FRAUD COMPANY, They just take money for somthing which is not valid on website, they say over night deliver but do not . they are money eating frauds be careful

    THIS IS FRAUD company dont order anything as they will take the money and not deliver the products. They dont pick the phones and not refund te money. FRAUD

      They allowed me to book flowers that were technically not available for delivery in my city. they inform me about this after 18 hours and then refuse to refund my money. biggest fraudsters i have come across.

        I online ordered a cake on Bloomsvilla to be delivered today to an address in Bhiwani.
        I've been trying to reach out on the number that's given on bloomsvilla website. But it says the number does not exist.

          I have made an order for midnight delivery and I am still waiting for the update from the team... Delivery time mentioned is 11:45 PM of 1st September.. but still haven't received any call or email updates from the team..even it's not delivered yet..but i have paid fully.. still now no one has called me or updated me either over email or message.. how long should i wait for the product or atleast for the update? A serious complaint willbe raised if this is not answered and if there is any problem for my money

                Hi, my order BV2127146 is not yet reached. Blooms villa just making false commitment to customers that they will deliver with in 24hrs. It's been almost 4 working days. But no response from them. I am not able to track status of my order.
                I have been trying to contact to the given number and also I have written an email but I got only automated reply. And no option to cancel and get refund. Atleast not even single message from them. Worst service.

                    My parcel to US California is not delivered for Rakhi. As promised in the site that it will be delivered on 20th. Totally unreliable service. Bad site!

                        This a total scam and a fraud company... Please do not use this trashy site... You can use fernsn petals, or igp... I thought the same about this one but they are just after money... I hope they get what they deserve such cheapsters should be in jail for misleading people...

                        The quality of fruits was not good.i had specifically also asked for coconut which was not delivered.the bananas were overripe.the other fruits delivered were also of low quality.aboveall the basket shown is a false..the quality of basket alone was not good.The one shown in picture is made od wood..but the one delivered was local market.overall presentation was below average.not expected at all

                          My order on bloomsvillaa got confirmed and also made the payment, after which I did not receive any message or link or tracking id so that I could track where my order has reached. After continuous calling and emails to the customer care (after 24 hours ) they send a email saying the delivery address was too far so next I should only check and place an order. Amazing these guys are, if the place was too far, why did they confirm my order on the first place, secondly no refund also happened, kept saying bank issue, server down etc . Worst place to order anything. Kindly don’t do the mistake what I did.

                              They never delivered flower on the day or next day on the name of Covid and issued a gift card referring their term and condition mentioned on their website.

                              Basically they will say you have clicked on the T&C while ordering means you have accepted.

                              Even though there is no lock-down and other companies were delivering flower they refused to do so .

                              Because they can keep your money without doing anything.

                                Hi, I have been trying to contact to the given number and also I have written an email but I got only automated reply. I have placed an ordr which is on hold. It's already 9days, and there is no such lockdown restrictions in the delivery address which I have given but still order is not delivered. Kindly refund my cash, birthday already over before a week.

                                  Worst Experience ever, order placed night before. Paid additional for night delivery also.

                                  Not delivered until next day 1 pm . Once called the customer care, very rude behaviour refused to accept their mistakes and refused clearly for refund also.

                                  Worst worst worst experience ever.

                                  Why did they change me for midnight delivery if they were not able to deliver in midnight.

                                  And then if there order was not delivered in midnight.why the company don’t want to refund the amount.

                                  Delivery status shows delivery will be before 9 AM .

                                  It’s not delivered then also.

                                  Then I can not cancel the order.

                                    My complain no is 5117, and I have worst experience with this site as they do the opposite of what they promised , the issue was from their side and they were not able to do the delivery and they didn’t retrieved my refund till date and it’s been 1 month, they never pick up call in one time like I had to make 10 calls atleast to talk to the customer care! Never going to after anything in future ! Disheartened!
