    I am working in aditya birla capital and we are getting issue regarding service in karnal location. Yesterday at 6 pm i was in bluedart office regarding policy pack. And as per your executive that vpo taraori kyn likha hai. Taraori me po hai n doesn't belong to distt in karnal with pincode 132116, ye sab to likha hai jo aadhar par hai customer ke. They are not even call to customer for any confusion wd address. I have recoded statement of your executive regarding delievery status. Is this your service. I will definately share recorded statement of your executive to aditya birla capital bcoz hum pareshan ho chuke hai service se apki in karnal distt. 99% policies back jati hai hamari. Ye first time nahi hai ye roj issue aa raha hai hume.

      I booked to 2 set Park avenue fragrance body spray but i received damage condition o attached photos, when i speck with your customer care they told shipment in wet condition if already knows its damaged why they delivered and take back the shipment i need replacement

        Hi,
        Date : 25th may 2019 ;
        Today i was expecting a delivery since 14.10 hrs. After waiting till 1900 hrs when i checked the status, comment was : delivery attempted - premises closed. This is not true.

        I was tracking shipment movement on map. The last comment updated at 1829 is 117 meter away from my home. I was very much present at home. It seems the delivery person decided to close of the day at 1829.

        There is no "missed you" note anywhere near my house or door.

        This is not acceptable. Ensure that delivery is made on 26th may itself.

          Firstly i had address issue and got a message that it can't be delivered.
          So i attempted to cancel the product but now again it is now out for delivery.
          So please return the product.

          I have ordered a product from HDFC credit card reward points.

          I have not received any products but it is showing in your company tracker that it is delivered to "Stamp"?
          What does it mean?

            Actually my shipment has to came on 18/05/2019 at 17.30, same that time i left from the company, i got call from [protected] i told him clearly come on tuesday 21/05/2019 but no one come to given courier. I called him number of time he did not respond, electronic city blue dart office also called no reply, and blue dart customer care also called no reply.

            Blue dart is a one of the worst courier

              This complaint is wrt awb [protected]... Which is still undelivered. The concerned office from blr called me today (25thmay) for the confirmation of address and myself confirmed it. Then the person over the phone said to me that it would only be delivered only on monday (27thmay)... Then i asked her then why are you asking for the confirmation of the address today... And she disconnected the phone... As i was still talking... And when i tried call her again ([protected]), no response. This is frustrating because the same consignment is being redelivered again to my address as 3wks back it was returned undelivered (Awb [protected]) stating "no one was in the house" which is an utter lie as no body called me that time to even confirm my address as they are doing this time. Can you make an inquiry on to the delivery office on the irresponsible behavior and unprofessional attitude on the part of the manager holding the position in the office... If this is not something serious to be considered from your part i would not hesitate to escalate this matter to the regional head if needed... Thanks

                As per tracking record my waybill no [protected] didn't deliver due to our premises closed, but i must say to blue dart our premises open every day from 6.00am to 9.00pm if closed than security guard present on gate. Your delivery person write comment on status that our premises closed on 24th may 2019 around 11.12 am which is totally disgusting and lying. If you want to proof against them, we have live cameras on our premises. Such type of services blue dart provide to public & corporate and above service we paid lot of amounts to blue dart.

                  My package was not delivered by your delivery man saying that my address is incomplete and needed a landmark whereas i tell u the truth that my address is one of the easiest approach and the package have my contact number also he would have at least called me. All other companies including indiapost provide services to my doorstep but only your highly arrogant company bluedart didn't find my address. Actually the problem is that you people have employed illiterate and arrogant candidates who have no ethics and workculture and are not trained to do their job. I will never do any buisness with your company again hopefully.

                    The parcel was supposed to delivered on 24-may-2019. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery.

                    Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart employee when they came to deliver nor any text.

                    Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. The direct contact number provided for the location is not answered nor the generic helpline is responsive. This shows very unprofessional behavior of blue dart.

                      My shipment was dispatched at on 20th of may-19, but i haven't received it yet,
                      Provided address is accurate and can be found easily
                      Today is 25th of may and shipment was supposed to be delivered
                      With in one or two days.
                      Customer care number not reachable
                      Bad service pathetic company and people,

                      I hope blue dart will look into it and deliver my shipment early as possible

                        With regret to say that on 24th may 15:49, your bluedart courier team updated my parcel as "delivered" which is totally false and punishable. No one delivered me the parcel with waybill no [protected], and reference no. Zmp1-gptayeim_6_1.
                        How the irresponsible courier team is this???
                        Plz look into the matter and solve urgently unless i launch an fir against the bluedart team.

                          On 17th have received a call from blue dart agent [protected] who left within 15min as i dint attended the case due to meeting on calling back he informed, he will come tomorrow and deliver it again.
                          Since that day i am waiting and today i received a message credit card is sent back to hsbc wat kind of pathetic service are you giving

                              With due respect i would like to know you that a parcel from "zoomin" tracking id [protected], reference zmp1-gptayeim_6_1, is reached dalkhola dluedart office on 16th may, 11:11 but your courier team updated same day as "consignee not available" which is totally unacceptable because of none courier team contacted me for delivery. They not stop here, everyday the courier team updated in zoomin site as "consignee not available"and till today no one contacted me for delivery.
                              Now i am wordless to say about my experience with your courier team. Lastly i am writing you for a fruitful result.
                              Plz look into the matter and do the needful if not solved my problem i will go appellate authority (Consumer court).

                                I have a watch which was scheduled to be delivered on 22nd may. It reached the nearby center on 21st may. I have been calling the customer care every day for the delivery of this parcel for last 3 days. Still the parcel is not getting delivered.

                                Today, i have been told that due to traffic restrictions, the parcel is not getting delivered. The parcel is a titan watch. I don’t know how hard it is to deliver a watch and what traffic restrictions is stopping it.

                                It was ordered for a special purpose, and sadly getting ruined by the late delivery. I am looking forward to your support for delivery of the same. Please find below the screenshot of the tracking – waybill no is [protected].

                                  What a bad service, i've received msg from bluedart that product out for delivery on 21st may 2019, till now product is not delivered that tracker says product refused by consignee 3times when it's not attempted even for a single time. I haven't received any call from a single delivery boy. It's disgusting. Customer care number doesn't work. If called on centres disgusting response.

                                    I was supposed to get my xiomi delivery today, the delivery guy called first and i explained him the address. Then sometime later he called again and started speaking rudely that he couldn't find my home and i still told him that follow my directions and you'll reach there but that # didn't listen, he started speaking very disrespectfully and he hung up on me and when i tried to call him to teach a lesson he didn't answer. This is highly inappropriate. I want this solved and my parcel delivered today. I didn't expect this from blue dart. Reply me asap.

                                      Hi, important dd should be received from bank. They handed-over to bluedart. Courier was delivered to some other people without verifying person's govt id. When i called to customer care, as courier has not yet received, they were telling that it will take 24 - 48 hours to resolve. I called to them daily, initially told, it will take 24 hours, later day told 48 hours, finally today told, delivered boy is on leave. What a irresponsible they are.

Blue dart is a Worest delivery service...i never seen in my life in this type of negligence. Once again I say we are giving a worest services.
