I am outrageous & furious at the delivery service in agartala. Let me bring your to notice that my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 10/5/17 and it is 14/5/19 today, still undelivered stating i did not pick-up the call which an absolute lie, and if necessary and at your wish i can provide you the list of records from the call operator itself. I had to go the hub on 11/05/2019 to fetch my parcel (Which, to your kind notice is just 2 min away from my home) at 11am, the security guard who was sitting there was extremely irresponsible and did not bother to give me the package even though after asking several times. According to him, 11am was too early to give me the parcel even after standing right there on the hub. I waited for their call till monday, when i tried to tracking the package it seemed that they have put "undelivered shipment held at location" at 10:20am"which is contradicts to the statement the guard had made about the"earliness"to deliver someone the package. It is confusing to me about how you say"11am is early"but putting"undelivered status"at 10:20 am is justified when both of them are considered as the job of courier services. Bluedart is considered as one of the best services in the whole india but i am extremely dissapointed at your choice of recruitments (Of lazy delivery men) and it bolis my blood because they act like they've done their job, whereas they themselves do not call the reciever, portraying innocent public as the wrong one. I am extremely concerned about your company and if this goes on, your company will have wrong label infrront of the public. I hope you consider this matter and explain the delivery executives how important are parcels to both the sender and the reciever, and i also hope writting to you is not considered as a"pointless exercise".
Please take it into consideration, it would be highly appreciated.
