Order BV23171631 Was never delivered and they already took extra delivery charge of 250rs for midnight delivery which they didn’t even do and now they are asking for another 800rs delivery charge. They are not delivering the product or refunding nor are the adjusting the already wrongly charged midnight delivery charge.
They have scammed me of 2, 877rs. I want a refund immediately.

      I had ordered a cake for my relative in Silchar through bloomsvilla. This fraud company has the guts and courage to send me mails and confirm the order and promised same date delivery. It was a prepaid order, my money was deducted and no product was delivered. When i called the customer care no one responded after several calls, i tried chatting with their customer care but failed . No response. I then mailed them and asked me to refund my amount asap on which they mailed me Rs. 200 will be deducted for cancellation charges.My order Id is BV23169019 and complaint id is 39859. I dont understand inspite of so many cases here in this forum, this company is still running and carrying on with the frauds.

        Pathetic Customer support. I gaped for my order money got deducted. Got a confirmation mail. The product is not delivered. There is no way to rech customer support. Mails are not responded. Looks like a fraudulent company where they cheat customers.
        Am going to lodge a complaint against the company in cyber crime.

          My order number- Re: BV23166475 dated 23may 2023 After Lots of emails follow up made to bloomsvilla regarding 8 Ferrero Rocher Chocolates bouquet with 10 roses delivery but they delivered only roses with one chocolate.

          Later follow up of lots of emails they promised to deliver right product & mailed me that product is delivered now contact the receiver.
          But when I rechecked nothing was delivered they gave false assurances.I wrote this in email. (It’s ridiculous how can bloomsvilla give such assurance to the customer what proof you have? this is first time I ordered from bloomsvilla really pathetic, this the service you give to your customers ?
          Can you tell me what is the costing of 10 roses and one chocolate which bloomsvilla delivered? I payed you Rs. 1, 347.10/- is this price worth for what you delivered?? I thought you are understanding, now I am feeling it’s a money making site how can you play with person’s trust and money?) Also, I want Rs.1000/- refund. Till date no reply, no calls & no action taken.
          Please don’t trust them . I wanted to close this issue so asking constantly to give me my money back. But no reply, they are constantly fooling people to just make money. Don’t trust!!

            Ordered on 13.5.23 persinalised mug on mother day for 95 year old mother. Till date, neither delivered, nor any news, no response to messages, complaints, phone calls. Now read other reviews also saying this company are cheaters and fraud.

              I ordered flowers for delivery for Mother's Day order number BV23160711. Flowers were never delivered and after few days a filed a complaint from their online portal complaint ID: 38364 which said will be resolved in 2 days. after a week of no response, I tried calling their customer service. Even after hours of waiting and numerous calls I was not able to connect with anyone. I finally decided to reach back via email. After continuous emails I finally received and email saying this case is closed as goods were delivered. I reverted back asking for delivery proof which they were unable to provide. So, I asked for refund to which they stopped replying with no explanation at all.

              Hi can you please help me out how to get the refund from this fraud company? They didnt deliver my order and now when i mail for refund they want to deduct 200 rupees for cancellation, on a order which they didnt even deliver

                I placed an order on the day of Mother’s day but till date they haven’t delivered my order and in the “track order” it’s showing that the order has been delivered.
                After multiple emails last week I got an email that we will deliver your order asap. However, post then nobody ever responded to the mail because I said them to refund the money as I no longer require their order to be delivered. It’s the worst online site ever. They are neither refunding my money nor they are replying to any of the emails.

                  I had placed an order for mothers day on May 14, 2023. The order shows out for delivery from then till now that is may 24
                  Tgey don't respond to their chat help, don't reply in emails and the number provided by them doesn work. It's a worst service ever

                    Placed order with order number BV23166178 we paid extra for same day mid night deliver and got mail as well that order will get delivered on 21st between 11pm to 11:59pm but no updates.
                    Next day when i called them they said someone will connect with me by 7PM and help me to resolve issue but no one called and since then I am trying to connect no one is responding

                        We have been following up with BloomsVilla for our refund. As we have
                        ordered the flowers for Mother's Day on 14th May, 2023. We have
                        received the fake emails from BloomsVilla that the flowers have been
                        delivered but they were delivered on 15th May 2023 i.e on the next day
                        and not on the promised day i.e 14th May 2023.

