Hi team. I have not received any product but it's been showing as delivered.. I am sick and i will be going to office from monday. But the item is showing as delivered. I have not received any calls from your agent neither my friends received my product on my behalf. Therefore i will request you not only to look into this but also to ensure so that i receive my product on monday...

I got msg on 16/5/19 03.30pm that your shipment is out for delivery but didn't received; then i have checked the status through waybill no:[protected] it showing that consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed at 06.54pm delivery boy not even make a call what a work he doing than...
I want my shipment today my address same as on shipment and landmark is near sri panchamukha gayatrimata temple chinnamushidiwada 530051

The parcel was supposed to delivered on 16-may-2019. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

My credit card which was send by the bank through Blue Dart was returned without any contact made from the courier. My shipment number is AWB#[protected]. Many complaints have been made against the company but to no avail. They just send back items without contacting the to-be receiver causing grievances. This is clearly a breach of consumer right and strong actions be taken against them.

My shipment from hdfc arrived at my office address on 15th may2019... The delivery guy called me... I cannot be available there as my office hours are in night shifts... I tried calling delivery guy many times to get status as he's neglecting my call and not informing me whether he dropped my letter at my office address or took it return with him.. My shipment with way bill number [protected] was about to deliver today on 16th may 2019 but it wasn't delivered.

End of the day i received a text message that my shipment was delivered by 3 p:m 16th may.

Also i didn't receive any call from the delivery person but when i went to collect my shipment he asked me to come when he calls. I neither received the call nor my shipment was delivered.

Please look into this matter asap and provide necessary update.

I was informed that my parcel will be delivered on 11/5/2019. But your service has been so miserable that the parcel has not reached me even after 5 days. I have been calling the service number provided online, but they have the same rote answer memorized and promise me that i will get the delivery the very next day. I have been listening to this same # answer for the last 4 days!!!
I need my parcel delivered to me by this week. Do you people even understand the importance of time??? How long does it take you people to deliver something from delhi to sonepat???

Blue dart chandrapur are not delivering my order, from last 5 days im calling them to deliver my order but they are not recivng the calls and updating that delivery attempted but failed, but they are not even trying not a single call came from their side.
Im trying from last 5days they just giving me mobile numbers to call this guy he have your parcel, i called 4guys and last guy said that the parcel is at office only, i will deliver it by tomorrow and the from the next day he is not receivng my calls.
What to do with this, help me out!!!

First of all i have to say i never experienced this kind of worst service from any courier companies.. My parcel was supposed to deliver two days back, as though i was in home they returned as consignee not available and they were not even call.. The second day i was taken a leave for this, the same thing is repeated.. Im totally disappointed by this kind of service.

I supposed to recieve my courier on this address but the courier guy is being rude and i need serious action against him. I would request icici to deliver to some other courier. I have been calling the guy he is not receiving call, such a pathetic situation. No support for users. Disappointed

My waybill number is [protected]. The actual delivery date is 11/05/19.Today date is 15/5/19. Till now I didn't receive the parcel.please update me, how can I long wait for this delivery.i clearly updated all this details.and I don't know what's the problem it is?I contacted customer care thrice a day but till now I didn't get any positive reply.please take this as a suggestion and deliver the product by tomorrow itself.

Hi sir good evening. My traking details show on no address found. Why address also mentioned my conduct no [protected] near by deccan bus stop begur road bommanahlli bangalore. Why more delay please delivered as soon as possible still how many times i have to be in the weight of delivery. So please fairly delivered. This is responsible for your help

This time i am very disappointed with the behavior of the agent. He didn't even called me. And updated the status that product is undelivered due to restricted access. I hav given my company's address. How the company would allow the third guy inside campus. That agent should call me during delivery. Please relsove it and do reply. Thank you.

I have booked two consignment under the name of the company lotus on 10th may at viman nagar for kanpur and it was promised me to be delivered on 13th as the transit time is 2 days for kanpur.

One consignment [protected] is delivered on 13th and the anolther one [protected] is not yet delivered till this time. Your customer care has told me that this consignment is mis routed by blue dart and will be delivered today. But it is not delivered. It is the sample for some governmnet tender and the dead line was today for the same. If we loose the tender, because of this we would loose the business to the extent of 2.0 cr and we will file a suit against you which please note.

Your customer care is also useless and they are giving only the information available on the site and no higherups came for the escalation call. This is disguisting.

I am outrageous & furious at the delivery service in agartala. Let me bring your to notice that my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 10/5/17 and it is 14/5/19 today, still undelivered stating i did not pick-up the call which an absolute lie, and if necessary and at your wish i can provide you the list of records from the call operator itself. I had to go the hub on 11/05/2019 to fetch my parcel (Which, to your kind notice is just 2 min away from my home) at 11am, the security guard who was sitting there was extremely irresponsible and did not bother to give me the package even though after asking several times. According to him, 11am was too early to give me the parcel even after standing right there on the hub. I waited for their call till monday, when i tried to tracking the package it seemed that they have put "undelivered shipment held at location" at 10:20am"which is contradicts to the statement the guard had made about the"earliness"to deliver someone the package. It is confusing to me about how you say"11am is early"but putting"undelivered status"at 10:20 am is justified when both of them are considered as the job of courier services. Bluedart is considered as one of the best services in the whole india but i am extremely dissapointed at your choice of recruitments (Of lazy delivery men) and it bolis my blood because they act like they've done their job, whereas they themselves do not call the reciever, portraying innocent public as the wrong one. I am extremely concerned about your company and if this goes on, your company will have wrong label infrront of the public. I hope you consider this matter and explain the delivery executives how important are parcels to both the sender and the reciever, and i also hope writting to you is not considered as a"pointless exercise".
Please take it into consideration, it would be highly appreciated.

On april 26 th i got my product delivered from bluedart avishek sharma. He is not accepted card payment, so suggested to do google pay. So paid through google pay of amount rs1099. Amount debited from account but it's in pending status. So again i tried to pay but same situation. So totally 1099+1099=2198. So he asked to pay through phone pe. So i did through that and it's successful. After some days that pending 2 google pay transactions are paid successfully. So i contacted that delivery person he said he will return back. But till now he didn't return. Daily he is saying stories. Please make serious action on him and help to get my money back. I am attaching payment screenshot and also his chat discussion.

Dear sir the courier boy not delever the doc in my home and no any call for me. Wrongly he say consignee address unlocable landmark needed. I received message from bluedart today that my item is out for delivery. I waited for whole day but didn't receive any further detail about delivery boy or delivery information. Just now i tracked my item and it's having a status of 'address unlocatable/need landmark '. I really regret to have such behavior from bluedart. I would request to deliver my item as soon as possible and to connect me atleast if you are really not able to track my address
