I am Rajib Karmakar. I have booked a order through Snapdeal.com which is a 1800 Watt Pigeon Induction Cooktop. Item ID [protected] . Delivery date was 17-jun-15 But, date expired. i called the Customer care. CCE told that you have to call Blue dart.comwhich is the courier service. i called accordingly. CCE told that we have some problems in delivery boy's so delivery became delay. promised date was 20-06-15 Again date overed. I called again to the BlueDart.com to know the delivery status. CCE was disconnect my call. Please find my Order AWB number shared by Bluedart.com. [protected] I have bought so many items through snapdeal but it's first time where i am facing this problem.     The documents and card send by INDUS IND Bank by AWB [protected] which was out for delivery from the hosur road electronic city branch on 16.06.2015 could not be delivered, as my office was not out of the delivery place at 22/9 Beretana Agrahara, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore. tired today on the phone number [protected] on 18062015 morning for delivery status, No proper response and called the banker and inform non delivery status at 16.30 hours today. ad also informed the Electronic City Branch at 16.50 hours . seems that the delivery person has come to the office and walk back without delivery citing that call was made by his phone to my offical cell phone no. [protected], which i never received and walked away without delivering. Is there a issue by BLUEDART or problem with delivery? can this be resolved please. Called the number [protected] at 16.57 hours which is not picked up and responded. Need resolution for this.

      " I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE ON MONDAY THE 15TH OF JUNE WHICH WAS SPECIFICALLY FOR URGENT DELIVERY VERIFIED FOR ADDRESS AND DELIVERY STATUS MULTIPLE TIME DURING THE COURSE OF DELIVERY STATUS SHOWN AS OUT FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY THE 16TH BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS RETURNED WITHOUT ANY CALL FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE ON SITE WAS GIVE AN EXCUSE THAT "WE DO NOT CALL ON BANK SHIPMENTS ON THE FIRST GO" HAD GIVEN SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS OVER THE PHONE TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DELIVER IT AFTER 4:30 PM BUT NONE OF THE REQUESTS WERE FOLLOWED ANY DAY.             Dear, This is to state that since last couple of month or so Blue Dart are just trying to deliver my Axis Bank Credit Card, every time the kolkata branch gives out an excuse like I wasn't available, family members wasn't available. Infact today again it was supposed to get delivered and for the same today I took an off from office also, but today also they failed, when I called up Customer Care, amazing reply came to me, our person got confused at your area, as your address is 2, Kustia Masjid Bari Lane, so according to him in my location there are 3-4 buildings with the same address, isn't it a joke. I requested them that you all searched my building location via landmark, they replied, we don't do that, we only go with the address, if we found the same then it's OK or else we return, I guess people should stop putting landmarks on the posting address as those are useless according to them, whereas all the courier companies do get my address so easily, only Kolkata Blue Dart, they are awesome, as well as the way of talking, whereas I myself work at the corporate company, customer service dept are very polite and they should be, but here they are seems to be arrogant.               From last 3 days the Blue Dart Courier service is not delivering my package they say that the doors are closed. However I have been calling them continously and I am at home with open doors waiting for the package and the only response I am getting is they get my door closed. I have spoken 10 mins back to them they are OK with me launching a complaint to police as well. Pathetic delivery service. Its my Debit card at Stake

                I am in my office from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM and my company is open 24X7. Bluedart has not delivered my parcel and it has mentioned in the comment that premises is closed. What the hell is this? Very poor service from Bluedart courier. My office is in Pithampur Sector 3, Sagore Kuti.

                    To start with, I say Blue Dart is pathetic, not reliable, and have the worst service and delivery persons. I was t o receive my package [protected] which Blue Dart claims tried delivering the package to my home. The instances were as below which is funny: The delivery person turned up to my address and found my door was "OPEN", he knocked and no one turned up. :D (Hilarious) I call up the customer care 25 times and I am assured that my package will be delivered on "PRIORITY" I hope you guys know the meaning of it. And today after EOD the tracking shows "landmark required". How did they try to deliver yesterday and today they need landmark. The package contains my ATM pin and the kind of service is really pathetic and to add more the delivery persons language and approach sucks. He firmly spits on my face with his words telling I WONT DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE NOT POSSIBLE. I am still unsure as to when will I get my package.

                      Such a terrible service. They were supposed to deliver the product to the destinstion but nothing, not even a call from their side. Sometimes things r so important that you need it urgently thats why we pay for it but they keep it for days. They should realise that that we are paying for their bread n butter.

