I was expecting to receive a parcel from HSBC. Today (19/8/15) I learned from HSBC that they dispatched the consignment on 10th/Aug itself through BlueDart and the same was delivered to one "Surya" on 11/Aug.

There is no person by that name in my house.
How come BlueDart delivery man delivered to a person that was not the consignee or the family member of the consignee ?
Why he did not bother to call up the consignee?
Why he delivered to an unathorised person?


Now the consignment containing valuables is missing. I tried calling the BlueDart deliveryman - one Keshavan (mobile:[protected] who serves my area.

He did not bother to even take the call or reply to my SMS. I just wanted him to identify the person & address he delivered to so that I may retrieve the same.

I tried calling the local bluedart office (phone:[protected], it is permanently engaged.
I mailed [protected]@bluedart.com but there has been no response.

Not only the service was sloppy, it was down-right irresponsible. You put innocent public to trouble after fleecing them.

I demand that you enquire into the issue, and restore the missing consignment.
The way bill number is [protected]. Else, I shall be forced to take you to consumer court for the financial loss I incurred, for the mental agony I am being put through.

Why the hell this status is being updated everyday. I need it ASAP as I have to go to outstation. Kindly reply.     I have been keep on trying to get my shipment as soon as possible however, there is no response after so many trial.
    I am helpless except filing a complaint against bluedart. The shipment mentioned above is with bluedart since 14th August and its been more than three days, bluedart updating the status of my shipment as "NEED DEPARMENT NAME/EXTENTION NUMBER".

      A parcel was sent from Chennai bound to Kolkata on 31st July. Their site tracker says the consignment has reached Kolkata on 11th July. It has still not been delivered. I tired of trying to call their customer care numbers. Their Facebook page doesn't respond to the messages. Their care executives don't reply to my e-mails. I don't understand, why can't they keep the customer updated about the whereabouts, when they charge for the service and get paid in full before the dispatch of the parcel. Utter carelessness.I am still waiting for the parcel and any response from Blue Dart.

        My shipment SBI CREDIT CARD arrived at your facility at Ahmedabad on 14/8/2015, when I checked the status on your Tracking Website, It showed that my address is out of Delivery area, I would like to clear it that I have received shipments from Blue Dart at same address many times, At this location we are having Office of ADANI group which is a regular client of Blue Dart, On checking the status I called the customer care executive who assured me that shipment will be delivered by Monday 17/08/2015. On 17/08/2015 when I called Blue dart Customer Care Ahmedabad again I was assured that I will get the shipment today (17/08/2015), After Waiting for a long time I decided to reconfirm whether the Shipment is out for delivery or not, to which Blue Dart customer service executive replied That the area is out of delivery area and they are reluctant to deliver my shipment, I am unable to understand that for one shipment area is out of delivery area, But everyday Blue dart Delivery boy visit the Adani Campus, Moreover the address is known to Blue Dart before accepting the shipment so they can refuse the client at that time only, that they are not having Service in given area, I have received credit card from Axis Bank and HDFC bank at this location only, I don’t know why this time Blue dart is doing all this, As a brand Blue dart we never expect varying statements and this type of behavior, harassment, Every time i called i got to hear a new statement from Blue Dart Executive, they are behaving in an Unprofessional way

          Dear Blue Dart Team on 14th August Your Executive come to my office address to delivery consignment but i am not available at office to collect. I ask him to reschedule the delivery on 17/08/2015. For the same he has give Airway bill No and Customer care toll free no. Same time i call your Toll free no [protected] and ask to take appointment for 17/08/2015 Time 3PM To 6 PM. For the same i also send message on 56767 to reschedule the appointment for 17/08/2015 Time 3PM To 6PM. I Call your Toll Free No [protected] one lady tell me it will delivery to you before 6PM Today. I also called in Mulund office but he have no idea about consignment, he give me two other no to track the shipment[protected] &[protected] But no one answering call. again i called at your toll free no This time Chandravati Panday said it will be delivered today till 7 PM. But when i call at 6.30 Your another representative Carrel she said shipment still in Mulund Branch not out for delivery. This type of service not Accepted from Blue Dart.

