Blue dart sent me a massage that was they will send me my paytm payment bank atm card on 17 feb 2018. But they did't send me my no shipment till now 21 feb 2018 at 12.33 a. M.. My shipment is now in garia bdel.. They called me on 17 feb for knowing my perfect location. I gave my perfect location. Garia bdel told me they will send the shipment on 19 feb 2018. But didn't send.. My maybill no. Is [protected]. After knowing my location the tracking address is incomplete location.

Shipment was not delivered next day also. It was on hold even today.

No body turned up till 8.15 p. M. As the premises was open.

My courier is in your organization from last 4 days. I daily take follow up for my courier but your executive told a me that you will receive today you will receive today but till date i did not get the same and today you have update on website that i am not available on my place. For your kind informaction i am at my place only from last 4 day for receive this courier cause there is important documents in the courier. Your delivery person did not call me that how can he tell that i am not available on my place. I want my courier by today anyhow otherwise i will make fir against your company. You are fraud. I even visited blue dart offfice in narwal, jammu but was not given my courier reason being the delivery person has not organised all the couriers and it was not found by office staff. My courier is from bank and i am in urgent need of this courier. I have faced worst service from blue dart.
I request that my courier be delivered immediately and avoid any further delays

Your service is very very poor and when i request for delivered my card to your branch reception counter he deny and talk to very proudly.

Still coming the same problem,, land mark required am doing job in famous hospital in ajmer.. Still they need tghe landmark.. My address is same the hospital name.. Please do the neccessary things. And i call direct the ajmer blue dart office,, and they are not attending the phone.. And attended once and said please do not call.. And ended the phone. Is this is the way you treat coustmer

I place an order on shein. The product was transported from your company. And also i got my product on time 17feb (Delivered). But, it showing consignee refused to pick and it still showing undelivered. I also getting undelivered message from your company. I called on your customer assistant number but it saying that your employers are busing in taking another's calls. I don't understand why it happen even it's delivered perfectly on time.
I even payed whole cost of the product to that person who came to my address to drop the product.
I was thinking to return the product but i can't do this because of your company fault. I wish i future you guys will never make such silly mistake. Hoping for the perfect result.

Yesterday (19/02/2018) was my delivery date for a bank shipment from kotak... Without calling me or without my knowledge they have updated as

Sholinganallur : need department name/extention number 19-feb-2018 16:33 and today it had been updated as sholinganallur undelivered shipment held at location 20-feb-2018 11:44

Even i have called them yesterday (19/02/2018) evening and updated my extension number and department name despite of that it has been updated today as shipment held at location. Its already been 6 days.. I really don't know what's wrong with bluedart..

Consignment number ([protected]) i ordered paytm debit card it will not delivered yet, and wen i track the consignments its shown as package has been returned, delivery boy didn't attempt any delivery, but its show delivery attempt as 2 times and also courier boy contact me through a phone call and he didn't ready to delivered the courier at evening time, i request the boy to delivers the courier at evening and boy also agrees to delivere it. But he didn't call me and didn't come for the delivery and only at one time contact he return the consignment so i request you to arrange a delivery once again its totally not my fault.

[protected] the said airway bill was in the name of mrs kalpana v surathkal but due to some work i was not available at the address which i am mentioning below 301 ambica bhuvan b cabin naupada shivaji nagar thane west but when i contacted the no. [protected] he said that the courier won't be able to deliver at other address. But since we have shifted from above address n i and my husband both go to office and are not available for the whole day i ask ur customer care personal to send the courier to my current residence he straight away refused n asked my husband to be present at the address mentioned above which is not possible n sir i have received all other documents such as passport also to my present address

I buy product via online (Tatacliq) and they delivering in bluedart on february 11th, 2018. But still i not received product. I track order, it says 'address incorrect; cannot deliver'. My home is just 3 km distance from main busstand, i given door number, street, area, citi, pincode clearly, i dont know what you need more...

I tried calling the courier office several times they didn't attend my call.

Dear sir,

The order [protected] is not delivered. The address is of reputed online company, amazon and the address given is printed one. On enquiry the amazon company says that they have not rejected the item. Whereas the tracking says that consignee has rejected the items. As per tracking it is at delhi hub. Kindly resolve the issue. A seperate mail has been given from mail id snjha. I requested bank for new pin for my card. They sent it through blue dart.in pondicherry office, they are not delivering to the address. They try to reach the recipient by only call, if the recipient don't attend they are sending it back. They are not checking the address.

Fyi, i want to change my mobile number in bank, thats why i requested for new pin. So obviously, my phone no in the postal would be wrong.

Why cant they come to the address and check it. By the way its not first time. I am facing this for second time. I am really not happy with the service. Please take some steps to stop this.

I am extremely unhappy with the service of the delivery man . I had orders from Lenskart and they were prepaid orders . It came in two shipments and in both the shipments the delivery man made excuses saying the floor is not mentioned and had called me downstairs to collect the parcel. I suppose BlueDart provides a door step delivery service everywhere.

Worst courier service. I'm waiting in home last four dates. But tracking says "consignee not available". Also they give message as give your time availability as sms. 3rs lost only... After 2 days again, tracking says "undelivered shipment held at location". Worst service... Still not received my courier

One parcel was sent by HDFC from Mumbai to me at Bulandshahr-203001 under waybill ref No.[protected] . It has arrived at Bulandshahr on 16.2.18 itself. Where is office, it is not known, what is the phone No. not known . Your all contacts at Gopinath Market, no response, customer care your executive did not talk since it was not connected at all .
Hopefully you are bribing corporates, since being the worst service provider you are getting business from them.My address location is easiest one, but your incompetent delivery boys, sitting in the office shall be writing the comments, that Land Mark. Colony where do live is unique colony and can be asked any where in Bulandshahr . I know due to incompetency of your people I will not get it now, since your people shall be redirecting it back,
Improve your services, take feedback from peoples, keep professionals on your roll to do your duties honestly . Make all your addresses, phones updated.

My courier was coming from kolkata to bangalore, delivery date was 16th feb 2018. I checked it on bluedart tracking, it shows it's been delivered but i have not received it. I didn't get any call form blue dart for delivery of my item.
It shows that it's delivered to any other person. Delivery man should call if they don't know address.
Please help.
