Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

Blue dart service does not deliver the parcel in the given address. It needs to be picked from the office which makes it service too poor..
Moreover the customer needs to wait more than 40 minutes to get the parcel even after intimating before hand,
which again makes the Blue dart courier service unworthy and unprofessional.

While talking to customer care thrice they assured it will get delivered but practical act is still pending. Gone are the days, The BLUDART itself was famous for delivering before the sun shines. But I feel smell of heading towards non professionalism by your today's approach with customer service. I hope u understand what I am saying.

When I called blue dart customer care number [protected] he said that he will call me with another number then he called me with this number [protected] and refused to help me by misguiding so I cut the call and again call him because it was urgent but no reply. In evening he called me and abused me very badly, said bad words about my family dont know why. I have proof of call recording. Please help me! And take strict action against them

My name is Praveena T G, recently i ordered a Shoes via Reebok online it was supposed to be deliver through blue dart

This is to bring to your attention about a package bearing waybill no.[protected] dispatched on January 13 2021 from all Banjara Hills Serv. Centre which was to be delivered to me today.

The delivery man said that my product is lost and that he will deliver it later in the evening . The online tracking info shows my product to be delivered although to whom is still a mystery! To add a feather in your cap, neither the delivery...

I Nitesh Raj, group A gazetted officer at ministry of defence today received an item online through blue dart courier from stocktack company...it's completely a fraud company.. please don't be a partner with it in delivering it's products... millions of people have been looted across India... please do something from your side to stop it...
A lot of people have complained in blue dart express as it is their delivery partner...you can check out online also about stocktack...it's fully fraud..
Please do something at an urgent...I have already filed a police complaint against it...
Help us retrieve our money by coordinating with the local police... and inform their source godown to the local police...I have every screenshot of their fraudulent activity...

Just wanted to check the status of my shipment number [protected] which was supposed to be delivered yesterday only. Moreover, I got a call from delivery representative about the delivery but it had not been delivered on mentioned addressed by the time I'm writing the mail.

When did I dial today to Blue Dart customer care I have been told that shipment had been delivered yesterday only on mentioned address which is making me really worried as shipment holds highly confidential documents. How come the status had been updated without its delivery.

Today, also I got a call from another guys he is asking me to come and collect from approximately 5 KM far from mentioned address. don't know who is carrying the shipment and asking me to come and collect instead of delivering on the mentioned address. It is really leads to case of serious concern.

You are requested to please take a appropriate action and ensure the delivery on the mentioned address. Kindly do call me in case of concern. I'm reachable on +[protected]

My ICICI ATM card shipped via bluedart is marked as delivered to someone named "Saumya" but not received by me. Delivery guy did not called me on my number and delivered parcel to wrong person. Kindly take appropriate action against delivery person as it was such a sensitive document and deliver the package to me by earliest.

I was supposed to receive the courier on 13 of Jan and got a call where the person asked me that where to deliver? . i told him at the given address ofcourse. the same day online status was updated that consignee out of town. then i called next day he said employees where on leave so we updated that. i said will you deliver today, he said its difficult and then updated online refused by consignee.WHY HAVE YOU EMPLOYED SUCH WORTHLESS AND ILLETRATE PEOPLE? SEE THE GOOGLE RATINGS OF BLUEDART SOLAN. LESS THAN 2.3. WHAT A BUNCH OF DISHONEST STUIPID EMPLOYEES HERE . WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL?

I'm writing this complaint on the bad delivery service of the well known Bluedart courier service, i have a order a Bluetooth headphones from Amazon and Bluedart is delivering it.The product has reached at the their hub nearest to me and its been 3-4 days.first two days they said delivery schedule for the next working day and then when i called in their office they said it is out for delivery and now its been two days and today they said "consignee out of station"
Im tired of their reasons.plz resolve my problem.
