Product Missing -Tab A Samsung

Bluedart waybill number is: [protected]
Today I recieved a parcel of 17 numbers of Samsung Tab A. But when i opened the parcel 1 box was opened and the TAb was missing. I immediately took photos and sent to the agent who delivered and also made a complaint. I was happy that the bluedart head office contacted me immediately and promised to take needed action . This is regarding AWB [protected] dated 13th March 2020.
This contains my debit card, it is shown as delivered and collected by security guard, but it is not with the security guard. I didn't even get a call regarding my delivery and since it was during initial covid days, it was unable for me to follow up on this.

Please share me the details of delivery confirmation for my order...

Complaint regarding misbehavior by courier boy

I got the message that the parcel delivered to Rajkukmar Security. there is no security called Rajkumar in my place and there is noone called me on confirmation of address/delivery before attempting to deliver.

It said consignee address is incomplete which is wring because I had items delivered at this add before by bludart from the same shipper (in my case HDFC bank) . The delivery guy dint even call and reverted my delivery....

Product damaged (32 inch Tv & photo frame 20*24 size)

My packet includes one 32 inch tv and a glass photo frame.
Product costs rs-18000

shipping date 13 -oct-2020,
Packaging done by bluedart courier staff.

Both the product were damaged and was totally broken.

i have raised a compalint to bludart but the customer service are not taking any action....

It reached my town SATTENAPALLI on 17/10/2020 at 9:03 AM by BLUE DART corier service
Even today is 20/10/2020 they didn't delivered tv to me.
Even reach my town How many days kept my Tv in corior ?

The person didn't respond phone calls also
The centre was closed from saturday
Please rectify my problem...
