid or were not connected. No message was being replied . They are not even providing any information regarding my order. They have taken the money as well. This is case of fraud. I want my money back . Or my order right now .

                                This was ordered for midnight 3rd delivery for Rs.2348. Received an email mentioning my place did not come under this delivery option. Since the occasion is now missed, i do no need this order anymore. Please take this as an official complaint and cancel with a full refund.

                                Also not I tried reaching customer service and very poor customer service and response, while my request was not acknowledged !

                                Note: Online complaint was logged as soon as i received the email to cancel my delivery.

                                      They have not delivered the product. They are delaying . They don't reply on calls. They delay resolution on mails. Order placed in morning of 6 Dec and hasn't been delivered yet.

                                        I placed an order BV2141509 yesterday but gave a wrong delivery address and hence I sent a mail asking to chance the address and also placed a cancellation request email.
                                        But today the order was delivered to the wrong address so the receiver didn't recieve it.
                                        I either need a refund or the order to be delivered to the right location.
