Hello,

I have given pickup on 5th December from Bangalore to Mumbai, It reached on 10th Dec evening when our team received the consignment it was opened if any material is missing how can I get the same back .

      Hi,
      I am totally frustrated with the service that you do, my courier was suppose to be delivered by 9th of December 2020, I was waiting for the courier but no one turned up or no call from anyone, i spoke to the customer care person he says they tried calling me but i didnot receive any call from your end, and still now the say my package is ready for delivery but no sign of call are person to hand over the courier. I keep on track but it is useless your people are making me frustrated. I want this to be taken to Ms Sonia Nair as the service is really worst.

        I have given my pin code correct correct and now it's it keeps showing that wrong pincode will impact delivery. All my previous parcels was delivered by the same exact pincode .

          Hi,

          I am Udal Kumar Bharti. I requested FINAL IT CERTIFICATE from ICICI BANK LIMITED. ICICI BANK has shipped the document through BLUE DART .

          My waybill is [protected]

          When i seen the the status in tracking it says shipment delivered to S.DAS which is a wrong person .

          I called in Blue Dart customer care and they said they are inquiring .
          but i am not getting proper response from them.

          Can you please kindly register a complaint on BLUE Dart for delivering shipment to wrong person .
          I need it very urgently, please deliver my document as soon as possible.

            I applied for a credit card through axis bank and it is being delivered through Blue dart. Yesterday It was out for delivery in the morning but in the evening I saw on the tracking status that it was undelivered due to incorrect address.
            However I gave my correct address and received no call from bluedart.

            please Resolve this as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              The bluedart store manager purposely held our shipment at their office even though it arrived yesterday. They are lazy that they didn’t bother to make a call for product delivery. Instead, they updated on the site that incorrect address was mentioned and it is held captive. I called to their office. Staff was arrogant as he said he couldnt deliver yesterday at 5pm and assured me that product will be delivery by today morning 11am. Why does he have do much of attitude? His number : [protected].
              So much of ego and attitude this person holds

                Shipment Redirected On Same Awb wrong pincode

                I have Given the correct waybill number but it is showing wrong pincode and I have also mailed them regarding the issue but I don't get any reply
                .even their customer care number has no option to talk with their executives. Bluedart: [protected]

                I was supposed to get my courier delivered by Blue Dart but it is showing since two days Shipment Out for Delivery and then minutes later Prohibited Area Entry for Delivery. It shows my courier is in Noida Sec 63 and I live in sector 76 and there is no such restriction within the same city. I am receiving all other couriers from Amazon and Myntra.
                Also, nobody called me from Blue Dart.
                Kindly solve my query.

                  Waybill shipment#[protected]

                  The parcel was supposed to delivered on 3rd December . Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

                  Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                  Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

                    I have received text from sender ie Oneplus "please track your courier dispatched through blue dart courier" i have track first and notice that "consignee out of station"... I have verified that everybody at home and no courier received by them. They clearly didn't make any attempt to deliver the same.

                      There was no attempt of delivery made. I did not get any message or call and suddenly they are showing that my parcel has been delivered. Whyyyyyyy? I want my parcel now. I did not receive it how can it show delivered and also it was written there that I collected it how unprofessional is this behaviour.

                        I ordered a carrybag on amazon on 30th november. The respective item has nt been delivered . Instead of proper delivery they blamed on me such as action required logic.

                          I had ordered two shipments rom Oneplus.in
                          Order Number M[protected] & M[protected] which they sent me through Bluedart Courier Service On 30 Nov & 1 Dec Respectively!
                          When i tracked the shipments both of them arrived at the local bluedart hub (Motihari Hub) On 8th Decemeber!
                          Today On 9th December They Sent Me A Text That We Will Deliver Your Shipment Today!
                          Oneplus Also Sent Me A Mail Saying That That My Shipment Is Out For Delivery!
                          BUT Two Hours Later, I Get Another Email Saying That There Is A "Delivery Exception" On My Shipment Because My Address Is "Out Of Delivery Area". They Didn't Even Call Me On My Phone Number!
                          Bluedart tracker is also saying that it it out of delivery area!
                          How can my address be out of delivery area if my address Is In Pincode 845401 Near Motihari Railway Station Which Is In Main Motihari City and my address is barely a kilometer from the railway station!

                              my consignment was dispatched on 25NOV.2020 from patna to DHURI (PUNJAB) but sorry to say that after 13 days it is not recieved yet.Plz do the needfull as consignment contains perishable items.

                                  This is more of a request than complaint. Please stop servicing in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan - 335512
                                  Every time a bank sends something via bluedart, I know for sure that you guys don't give a ### and return it without even contacting the receiver even when mobile number is mentioned there.
                                  There are better courier providers who does the job as it is expected.
                                  How it helps people of Hanumangarh if you stop your services here?
                                  If a bank finds that bluedart is not servicing in an area, they will use other company. Doesn't matter which company they will use we will receive the courier.
                                  By the way, I told ICICI bank to send my card using any provider other than BlueDart. Guess what? They agreed and sent it using Delhivery.
                                  So in short your courier guys in bluedart are not delivering and it has been happening for years.
                                  Please close your office here. It will help us a lot.

                                    Basically my order was supposed to deliver tody mssge also came. I waited till 8 pm today, I called customer care 3 to 4 times as there was no number given of the delivery boy or the where its was coming from (blue Dart office jamnagar). I explain everything as this thing has happen earlier also delay and at last a mssge was given that we are unable to call u or find ur address.to tody no calls no contact no nothing was given. This is so annoying sir that this thing has happened 2nd time with me. The customer care was polite so doubt he told they he will tell them to reach u. He also told me that today positively ur order will be delivered. Now when calling its saying we gave closed due to bad weather. I checked the review of the dp office jamnagar in Google map all the reviews were same. Now tell me 1 time it's okie 2 nd again... Plus no information. Today again sir 2 nd day it is no ans

                                      Firstly, Blue dart online customer care is promising a 24 hour delivery and the same was done on 25/11/2020. However, the same is being denied in the reception counter of Bluedart Couriers, Diamond Park, Visakhapatnam for the last 3 times but the charges are being collected at the same tariffs. Also, being from a Government department(Income Tax Department) files are packed in a particular manner in a container box. Inspite of showing the Identitty proof, the same was denied and asked to show the contents. I definitely understand the security concern and am ready to open the box and show the contents. However, if I am supposed to do so, then Bluedart is supposed to keep a person for packing the same, which is not in place and created a lot of irritation and discomfort. Who would be held responsible if the contents go missing as there are documents of HVTs. The same equipment and the way the packing was done might not be possible at that place. The staff were quite adamant to help in this issue.
