Bloomsvilla online cake order fake site its a scam they take the money and doesn't deliver item neither they reply pathetic they are sucking peoples hard earned money why such type of fake or fraud company entertain by Google searc engine they should get punishment.

Booked a product to be delivered by 2100 hrs on 14th June 2021. Order number is BV2120755. Not only has the product not been delivered, none of the customer care numbers are working. The product is a prepaid one for flowers for a birthday which was yesterday!!!

They do not deliver as promised. And there is no way to contact them. All their phone numbers are FAKE. All switched off !!

I ordered a flower bouquet for shraddhanjali of my father in law on 6th June 21 ie. tervi of my beloved father. It was supposed to be delivered b/w 8am-12pm. At 3 pm their executive called me that lily flower is not available I asked them to forward my call to their senior after connecting the call to their senior Rahul, he disconnected my call in the mid of the conversation. After that I kept trying to reach them on call and mail too but no response. At 6:30 they mail us that the order is on hold could. not be delivered.What the F** is it your customer service.. Fake website fake guys. they don't bother to even respond calls. They are just looting 5k for a flower bouquet later they won't deliver it too.. Order ID BV2120196

I had placed an order for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was supposed to have been delivered between 8-12 this morning. It's 3 pm now and the order is yet to be delivered. Your support number has with been unhelpful or not reachable

I order the mix dry fruits basket and they send me wrong small basket.
As per the picture its was totally different and customer service was rude and denied for return plus did not call back and later they stop picking up our call .
Because of there fake delivery they dont have option COD, otherwise people will not receive the item in a first place.
I order my stuff in delhi and this company based in Bangalore.

It's a fake website, they don't even have people who can speak decent language. They take orders but don't deliver and then argue that it's covid we can deliver you as a customer should know that.
A lady answers then she puts someone else in the phone and then the guy puts someone else on the phone.
I have blocked my card as these people are for sure scamsters.

Ordered a bouquet... not receiving any calls there after... no status update... no Response to calls... I think there is a need to place a police check on this

BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER
This is a fraud company. They debited my money thrice and still didn't give me an order num to my order. They answered my call when they needed the order to go through and then I had to email to them to send the delivery address and my message. I was promised a 3 hour delivery and it's been a full day and they are all saying they will work on it. They are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS I have ever seen. Please be careful and don't waste your money on them.

So I made a purchase from this website last night for my mom and dad's anniversary without looking into the website at all. Guess what, they never even intended to deliver the product. Can't believe this sort of scam is going on in plain sight, under everyone's noses. Very very disappointed

On 28th april i had ordered flowers, chocolates and cakes for my daughter birthday.Before ordering thrice i took confirmation of the same whether they can deliver or not, they said home delivery is available eventhough there's curfew in bangalore city. I made a payment of the same roundup to rs 2k.They told me that by 2pm ill be receiving the order.They didn't turn up even after7 in the evening. worse part is they have only one bangalore landline number same lady executive always says iam from mumbai, pune. delhi. After this they are not reachable to phone, chat, mails.They in the night after much effort of mine thru chat told local police didn't let.Okay, what will be the next process, anybody for the matter asks for refund, when the purpose is not served is there any fault or wrong in asking my money. She told me that amt transfer is not at all possible, can give store credit.Now, why i take this. Apart from this after a day and two, No one picks phone, mail, chat nothing, whereas you make a fresh order immediately the same lady responds. Why is this ? If asks for refund she says operational team and disconnects the call. Their stores in bangalore had wrong and no phone nos and not reachable. They as an online service provider had nothing to contact them. They are troubling and playing fool around ppl.websites like this should not be there.for any items for the matter.They are accountable, they should be. Whatever the amount may be its a matter of trust and belief.

Dear Sir/Madam, we have not received the order BV2116847, it was supposed to be on 13-April-2021, but no response so far.

Please refund the money.

This is a fake site which will just take the payments and not deliver the products.
Please beware of such fraudulent.
Customer care never picks up. The no. is invalid.

They have first of all denied the delivery of the product and now they are not picking up calls and not replying even on email address.

I had placed the order for cake (Bv2010554). Thos was not delivered on the time provided also there is no option to cancel or request refund. Both the contact numbers provided in the website is not valid. Customer care number is of a united states number and not getting connected (1.347.469.1424) and the mobile no. Provided in website 91.760.220.4467 is not picked up even after calling multiple times.

I see there are many complaints against this company. Looks like they are fraud and taking money without delivering the product. I lost rs.506 as part of the order placed.

Booked a bouquet of 50 roses to be delivered on 18 July 2020. Payment also done. But didn't receive any bouquet.
The customer care number is out of service and there's no other way to contact. If they can't deliver during covid, then why is the service still on????

I ordered a cake rfrom bloomsvilla for which i got a confirmation email. Post that there was no communication; and i did not receive my order too.
Phone number mentioned in the site is wrong. Chat option, support email or fb messenger are all dummy/ unattended
Do not order from this site and lose your money

Ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. They didn't deliver, never refunded or called bavk. Pathetic service
