I placed an order yesterday for a bunch of tulips in a jar to be delivered for Valentine’s Day. At the time of placing order, it gave me a delivery date of 14th February, 2022 between 9 am and 8 pm. It has still not been delivered .
No one picks up their phone nor responds on their social media account.
Seems like a hoax site

      I had ordered flowers on 9th febfor jodhpur City to deliver on 14th Feb but my order is not delivered and they took payment no response on chat and I tried on mobile no. Which is mentioned on site that is switched off

          I ordered a combo of 10white roses, chocolate cake and teddy bear on 14th feb 2022 at 9:30am. I asked if my order would be delivered the exact same day and they said yes. But my order has not yet been delivered and I tried contacting the helpline number but they didn’t pick up. I want a refund for my order no BV2258819 which costed me Rs 1640

                  Hello,
                  I had placed an order for a plant to be delivered on 11th Feb 2022. The delivery was scheduled for the same day. I have been tracking the progress of my order and it still shows as on-hold. Tried to call multiple times on the phone numbers provided on various sites, no response from anyone. I registered an official complaint on their website, no response. I even dropped them an email regarding this, no response. Would appreciate if i can get some help clearing this.

                    Hi,
                    I have placed an online order and did online payment on 11th Feb 2022 in Bloomsvilla site and paid additional cost also for a fixed time delivery but the day when order should get delivery, the order is not delivered on given specific time and entire day as well . Did a chat conversation but conversation was onesided from my end but no response at all and they I tried calling them but call was waiting to connect more than compan35 minutes but still no response. I want compliant on Bloomsvilla services, if they are not able to deliver the orders them they should discontinue thei online business, withoutout knowing truth common people are unnecessarily paying the amount in bloomsvilla and not getting refunund as well. Requesting to take immediate action on Bloomsvilla company

                        I had recently placed an order via Bloomsvilla on 10th Feb, 2022 amount 1149 with standard delivery (Free delivery) for UP Location as it is mentioned on the website that the product will be delivered on same day. Later in evening I received the update that my order has been put on hold as the location I choose was an outskirt location which was not mentioned while placing the order and one of the customer care executive called me at 7:27PM to inform the same and in order to delivered the product I need to pay Rs 300 extra charges. After frequent discussion I asked them to make refund as this information was not mentioned earlier or else deliver the product tomorrow with standard delivery.

                        Later in night I received the notification via mail that my order has been put on hold based on my request which I haven't. In the morning I am trying to reach them via their customer care number (+[protected] But no one is responding and there no update via mail as well about my order. Once I reached the customer care and they put me on hold without listening to the concern.

                        It is being frustrating and annoying that I spend my money and neither the product is deliverable nor refund has been initiated.

                        Worst and pathetic service and would request to close their service as they more like fraud.

                          I have ordered a cake for 30/Jan/2022 and made an online payment for it.
                          On 30/Jan/2022, i received an email saying that, order cannot be delivered.
                          And till now they haven't provided refund or told anything where my order is ? Its been more than 10 days.

                            This company didn’t deliver my order. I got an email saying it will delivered between 11-11:59pm on 8th February. But it is still not delivered. Either cancel and refund me back or place the order.

                                The above order was not delivered. They emailed me saying I will be given a store credit or gift card. I want the order canceled and my money refunded. I am very upset with the business. I chatted with custome care to make sure the order can be delivered to the address before I placed the order and paid for it. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. VERY FRADULENT COMPANY

                                  I had placed an order my order no. BV2253111 on 3rd night for 4th morning 7am-9am delivery. They charged extra 200rs for morning delivery and didn't order it at that time and didn't even had the courtesy to even update the status or atleast tell that you can't deliver it in the morning and it was not written that you have to place the order before a particular time. When I called the given number they didn't receive and when I emailed them they were so rude and didn't even gave me a refund and even the product was not delivered. The order had to be delivered before 9am so that's why I paid extra money so that it' reaches the person on time I called the delivery person who rang at 12 to deliver an order which placed for the time slot 7am-9am, when I asked them why it was not delivered they said there shop opens at 9am, and the company there charged extra money from me to deliver a parcel which they know they will not be able to deliver on time. I want my ### money back.

                                    Please don't buy from this website. I ordered flowers and made the payment but before the delivery time i received an email stating that the product cannot be delivered in the address i mentioned. And I tried calling several times in their customer service but no one picks it up. I lost my money make sure you don'ts. Bloomsvilla a fraudulent service

                                      Avoid purchase transactions at bloomsvilla.com

                                      They fraudulently make money without delivering. Modus operandi is to induce customers by lower pricing. After payment is made they send mail asking for exorbitant (compared to price of item) delivery charge. Situation is created for you to cancel the order and ₹200/- or 10% of order (whichever is higher) is cancellation charge.
                                      They make money only through order cancellations !

                                        FAKE Company …. WORST
                                        I had a really bad experience with bloomsvilla. I ordered for my sis’s 50th birthday and I had ordered cake, dry fruits and flowers. While booking the order it accepted the address and gave me a delivery slot. But after the payment was done they mailed me few hours later when cake and flowers are expected that this address is not serviceable. How can they not know this while accepting the order and payment. Called them million times but no one picked up… completely FAKE WEBSITE… dont fall for them
