My name is vidya kumar my mobile num is [protected], email id is [protected]@gmail.com . I really got fed up as i didn't get my courier on time. Also, they have updated wrong status entries on their site. I faced ample problems, i took off from my office to get courier on time but the courier boy didn't come and gave wrong feedback to his office. i asked him to deliver it on my secondary address, but he didn't. now he's not picking up my call too. I've taken two days off from my office which is going to impact my salary at the end of the month. I had to get courier on time. it was my credit card through which i had to do some payments but i couldn't which caused me loss of money (not paying on time fine charge). this courier delivery failure caused me so many losses in terms of money. I would request you to take action against him. and i was send to mail but no any halp so pls help me ASAP . AWB no [protected], i had a conversation on this number [protected] and [protected]

    My pan card diapached by blue dart courier on 17 sep 2015 but not received yet till 28 sep 2015. My pan card ack. No.[protected] and blue dart courier AWB no. [protected]. I call the blue dart company then they said that the pan card forwarded to pan card department. Please resend my pan card asap.

      I make a courier on 23.09.2015 from kolkata to mumbai for your TDD (vide way bill no. [protected]) service which suppose to be delivered on 24.09.2015 by 1030hrs. The parcel was not delivered till 1400hrs., after making an inquiry through your customer service No.I was informed due to bad weather there is a delay in delivery. I asked the representative of tentative time of delivery, which was also can not be provided.

        I have placed online order for 3 books from Sterling Book House in Mumbai to be delivered to Kolkata at my residence. I requested for Air courier and paid the full amount required for the same online. Total 3 books including air courier costs me Rs.1320 It was said that it would be delivered within 3days. When I did not receive my package after 3 days I wrote a e-mail to Sterling Book House and they gave me the waybill number. I was totally surprised and awestruck to see that Blue Dart Tracking System showing the package has been delivered to some one called P.Banerjee. I have no wildest idea who this P.Banerjee is. Even though they had my phone number on the package they did not even bothered to call me up before delivering it to someone I do not even know and certainly the package did not have that name on it. This is just unprofessional and ridiculous. I have already send Blue Dart my complaint but they are mute from their end. I lost my books, I lost my money. But for sure Blue Dart is a crap and worse than other cheap courier services. Below is the extract Time-log from Blue dart Tracking System.           Blue dart courier team lost my original engineering certificates which was provide by Sound lines agency, Delhi . I am in a state of shock right now. Mrs.KRITIKA SHARMA, Client Relationship Manager, Soundlines HR Consultancy handed over my original engineering degree to Blue dart courier guy but unfortunately they attached two consignment in a single package and send those two consignments packed in a single envelope and delivered to sound lines, Mumbai office. But they receive at Mumbai only single packet consists of only passports without my original engineering degree certificate. Today they confirmed that they lost my engineering degree and apply to get the copy of it from my university. Due to someone's negligence i am suffering a lot.                 I had booked a consignment of 11 articles from patna to Pune on 5th september 2015, and the tracking system shows from 10th september 2015 as Shipment in transit from Bhiwandi HUB. In spite of repeated calls to the customer care and there booking office in Patna, there is no satisfactory reply. They only say that out of 11 articles 4 of them are missing and they are trying to locate the same. I have been requesting them to at least deliver the 7 articles which they have recd. but all request are falling on deaf ears.

                      I placed an order of Motorola mobile phone with Flipkart on 08/09/2015, which was supposed to be delivered by 17/09/2015. But when I didn't got my order then I tracked it online and found that it was on hold with the BlueDart's office in Bina ettawa (MP). Even the website shows that the order no. [protected] reached Bina on 14/09/2015, but they didn't delivered it. When I went their office on 18/09/2015 the person incharge lied to me that the order reached on 17/09/2015. Their irresponsibility delayed my important work.

                        The consignment was picked up on 07 Sep 2015 and an estimated delivery date was shown as 12 Sep 2015. When I tracked I found the consignment reaching the Kolkata warehouse on 10 Sep 2015. Since then no response - after repeated follow ups, emails I was told everytime that the products would reach me in 48 hours (starting Saturday 12 Sep 2015) and after repeated emails, the last email from Bluedart's end confirmed that the product would reach me by 19 Sep 2015. Now that I just checked the tracker, it is showing that I refused to accept the product and that it is being shipped back to the shipper on their request - when did I refuse? When did it reach me in the first place? Why is it being sent back when that it was supposed to have been at my place on 19th Sep 2015? AWB No - [protected]

