Blue Dart delivery guy denied to deliver at the mentioned address to my relative. I was away from home for 5 minutes, within this time he took away the parcel. Although my relative produced his ID card, the delivery guy didn't oblige to have a look at it.
When I called, he didn't have patience to even hear me out. Such a pathetic service.
Now, the parcel is in Blue Dart regional office. When I checked with Customer Service and told that I can personally visit the regional office and collect, he again denied saying such a handover is not possible.
Now, I'm clueless what to do. I have to receive the parcel in 2 days and these guys are just playing.
I would never recommend this service to anyone in future.
