Way bill/ref. No [protected] hdfc bank sended to blue dart courier tirupur on 07-2-18. But still to date not received at home courier and i am tracking the no. Is having in tirupur branch. But branch person not going on search address or not calling the person. Tirupur branch courier people sitting the branch reported on address is not correct or landmark not find. And then receiver came to tirupur blue dart office with tracking number. Courier people told some hours wait. I am search and given. Or they telling contact sended person. Worst answering. Please take care of receiving address

Poor delivery and cheating by taking parcel for shipment then refuse to deliver.
See below msg from them...
Your order from adi Sports with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] is undelivered due to address related issues.Please call[protected] from 9am-9pm Mon-Sat.
My ICICI Credit card parcel was dispatched from ICICI Mumbai.
Delivery guy has not called me for Location, but marked as Address unlocatable.

Worst Service.

Earlier too had same issues and reported but still this continues.

      I have ordered a product whose wba no. Is [protected]. My tracking status it is undelivered and saying that there was no consignee. But i was on my mentiined address. Inspite of my calling they are giving me a new date every time.
      Its very irritating. Its my first experience with blue dart.
      If it will not delivered by today. I will have to knock the door of comsumer court.

        As i was going to to receive courier and i got call from one of the employee from blue dart and he just confirmed as i m available at home otherwise he will come tom. I said him that i'm not at home. He assured that he will come tom to deliver the courier. Till this date 12-02-18 i did, t received any courier which was going to arrive from mayur vihar phase 1. My ship ment number is awb[protected].

          Hello, i am lovely yadav. I have one of my parcel which was supposed to deliver on 10 feb, 2018. Parcel is actually a credit card of citi bank. Way bill no. Is [protected]. It was supposed to deliver to my office address but the delivery boy went to my residence address. As i was in the office, my servent was there to recieve but the delivery boy didn't gave him and even didn't called me once. When i tried to call bluedart service no was picking call on that day. Today when i call one of lady representative recieved my call and she gave very bad response. Her tune was also loud. She told it can't be delivered to my office address. Also it can't be delivered to my residence address without my own presence and the card would be returned back. I don't know how such type of mannerless lady get job in bluedart. I m very dissapointed with the bluedart service.

            A shipment with awb no. [protected] has been returned on 10th feb 2018, instead of delivering it to me. The customer care executive who spoke to me on feb 6th was rather unfriendly, yet promised that the shipment will be delivered on 10th feb 2018. I am pursuing this as an absolute mismanagement and breach of customer belief. If the shipment is not delivered to me in the next two days, i am going to sue you guys. Hell with your arrogant executives and hell with your delivery agent who hadn't approached the house on feb 10th at all..

              My consignment delivered on 4/2/18 from mumbai to allahabad. When i reached allahabad office on 10/2/18. The company person told me that mr. Ashwani ([protected]) taken the packet and delivered to you today it's self because the area he covered by him. It's ok i call him several time on mobile. Its rediculles he is so drunked that he can't talk me properly this is about blue dart company.

                      Bluedart office in city nangal dam, district ropar, punjab pin - 140124 in which one representative called for pickup of product between 10a. M. - 5 p. M.in reply to which i told them that i am not available in this period so i will take product after 5 p. M. For which they denied saying that you can take it before 5 only. Then i requested them to deliver it to my home address to which they replied in no, that they wont deliver it to any distance, i also told a place on main road close to shop but they denied. A very rude, non - cooperative behaviour from their side.

                          Whole day i was waiting to receive shipment but not a single call received by bluedart executive.

                          Also web portal of blue dart is wrongly y update to make customer fool.

                          This is totally unprofessional behaviour of blue dart.

                            We made an order few days back and the delivery was scheduled from 5th-8th february i guess. I got a call yesterday 8-2-2018 that the courier is out for delivery and i briefly explained the delivery address but i was informed that i had given a wrong adress. The status of the courier now is "consignee shifted from the given address" where we haven't shifted our room. So kindly watch out what's going on and inform us about the delivery.

                              I had my bank shipment which was supposed to be delivered on 8th of feb, which not delivered and even i did not got any notification from blue dart and when i called the customer service team of blue dart, the lady was very rude and was acting like they are doing a favor on me by delivering the shipment. I mean i dont understand this how your customer service speaks with the customer, you just go and check with your bank we will not do anything here, if cant provide service and explain your customer the reason than why your operating the company. One of the worst customer service experience i had in my life. The lady was treating me as i am some road side beggar asking for my shipment.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a on 13 jan 2018. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status i got to know:

                                "your pan card has been dispatched by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 04feb2018."

                                Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                                I request you to kindly resend my pan card to the given address or to the nearest bluedart express office.
                                Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                                  I am priya todi from sikar. Blue dart authorised dealer situated in ramayan apartment (Sikar) forced me to visit the office, if i want to collect courier containing my pan card. I believe that courier should be delivered at home. This was the case when i have my marriage after 6 days. Please have a look in the issue and make sure that couriers are delivered at home.

                                      I have a complaint to be raised on Ibrahim who is working in Blue Dart Branch in Visakhapatanam for his rude behaviour and speaking o[censored]nnecessary rules in regards to my Debit card,

                                      I placed a requested at my permanent address for my replacement of Debit card which was delivered by HDFC banking and a tracking :[protected] was provided.

                                      We were not available in that address due to a personal marriage function at my brother in laws place which is in same visakhapatnam. I personally raised a query to call me in case of courier delivery so that i can be available at my permanent address. But the Operation Manager rejected to send me the courier saying we have 2 residential houses in Visakhapatnam. When i being a customer and i said will be available personally or my parents will be available how did he say he wll not deliver the debit card to my address again and will return it to bank. On top he was speaking very unprofessional and rude. I even requested to collect it from Bluedart personally in case if they provide me the address so that i can show my ID proof and collect. But the Bluedart executive only was saying we will not give you the card and you have wrong ID proofs of permanent address. Kindly take action on this and respond me back on the same.He mentioned that we shifted from that address which is invalid and wrong. I stay in Pune due to job and i had to collect only from my permament address where my card is delivered. If my parents have shifted why will i give this as my permanent address.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have applied for new pan card but i didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on feb 07, 2018, i got the following message:

                                        "pan d0wpb8593e allotted for ack [protected] card sent by blue dart awb [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 08feb2018."

                                        Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 07 feb 2018. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                                        Later the today (Feb 08, 2018) i sent a mail to concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my given address in the application. So kindly do the needful asap.

                                        So i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.