                        I was supposed to receive a HDFC bank card via Bluedart Ref. no. [protected] at my office. But it reached my address one day prior to the date of delivery. The delivery boy called me from his mobile no. [protected] to come and pick up the consignment within 5 minutes. At that moment I was a bit away from my place so I requested him to wait for 10 minutes. But this fellow very rudely spoke with me and disconnected the call then went away. This is so pathetic and probably the most unprofessional courier service in India. Indian postal service is far more better than them.

                          Hi Team, This is to lodge a complaint against Blue dart courier company as they are making promises but not fulfilling them. - Incident date : 4-june-2015 - Bluedart contact Number :[protected], [protected] and [protected] - website : https://www.bluedart.com/ - My WB Number : [protected] When I got the details over email from the sender of courier that they have sent the shipment thru Blue dart and provided the WB Number to track it. Then I checked the status and it was mentioned in the website that this will be delivered by tomorrow. So I called the customer helpline and requested them to get it deliver before 1 PM as after that no one will be available to get this as home. They said OK and promised to do so but on friday 5-jun-2015 i waited till 1.30 PM but it was not delivered. Then I left to my office and called them for asking why it was not delivered then they said due to some issue at their end it could not delivered and again made a promise to get it deliver by saturday before 1 PM as I asked them to get it deliver because after 1 PM i will not be at home and going to out of mumbai on saturday and sunday. then again they promised and failed to deliver. when I came back on sunday evening around 6 PM i saw that there was a Missed You card at my gate. but it was of no worth as I told them I will be out of mumbai. then I called them on monday and asked the status of delivery. again they told me that they have some issue due to which they could not deliver on time. I had already mentioned that I will be at home whole day to just for this delivery and I am taking a leave from office. But no luck also time time. whole day i was just waiting for the delivery. meanwhile on monday i was calling them up on regular interval and they were telling that today by late evening you will surely get your courier. Now today is tuesday and still waiting for my item. Points which i would like to bring to your notice- 1. I also had email conversation with their executive which i have provided. 2. I am continuously trying to call them today but its not getting connected and not picking up. 3. Wrong information given on their website about tried delivery on monday at around 5 PM as i was at home whole day and no one came still they mentioned in website that "Consignee not available". 4. Not getting any response from them about my problem. 5. Continuously doing my followups with them but no luck.

                            Wanted some important documents couriered across to me from Patna to Gurgaon on an urgent basis, so requested for express delivery which I paid extra for. It has been 3 days & still no sign of them .Upon following up with the Blue Dart Customercare I was given a whole range of excuses and was ultimately informed that the courier delivery man had come over but found no one at home -just a pack of lies .I was very much at home at the specified hour. I have things delivered to me quite regularly & my house is fairly easy to locate.When I asked to speak to their boss -a slick voice came on line and introduced himself as Rahul Uday and assured me that my documents would be delivered today -another tissue of lies.He also informed that the Blue Dart courier delivery men do not carry cell phones .From all accounts another lie. An inefficient & an unprofessional organization that hires zombies as employees ! I would much rather go to a local guy next time -they charge less and are a lot more reliable .By the way if anybody cares to follow up about my documents which will probably take a century to arrive -my service order number is [protected].                                     Blue Dart is worst courier service provider in all over india. Blue dart employees are not well qualified to handle this.. I order a product to deliver in Bathinda, Punjab but they deliver it to Sriganganagar, Rajasthan and another time they delivered my product Sriganganagar to Srianganagar but my deliver address was Sriganganagar to Bangalore.. they don't take any responsibility for that.. Blue Dart employees don't know how to deal with customers.. Non sense illitrate employe of blue dart..                                       Asking for bribe by bluedart delivery boy

                                      This is a strange behavior of a delivery boy of bluedart delivery boy.I had ordered two products from flipkart. The requirement of the first one was met locally and hence the requirement of receiving the product was of no use however the second one was o[censored]rgent use.Both was of COD.When the delivery boy came to my house, he was very arrogant and asked for the bribe of Rs 500.When we denied for the same, he told us dat he will send back both...

                                      Although i dont like Blue dart one bit, unfortunately i had to be their service consumer because most of my banks are associated with Blue dart. Nothing has changes in spite of giving feedback on multiple occasions. Their delivery is generally inefficient, specifically their delivery methodology is extremely annoying. They ship consignments to incorrect address. And their delivery boy/ branch dont bother to call the customer before coming or when the customer is not available at home. With regard to the consignment mentioned above, this was raised by my bank Standard Charted to dispatch my debit card. In spite of my request to them of not shipping through Bluedart, they had to as they are tired up with only one courier service vendor. When I track my consignment online, I see that it has been sent to some other address. And the comments are that I have shifted out of that home. This is really ridiculous and pathetic. The courier boy does not even have the courtesy to give me one call to check up. I’m really tired of such lack of ownership. For a debit card i have to now wait for several weeks cos of the inefficiency of these foolish people.