              No update from Blue Dart regarding status of the shipment. Details are wrongly updated in their tracking site in spite of calling them and providing them more than necessary details. Customer Care representatives are not sure about the time of delivery and when asked about the shipment they are very much arrogant with "do whatever you can do" kind of attitude. It seems that they feel like "people are dependent on Blue Dart and they need bear with any inconvenience caused by it because they have no other option" Below are details of my shippable item with blue dart.                 Waybill No : [protected] dispatched on 04.08.2015 but until now they not supply this courier, and customer have say like 'today it will delivered or plz wait tomorrow we will give delivery' like, also they taken complaints complaint no 431252, but no use for that every time, our manager will call with in 1 hour and today solve this problem like, i am check online status it is "Wrong Pincode, Will Impact Delivery " but i will conforme my pin no they will say yes this is correct and( 5 th they are verified with me for pin code) but today is 12.08.2015 until now no response. every time different people will pick the call and they will say different story, very very worst customer satisfaction,

                  Date : 10-Aug-2015, Time : 15:13 My sister submitted a set of document to be sent to me At Pune. This was urgent Currier and I wanted to get it by next day (11-Aug) and thus she paid around 300 Rs. (310Rs). They said it would reach next day (11-Aug). Date : 11-Aug-2015, I was tracking the Currier on their website and found it reached PUNE Hub on 13:45. I called the customer care and they asked me to wait for couple of hours to see if something happens for pickup and drop. It was mentioned on tracking system that, Expected date of delivery is : 11-Aug-15. At 17:00 (11-Aug-2015), I again called and told them my emergency. The customer care told me to that it will not reach today but reach on next day. It is delayed. After many requests to deliver it on as per expected date, they did not confirm to send it on expected date. They said it would be delayed ONE DAY. Date : 12-Aug-2015 TIme : 18:00 I am still waiting for my documents to be shipped by Blue Dart. Damages to me : I wanted to appear for VISA interview at Mumbai on 12-Aug-2015 morning, I already had booked my train tickets (Pune to mumbai and Mumbai to Pune). But I could not go to Mumbai because I could not received my documents as per expected date (11-AUg-2015). I had to cancel my travel tickets and have to book it again for other day. I also had one business meeting at mumbai with the same documents, which I could not attend. Please suggest.

                    Blue dart always claims the no 1 Courier company and I used to believe it but I must tell you your executives and service in Mayur Vihar phase 1 branch is useless. Do you really believe in customer service?? Well I doubt! The Delivery Executive doesn’t come to my house which is hardly 1 KM away from their branch, they update the status as premises closed without checking or calling the customer. I was at my home whole day but nobody came. I have tried to contact the branch but I must tell that the rude behaviour of their officer is highly dissapointed. Even if you can not deliver, atleast you should contact the customer instead of wrongly updating. My house is well commuted and located in DDA flats where we are receiving 1000s of couriers from other courier companies. My AWB no is [protected]. The status of the same is showing delivered on 11th August but I haven’t received any courier or phone call from bluedart till now. My concern is how could they do this fraud signature without any fear. After writing so many emails no response from Bluedart. Blue dart you should take a note of these guys at the branch and should take a strict action against them.

                        I had placed an order from FLIPKART and the same was getting delievered through Blue Dart services. Firstly they are not delivering the consignment and on repeatative queries on status from customer care like at 3:00PM, 4:45 PM and 5:30PM, they say that shipment is out for delivery and will be delivered by end of day. The staff will call you. But later that day if I see the status of shipment on their websites, they say 'Consignee not available' at 4:35PM and 3:24PM. They simply are not delivering the consignment and udpating the status as their wish. It is highly not acceptable and delay in shipment is any how creating troubles for me.

