Ohkk i don't believe i am actually complaining about your service today but i have to no other option. My package reached amritsar on 29 september then no one cares to deliver it to my place i called at your branch in amritsar after every single hour no one think of answering the calls.. I regret to say but now the services are getting worsest. I paid 200 only for the shipping and what i have got is nothing. When i track it it says on 1 october around 5:30 in the evening the courier was out for delivery but around 8:30 it get undelivered as i (Consignee) was not available. I mean what the hell since morning i have been calling you guys and how come i am unavailable. This is ridiculous. The company where i works has an commercial account with you people and we are a regular customer but m ashamed of your services now as this courier was my personal courier not belongs to my company. I want my product to be delivered asap.

    Hi my way bill number is [protected] and the expected delivery date for this shipment was on 19 of september but unfortunately it didn't receive still. Later on i re dispatch the shipment. But as per the status it's shown need extension or department name. But i didn't get any call from the delivery person then how could they proved it that they need department name.
    My both address is correct which i mentioned on the shipment.
    Please resolve this matter.

      This is to inform you that, i placed an orderhi bidisha, thank you! Your cod order #132342 for amount rs 799/. I got a sms on 1/10/2018 that, my order will be delivered on that day through blue dart but i did not get any call from the delivery boy of bluedart or no body came to my house to deliver the product. Same sms i got on the next day, 02/10/2018. Neither no body came to deliver nor i got a call. At last night i got another sms from bluedart that, awb [protected] could not deliver because i was not available. I am really disappointed for your service. Please do the needful and solve the problem as soon as possible...

        Its been long that i have not received my package yet. Each time i call i never get satisfactory answer. i am tired of calling bluedart but still my package is undelivered. the package is coming from mumbai to yamunanagar. its very urgent so please find a way to deliver the package to my given address.

          WB:[protected], product not delivered Eben after 3 days from the date it reached the destination. No proper response from customer service too. No proper service and really disappointed. Going to file this complaint in all customer forum. Your customer service team least bother about the customer, they are not worry about what customer thinks. Not sure when will I get my product and what kind of action Bluedart gonna take, andbits more than 20 times Bluedart delivered the same pack from the same seller to the same address, now their tracking status says, unlocatable area and need landmark, not even a single call received till now, even today on 3rd of October they promised for delivery, buy end of the day they are saying that they will try delivering it tomorrow. Really frustrating and not a good service at all. Certainly I will not recommend Bluedart to anyone. Such a bad process and bad Customer Service they have.

              Shipment [protected] was supposed to deliver on 1st Oct 2018 as per tracking system update. I called to customer care on 1st Oct to assure delivery (In case of difficulty, if they want we can come and collect) and requested them to call on mob number if they have any difficulty . Despite of many calls and request; On the same day (1st Oct 18 ), I saw message " Out Of Delivery Area " without any try even no one bother to call us from Blue Dart .

              Same day at the evening on 1Oct 2018, I called to Bluedart Customer Care and explained status to Mercy and she assured me that she will convey message to concern team and try to ensure delivery on 3rd Oct 18 before 1 pm.

              Today, On 3rd Oct 8, I called customer care team in the morning and team confirms courier delivery. Now today at 1 PM I got another update " Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request "

              What is this? Are you people serious about this? the same incidence happen with me on Feb 2018.

              If you people are not capable to deliver thing on place and don’t have phone to call then please don’t take that delivery.

                  I tried to contact to your courier parter and he saying we can not deliver the parcel and you pick your parcel from our office, its not a first time, and i'm also complain about this to local manger but he does not take any action and he behave like rudly and my phone is disconnect by him, then we and party will pay the delivery charges so how they do this please take any action regarding this

                    Dear bluedart,
                    I have recieved a order through blue dart with awb no:-[protected] on[protected] during evening time around 4:30pm. Your delivery boy have stolen my valet which was placed on chappal stand after he had delivered the order. Same was recorder in cc cameras. Kindly take action against him and help me out in giving back my valet. This is very worst thing i have experienced from an good company like you. I didn't have that executive number also as he directly came to my house without calling me. Kindly take steps to get back valet with out fail

                      Sir/madam,
                      The above consignment was reached local ntpc hub on 01.10.18. The person was not attended my address. After not attending the address, he has kept me a message as address wrong. On receiving the message i have visited the hub and inquired about the message and consignment. He told me the concern person was meet with an accident and not visited my house. Also told that there is no other option that he has to update the status of the consignment. That's way he kept as wrong address. Kindly rectify the same at your end.

                        My sbi card status with bluedart courier has to deliver by 4 th oct 2018. I tracked my application through ref no : ev[protected] and way bill no : [protected]. But it showing the status as consignee not avaialble. Then where is my sbi card. Here i attached photo copy of the status. Please find the attachment and do the needful.

                        I request you to please find my consignment of sbi card and deliver it to me as soon as possible.

Without any attempt directly a message was sent that it was undelivered. First time such inconvenience i am facing with blue dart. The courier is from american express. Kindly look for some solution as soon as possible.

                            You people are not coming for delivery, and notifying as locked. Few months back package from standard chartered bank has been delayed the same way, after complaining to the manger, he personally delivered it. Again i got a message stating it's not delivered because of address's related issues. Same bank same, thought blue dart is a professional company, but u let down. The same problem has been with a friend of mine, the package was from hdfc bank.

                                  I was scheduled to receive a shipment by bluedart on 30-sep. The delivery got delayed by one day, when i call the blue dart call centre they promised to deliver the package by 1-oct. Eventually the product is not delivered under false pretext of prohibited entry. The shipment is not delivered on 2 - oct as well when it was intimated that shipment is out for delivery on 2-oct. This is irresponsible on behalf of blue dart and totally unacceptable. My shipment id number is [protected]. Screenshot of how blue dart is deferring my delivery is attached.

                                    The delivery guy called me to locate the address. I asked him where is he... And he said he was in my street 7th main road... I asked him to go n give the package in the house. He asked me to come outside on which i informed him i am at office, so he can give it in the house. As soon as i told him this he cut the call, i kept calling him to know what was happening, he never picked up and later at night i get a status saying "delivery failed due to wrong address." that package has my new debit card which i needed as soon as possible.
                                    I am really disappointed. If they are not interested in doing there work please send others who are willing and understand the importance of there service

                                      My ukvisa was dispatched by vfs kolkata on 28th october 2018 to bhuvneshwer waybill no [protected]. It's expected date of delivery was[protected] but didn't deliver.
                                      I have flight tomorrow morning, if visa is not delivered today, i will not be able to fly and you are responsible for this.
                                      Please help me otherwise i will take the legal action against you.

                                        There was no information about the handset not even out for delivery msg was sended by the bluedart courier. And suddenly in the night 11.27pm there was a message tha order was cancelled by consignee. What the # man you are doing you are not ready to visit at the destination and you are cancelling the parcel by itself there is no information given to the customer poor service by bluedart unexpected 😣😣😣
