Hello Sir / Mam,
This is to inform you that i Sethi, Jasneet Kaur send an courier through blue dart amritsar to new delhi on 25th nov 2020 and it is delivered on 28th nov 2020 but the recipient shows as delivered to STAMP. Can you please tell me what is STAMP? where it is delivered because i send my courier to somewhere else. Then why it is showing that it is delivered to STAMP? Kindly help with it.

        My order no #[protected] had to be delivered on 1 Dec 2020 but was not delivered due to incomplete address but when I checked the address it was complete and it's not the first time bluedart is delivering me package. In case if the address couldn't be located by the delivery boy then he should have contacted me . I am constantly calling in the blue dart customer number but it's always saying that the line is congested. I want my package as soon as possible and this was not at all expected from bluedart.

            Delivery person in blue dart in Namakkal 637001-way he spoke to customer is rude and not delivering the product in the address and making customer to directly to office and get the product they are saying if we didnot go with out asking customer they are returning our product

                  Its been 3 days blue dart is not delivering my courrier (awb#[protected]). I am callibg them time and again . But blue dart insist me to pickup the courrier from their office . Kindly ask them to deliver my courries as it has very urgent papers in it

                    My name is Ranvijay kumar . My debit card of axis bank issued through Blue Dart. My delivery address is at home ( Vill+post- Sarwan, P.S- Rampur Chauram, Dist-Arwal, Pincode-804402)and my home is in village. In my home, my family member is always available .My shipment no. is [protected]. My parcel delivery date is today. After tracking the status of shipment details, online shipment status shown "Consignee Not Available on 30 Nov 2020 at13:10" . without going to my delivery address, you have mentioned that there is no person available for receiving the parcel. this is not a first time happen, this is second time happen. same will be happen in a month ago. At that time my parcel had return with same reason. what is going on . please look into this and deliver my parcel tomorrow without fail.

                          Such a careless and pathetic service provider of the country.My led TV completely got damaged despite packaging by professional.I was assured there is a very less possiblity of any kind of damage but they have ruined it.Addition to that they are not taking my complaints seriously.Tried contacting them on call, mails but they are not responding.There was insurance as well but still there isn't any action from them.
                          Blue dart ..u r such a pathetic service provider.

                            My shipment no. Is [protected] not yet delivered but when I track the status it shows delivered on 27.11.2020. It shows that somebody misused my shipment. I am sorry to say that it effects the goodwill of the company named blue dart.

                                Waybill no. [protected]

                                This status for this shipment has been showing out for delivery for 2 consecutive days. This is the third day now. Still it's not getting delivered. Status is showing prohibited area, restricted for delivery.

                                Postmen and delivery persons of all other companies are coming to this area, then what is the problem with Bluedart? I also did not receive any call from the delivery person, in case he had some difficulty finding the area. I am sure it was not the case.

                                For entire two days I am not being able to reach Bluedart through any of the customer care number given to enquire about the problem. I also went two the bluedart delivery centre in my region. They said that the parcel comes directly from the airport and they do not have any information about it.

                                Kindly look into the matter and let me know the issue. Please get it delivered, it is getting delayed unnecessarily and there is no way of knowing what is the issue.

                                  My parcel - AWB[protected]. Today at 1:37 PM I have received call from mobile - [protected] for the delivery of said parcel and accordingly I have informed him the exact way to reach the delivery address. Your delivery boy told me that he is at Reliance fresh which is hardly 300 meter away from my address and I told me the way to reach. But he denied the delivery. Now I surprised to see that you have mentioned insufficient address details.. Why such wrong statement has been mentioned by you ??????