                        Also we have been trying on the customer care number 080.352.165.81
                        (9AM - 6PM) several times but we were not able to reach them,
                        continuously on hold for more than 30 mins and no agent came on call
                        for the resolution.

                        The booking order was #BV23162694. In response we have just received
                        emails from them that we will address the issue at the earliest but we
                        haven't received the refund yet.

                        Request you to please intervene and help us through this.

                          I ordered 10 multicoloured carnations arrangement in a square vase vide oder number BV23165477 on 16th of May 2023 to be delivered in the 3pm to 6 pm slot that evening and bloomsvilla failed to meet the delivery deadline even by the end of the day.
                          When I I respectfully requested for a refund multiple times via email after having raised a complaint (ID- 38868) and they replied that they will resolve my complaint through their complaint ID - M230488.
                          On 18th afternoon a delivery boy lands up at the apartment doorstep in Devanhalli Taluk and just drops a drooping and sad looking gerberas bouquet even after the recipient said that the delivery is late by a day and the flowers are not fresh. He walks away rudely.
                          Please take appropriate action against such a fraudulent and scamming company that only aims to cheat the general consumers. Kindly direct them to refund me Rs 1000/- and also compensate for all those endless cal waits.

                            Have not delivered a paid order made on May 14, which was promised to be delivered on same day. No one bothered inform. Customer care doesn’t answer calls. Emails are responded with a major delay taking no accountability. They are threatening to charge me 200 deduction if I ask them to cancel the order. Pathetic service, even more pathetic value system.

                              I had ordered flower bouque on 14th Feb 23 at around 11 am for same day delivery & mentioned that i should be delivered before 8pm which was not delivered. at around 11.30 pm got call from delivery boy to pick my order from him & he has not delivered it.

                                  HI,

                                  I ordered a plant from this vendor on 14th May 2023 where it showed me the delivery to my location was possible on the same day.

                                  Later by 1:38PM i received an email confirmation stating that they cannot deliver to my location and that if i do not reply to the email, they will refund the amount as store credit.

                                  I replied right away requesting for the refund to my source account because 1) i do not use this website and their store credit does not mean anything to me 2) I do not have an account in their website 3) This is their fault for claiming delivery to the location i had requested for so they owe me my refund which did not happen yet. Their customer care numbers are not working, neither is anyone replying from their given email IDs.

                                      I ordered cake and flowers on the occasion of Mother's Day on 14th May, 7:30pm. At the time I placed the order from BloomsVilla because it showed that they will deliver the order by 9:00pm. I waited for 2 hours for them to deliver the order since it showed on their site that the order was with the delivery partner, I tried to contact them several times on their chat services, which says "We reply immediately" but I got no response. The next day, I tried to contact them again on their number (They were busy, so they could not even keep me on hold) and their chat (which again after numerous texts, I just received one text asking me what my problem is). FInally, today on 16th May, they updated their website that my order was delivered, whereas I did not receive anything.

                                      Either deliver my order by tonight, 16th May or refund me my money, I am a student and 1000 bucks is a lot for me.

                                        My product was promised to be delivered on[protected] by 9PM, but it has not been delivered till yet and no customer care contact has been established. I am trying to reach out to them since two days but no one is picking up the phone and no one is replying on email. I have created three tickets for the issue.

                                        I want my refund of the order and do not want to proceed with this

                                        A call has been made by a person appears to be from bloomsvilla who said he is giving me a coupon as a Compensation and I have to enter the coupon on my sbi and icici bank, looked like a fraud.
