Such a careless and pathetic service provider of the country.My led TV completely got damaged despite packaging by professional.I was assured there is a very less possiblity of any kind of damage but they have ruined it.Addition to that they are not taking my complaints seriously.Tried contacting them on call, mails but they are not responding.There was insurance as well but still there isn't any action from them.
Blue dart ..u r such a pathetic service provider.

    My shipment no. Is [protected] not yet delivered but when I track the status it shows delivered on 27.11.2020. It shows that somebody misused my shipment. I am sorry to say that it effects the goodwill of the company named blue dart.

        Waybill no. [protected]

        This status for this shipment has been showing out for delivery for 2 consecutive days. This is the third day now. Still it's not getting delivered. Status is showing prohibited area, restricted for delivery.

        Postmen and delivery persons of all other companies are coming to this area, then what is the problem with Bluedart? I also did not receive any call from the delivery person, in case he had some difficulty finding the area. I am sure it was not the case.

        For entire two days I am not being able to reach Bluedart through any of the customer care number given to enquire about the problem. I also went two the bluedart delivery centre in my region. They said that the parcel comes directly from the airport and they do not have any information about it.

        Kindly look into the matter and let me know the issue. Please get it delivered, it is getting delayed unnecessarily and there is no way of knowing what is the issue.

          My parcel - AWB[protected]. Today at 1:37 PM I have received call from mobile - [protected] for the delivery of said parcel and accordingly I have informed him the exact way to reach the delivery address. Your delivery boy told me that he is at Reliance fresh which is hardly 300 meter away from my address and I told me the way to reach. But he denied the delivery. Now I surprised to see that you have mentioned insufficient address details.. Why such wrong statement has been mentioned by you ??????

            Return reason:This is not my order actually I ordered a bluetooth headset combo but in the order thereis a wired headset with cheap and in the order my name is not there some other name there but the delivery boy came and delivered to me fraud delivery.Return my product immediately.

                      My HDFC credit card was sent to my office address and was returned due to office being closed due to covid.

                      I had already mentioned to deliver it to my residence address. Kindly update the delivery address to my residence address.

                        Product Delivery Gone to Wrong person

                        I have received the message saying that my delivery has been made to Ashish Jain. My name is Ashish but apparently thr delivery has been made to wrong person/or not at all delivered in the first place.

                        The product is very crucial for me as it's a banking product and could cause big loss for me if delivered in wrong hands.

                          [protected]. Everyday status shows as out for delivery and at 8 pm its prohibited area. The irony is that except bluedart everyone can deliver here. I dont know which prohibition they are talking about.

                            Product not delivered but received a message that its delivered

                            I have placed an order (tracking id: [protected] ) from Daniel wellington and bluedart was supposed to deliver it today(i.e., 24/11/2020) and later at 1:05 pm i received a message saying the order has been delivered. I din’t know how and whom to contact, later tried calling their numbers but i couldn’t get in touch with any of their call executives. When i tried to inquire about the order status on call, it prompted that it has been delivered...

                                It seams 10days my document have arrived in my city and they have not yet delivered it to me. As I can see on tracking that they are falsely mentioning that "consignee is not available". We are always available at our office.

                                I donot know why they are not delivering my documents? These documents are very important to us kindly deliver it as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered a mobile from Mi.com and they shipped with Bluedart service.
                                  The parcel has to be delivered by 21st Nov 2020. But at 10.30PM i received a SMS stating consignee's address incorrect in the status.

                                  I have ordered many items from Mi.com and with bluedart delivery, its the same address but I'm not sure why they are mentioning the address is incorrect

                                    BLUEDART, - THE WORST Courier Co. in INDIA. Poor experience for me with BLUEDART in Kolkata, WB-700051 area for last 3 years. I don't know why BLUEDART has such pathetic service in Kolkata 700051 area or in west bengal / Country in general.

                                    Repeated feedback/complaints over the last two years I made but in vain. They don't even bother to improve their service.

                                    BLUEDART always has the same denial reasons /pathetic & fake excuses by their courier people put into their portal like " Address not found" / " Dept. Not Found"/ "Delivery attempted”, “Consignee not at HOME" etc., etc..& they will never deliver in time.

                                    However, any other courier co. (any small / big couriers) in INDIA including Govt. Postal Dept. can well deliver at my address and importantly well in TIME except for Bluedart. Most shockingly to deliver CREDIT CARDS they call me in my phone number and asked me to collect from their office only!!

                                    I guess, BLUEDART simply running the business with 'Unfair Trade Practice' by grabbing few big Corporate clients/ BANKS etc. by some hooks or crooks and they do not even bother about their services/ performance.
