I am not sure why it shows as 'Status Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt" when the shipment wad done by my company through corporate office.

Kindly look into this matter asap and fix this and have this delivered correctly to the destination....

I ordered this skincare products from Skinkrakt and Bluewater is the delivering agency. Yesterday I.e 07/11/2020 at 8:30 pm, I received call from delivery guy and he said he will deliver it tomorrow. But today, 08/11/2020, in the tracking page of the courier they have updated the status as "Consignee has given BDE HAL address " !!!...

    I have received the package today morning and it was different from what i order. I ordered from mrudulafashions.com and the product i have mailed them but they aren't responding . i want you to re-check, the product and the help me in getting back my order. I request you to give me their valid details so that i can track them. I have received the package today in morning and paid amount 1000/- .

      The delivery executive delivering parcel in the area of 1, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata - 13 is very misbehaving always. Many times he delivered parcel in the above mentioned area and always he had the problem with the customer (me). His mobile no. Is [protected]. Rude behaviour and irresponsible towards his task too. After experiencing him many times now I am complaining for it. Kindly look into the matter that he always deliver the parcel to doorstep or at the exact place as per the concern of the customer. Thanks.

        I bought a product on mi store through credit card they gave me a date which is deadline i can not cross that if i do i will have to pay 45 percent amount of that product
        i booked that on 29 october 2020 and they gave me delivery date which was 2 november 2020 but they did not send me my product and i lost my imoportant time and money because of this company
        i could not go to my work due to their comment
        i want my compansesion by this company 45 percent amount of that product for delaying ech day

            My shipment has arrived in nearest hub but delivery boy without even contacting me once has given status "bde hal adress" it's an important shipment and there are no contact details for this hub i can collect the shipment mysel[censored]nless they send it back!

            Showing incorrect address in track status, but Address in my courier is absolutely fine. bluedart have my phone number also but no call or sms from service boy. My address id absolute correct then how it is possible.
            I am available 24*7 on that address. Please provide my consignment as soon as possible.

              I was expecting a shipment from Delhi to my city (AWB No 6963985XXXX ). The address specifically included the apartment number *and* my apartment door number. Everything went ok until the shipment "Shipment Out For Delivery" around 14h00 on 31/10/2010.

              I waited at my apartment ALL AFTERNOON for a call from the delivery guy. I did not have the delivery guy's ph num as it was not sent to my number.

              But at 19h30 the same day, suddenly the shipment was marked "No Such Consignee At The Given Address".

              No call, no check at my apartment. Just magically the delivery guy decided I don't reside in my own apartment! What kinda bogus courier is this?!

              I tried contacting dozen bluedart numbers, but zero response from almost all of them. The standard line had no consumer executive online; makes no sense to operate past 6pm and not provide full service.

              I would like my package to be delivered on or before Monday, 2nd Nov.

                Wrong phone number & disturbance

                Respected Sir/Madam,

                Yesterday morning I have a message from your your message service that package no. [protected] Is deliver today, sir I think the mobile number in the mentioned package number (package) is wrong.
                After that your message service send me another message to reject the package please use the refuse confirmation code but I can’t find how to do it. Please cancel it cause I don’t know whose package...

                    Blue Dart delivery guy denied to deliver at the mentioned address to my relative. I was away from home for 5 minutes, within this time he took away the parcel. Although my relative produced his ID card, the delivery guy didn't oblige to have a look at it.

                    When I called, he didn't have patience to even hear me out. Such a pathetic service.
                    Now, the parcel is in Blue Dart regional office. When I checked with Customer Service and told that I can personally visit the regional office and collect, he again denied saying such a handover is not possible.

                    Now, I'm clueless what to do. I have to receive the parcel in 2 days and these guys are just playing.

                    I would never recommend this service to anyone in future.

                        My shipment from- mybageecha, containing plants was supposed to be delivered by 27th October 2020.
                        But it was delayed and when I tracked my order on 29th October 202” with waybill number -
                        #[protected] it stated that “Consignee refused to accept” but to my wonder, the order was not even delivered.
                        I need my package contains the plants as soon as possible, as it contains a sensitive item.
                        I still hope that blue dart being such a trustworthy company would deliver my shipment soon and this inconvenience would be resolved.

                            Bluedart waybill number is: [protected]
                            Today I recieved a parcel of 17 numbers of Samsung Tab A. But when i opened the parcel 1 box was opened and the TAb was missing. I immediately took photos and sent to the agent who delivered and also made a complaint. I was happy that the bluedart head office contacted me immediately and promised to take needed action . You can make a complain and trace it out with IMEI number, Thanks

                              This is for your kind information that I have ordered an apple iPhone 11 prepaid product on[protected] having bluedart tracking id or waybill no. [protected] in the name of abhijit kumar dubey which have been reached to nearest blue dart outlet at[protected].We reached to them but they didn't give us our prepaid order as we have to exchange the phone with them as we have purchased it on exchnage offer. They said our system of checking the phone is not working so we will send our staff to your home so that they can check the basic requirement before exchanging. But till date not a single staff contacted us nor they are picking up the call. This is purely utter poor service from your end. Without looking or checking at the phone they simply said over call that we are unable to exchange and didn't mention the reason, How is this possible!!!Above that courier service meant to reach at the customer doorstep but your service is such a poor one that they didn't even think to reach customer. Simply they are afraid to exchange high value product as my product is already prepaid. My order has been blocked at your end without justifying any proper reason. We never expect such an unproffessional behaviour and poor servcice from bluedart.
                              Do the needful at your end as soon as possible.
