Hi, I've been trying to get this shipment for sometime but BlueDart's customer care number is not working so I'm forced to write this email. As per latest status of this shipment([protected]) it's mentioned that 'Need Department Name/Extention Number', I'm not able to understand why this information is required as my mobile number is available. Why no one is bothered to give me a single call when this shipment is going from one address...

The Blue Dart Courier is always delayed when it is shipped from Gurgaon. Not sure why. The reason it is displayed is "Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery".