                          I ordered a crompton greaves geyser online on snapdeal.
                          They shipped the item on 29 july.

                          It didnot reach me yet.

                          i contacted bluedart, but their customer care representatives donot even receive the call.

                          Its a prepaid order & i really need it soon.
                          If i will get atleast a response from bluedart regarding its delivery i shall be obliged.

                          This is to inform you that I still did not received the Credit Card sent to me. I am following up with Blue Dart courier service since last 10-12 days, I used to be assured Blue Dart courier service everyday at the end of the follow up call, that it will be 100% delivered the next day, but it is still not delivered to me.


                          All the courier service available in India is able to find the address provided to me, but I don't know how come blue dart only not able to find the address.Any person from 100 meters from the both side before The land mark I have provided in my address. Looks like a blind person can see this but Blue Dart cant see the address.


                          I really had a very bad experience with Blue Dart, this is the 7th time I am facing the problem with Blue Dart. I can say Blue Dart courier service is the worst courier service in India.

                            Worst Service from Bluedart Way bill no – [protected]-way bill no: [protected] On 03august 2015 Way bill no – [protected] via Blue Dart was couriered from HSBC to my guduvanchery address. I'm following with this from day 1 (August 3rd 2015), still they are playing with the parcel and they are telling that it has wrong address and they playing from maramalai nagar to Chrompet without delivering to the correct address. I really don’t understand why my parcel has wrong address with someone's name. My Details: My Name is Mahesh J Address: 146 A kamarj nagar, neelamangalam, guduvanchery-603202. Landmark: near bharathiyar school back side, near madambakkam bus stand (guduvanchdery) Don’t they have basic sense that they are in a process of hadling customers information. I spoke to one of the executive and he is telling that this parcel has new way bill number and it’s is addressed to someone name as “balasubramaniyaman” and the address is different and it went to chrompet branch. I want my parcel to be delivering to my address immediately without further delay. If it delayed I will file case against bluedart courier for stealing customers parcel.

                                I had recently placed orders from paytm and fashionandyou. The products were shipped from vendors and the tracking numbers also were given. I was waiting for the products to be delivered. All of the sudden the product was sent back to the vendor. I didn't receive any message or call from blue dart people and they have updated the order saying i was not available. Very bad experience from blue dart. Without contacting the customer for delivered, based on their will they revert back the products. This is not proper way to be done by carrier guys. And on top of it they wont even convey that to the customer that it was sent back. Unhappy with Bluedart. It happened twice with me, could have ignored if it was only once. It happening frequently.

                                    I have dispatch a courier via blue dart on 29th July 2015 from Muzaffarnagar to Ghziabad and paid Rs 310/- for it. I was promised it will be delivered in 24 hours. But till 3rd of aug 2015 it was not delivered. It was very poor services. But they did fraud by updating that courier was on hold due to request on shipper. It showing, not only poor services but also fraud by wrong update. They are charging high in the name of quality services but cheating the customer in the name of quality services.                                       We got information from snapdeal via e-mail that "delivery for STYLE CASE FLIP COVER FOR INFOCUS M2 of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] was attempted on 01/08/2015 but was unsuccessful. Our courier partner Bluedart confirmed that you requested for Another Delivery Date." which is totally wrong no body called me for delivery and when we talk this issue with Ms. Aarti on [protected] then she confirmed me that there is rain and item is on hold. I am totally surprised for wrong information where as there is no rain since morning till 5.30 pm at East Delhi.

                                        Its for bluedart, hi, i m so frustrated with your service, you people dont contact
                                        The consignee and you foolish people say as no such consignee
                                        At the given address, you never came to my address such stupidity
                                        It is, this is the third time it has happened to me, usually all other
                                        Delivery companies contact consignee but u dont, y is it so, r not u people
                                        Aware that in delhi hardly people are aware who is living next to u,
                                        U people contact contact neighbours but not consignee, what kind of rubbish service

                                        But its also rubbish