                          To Blue Dart, This is informed to you that my consingment No. is [protected]. but this is not delivered at my home address, when i checked at blue dart office at G-1, Vaishali tower -1, Vaishali Nagar -jaipur, they replay to me that we are unable to find out your address and we can't handover courier at our office. I know there is Mr. Rajendra he has personal issue with me thats why he does not want to delivered the courier

                            One live example how worst is blue dart courier service One consignment handed over to them 15 days before they have not delivered and happily updated that address is not traceable. I can give 1000 examples where same blue dart is delivered consignment with same address. As usual no calls and I am sure others also must experienced the same. Heights called customer care for more than 20 times and as useual they promised delivery after every 30 minutes. According to them it should have been delivered everyday before 6 from Monday (09/09/15) All corporates and service provider please wakeup or blue dart will kill your reputation.                               Hi Team, My name is kumar working in ANZ. (Manyatha Empassy Park). i have requested for new ATM Pin for my citi bank debit card on 10th september and i have got message from delivery person today (14th September). But however i haven't received any service from this delivery person and when i called them they left for the day and was telling lazy reasons. this is poor service i have never received from any other courier. and ATM pin was too urgent for me because of the lot of commitments ( including medical expenses) Request you to do the needful. [protected], yesterday 10/9/15 i received call from blue dart courier that my parcel has reched but It is not possible to come within 10 minute to that place. So I told i will receive this parcel on today 11/9/15 and he told okay .however the courier person didn't call me. Now i[censored] want to deliver this courier then deliver at my home address i.e. Ganesh Hostel 405, patil nagar, near pandit automotive, Bhavdhan, pune 411021. I booked my bike from bagalore to gwalior my parcel reached gwalior on 9 sep 2015 but gwalior blue dart office not delivered my bike at provided address. I called many times in gwalior blue dart office they told me we will delivered your bike. Today they said after 6 they will delivered my bike but after multiple call they are not delivered my bike. When I checked my online status they mentioned Consignee Out Of Station. My family is there and everybody at my home. Why they mentioned fake status.                                     I have a very bad experience with Blue dart Express Courier service. I have placed two orders in AMAZON with the tracking no [protected] & [protected].The order date was 23rd & 24th Aug 2015 and the expected delivery date was 1st & 2nd sept.2015 but today is 10th sept2015 still I didn’t received the item not even any proper update from BLUEDART. I also placed another two order from Snapdeal, they have send those two order through GoJavas courier & Bluedart courier with tracking no [protected]. I received the item through Gojavas courier before the expected delivery date but as well as didn’t received second order through BLUEDART where the estimated delivery date passed on 8thsept 2015. I am requesting to the higher authority of SNAPDEAL & AMAZON to reject the BLUEDART Courier on permanent basis to keep their goodwill, otherwise it will be mashed due to the worst courier service. AMAZON ORDER NO : ORDER #[protected], ORDER #[protected] SNAPDEAL ORDER NO: Order ID: [protected] Requesting, both of the authority to coordinate with the BLUEDART courier to get this order on urgent basis and give me update on [protected]@gmail.com The BLUEDART Service is very poor and the customer care staffs are so irritating. Every time they said that they are coordinating on high priority basis but ultimately I am not getting any proper update from them. I had told them again and again that please call me on delivery but they did not listen and never called me on delivery, even I am not getting any SMS alert on my mobile before the delivery. Also they have made many false commitments so many times to me about the delivery and had failed to full fill the commitments. Also Blue dart does not provide any details like nearest branch's phone number and all. Even if they would have provided that details i could have contacted them and would have got my courier by reaching their office. But none of them just provide customer care numbers and customer care executives are also denying to give the numbers of local offices. I would just say Blue dart is worst, pathetic, fools and services should never be used.

I have called numerous time to costumer care and every-time they say they will deliver in an hour. After calling it 12th time finally they are saying address is Unlocatable.                                         I deliver a parcel (tracking id- [protected]) of new mobile handset worth 6000 to return for refund.. From lucknow to delhi ... They
                                        promised to deliver it to next working day but its tracking result
                                        shows that it is still on hold .. I called and wasted my money more than 100 on many numbers at bluedart
                                        some numbers no one picked and some said call at customer care i
                                        tried but its does.nt exist ( by aircel uninor and bsnl )... Contacted wid senior customer care
                                        executive of lucknow .. She said that because of water logging they shifted all things to another centre so it
                                        lost ... very disappointing ... i'll never use such courier service ... please suggest me the steps i can take to get back my amount i.e 6000...
