        I sent my baggage using your courier service from the Marai Malai branch in Chennai and I m disappointed by your service totally !! My bag was torn when I got it, my stuff was missing from that !! I had my important documents in my baggage, trusting your services I sent it through your company n this is what I get in result ! I got my bag in worst condition, the main zipper was open wide, rather torn and when I asked the delivery guy he replied really badly !! My bag was worth 9000. And my important documents, they were no more present in that !! I feel ashamed that I trusted your company n also promoted it !!             Anantapur prepaid store is acting in a stupid way... They are not responding in a mannerly way... They are asking us to come and collect the parcels... This is the third time i am facing this problem. They are keeping the product with them since 2 days and saying the courier boy is on leave. How shame for blue dart to do so... Today is mumma's bday and the product should reach her and take severe action on those stupid guys... Who don't even know how to talk to the customer. I hope you are going to take a serious action. Please check before handing your franchise to some one and give it to worthy people.

              This is t o inform you that i have applied for credit card through axis bank and they said on 19jun15 that e blue dart will deliver the packet in 72hrs max time via sms. On calling blue dart they gave me the excuse that there adress is incorrect due to no lane provided and they start the delivery at my office adress. Let me inform you that i am working in night shift so it is not possible for me to be in office in day shift as i am working night shift. More over without my knowledge and nor any phone call how can bluew dart decide on his own where to deliver the packet. Why did not the blue dart deliver boy called me while delivering the packet at office which i was not aware of .(OFFICE STAFF INFORMED ME). The blue dart do not have courtesy to call the customer and ask then where to deliver the packet.

                I placed order from paytm on 16th June 2015. Paytm shows the courier service is Blue Dart. Below are the Blue Dart details when I track my order in Blue Dart. Waybill No : [protected] Reference No :[protected] Pickup Date 19 June 2015 From Kozhikode To New Delhi Status Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery. When I reply the customer care they say that due to flight missing at source point there was delay in delivering your product. But the Senior Executive says below We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the said exception. With regards to the above subjected Air Way bill number there is shipment shortage at our Delhi Airport warehouse we are checking for the same with the concerned team on this. We shall keep you posted with the further updates.

Delivery date was 17-jun-15 But, date expired. i called the Customer care. CCE told that you have to call Blue dart.comwhich is the courier service. i called accordingly. CCE told that we have some problems in delivery boy's so delivery became delay. promised date was 20-06-15 Again date overed. I called again to the BlueDart.com to know the delivery status. CCE was disconnect my call. Please find my Order AWB number shared by Bluedart.com. [protected] I have bought so many items through snapdeal but it's first time where i am facing this problem.                     The documents and card send by INDUS IND Bank by AWB [protected] which was out for delivery from the hosur road electronic city branch on 16.06.2015 could not be delivered, as my office was not out of the delivery place at 22/9 Beretana Agrahara, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore. tired today on the phone number [protected] on 18062015 morning for delivery status, No proper response and called the banker and inform non delivery status at 16.30 hours today. ad also informed the Electronic City Branch at 16.50 hours . seems that the delivery person has come to the office and walk back without delivery citing that call was made by his phone to my offical cell phone no. [protected], which i never received and walked away without delivering. Is there a issue by BLUEDART or problem with delivery? can this be resolved please. Called the number [protected] at 16.57 hours which is not picked up and responded. Need resolution for this.

                      " I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE ON MONDAY THE 15TH OF JUNE WHICH WAS SPECIFICALLY FOR URGENT DELIVERY VERIFIED FOR ADDRESS AND DELIVERY STATUS MULTIPLE TIME DURING THE COURSE OF DELIVERY STATUS SHOWN AS OUT FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY THE 16TH BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS RETURNED WITHOUT ANY CALL FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE ON SITE WAS GIVE AN EXCUSE THAT "WE DO NOT CALL ON BANK SHIPMENTS ON THE FIRST GO" HAD GIVEN SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS OVER THE PHONE TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DELIVER IT AFTER 4:30 PM BUT NONE OF THE REQUESTS WERE FOLLOWED ANY DAY. THEN WAS TOLD SHIPMENT WOULD BE SENT AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED THE 17TH ARRIVED HAD REQUESTED THE BANK TO TAKE CARE OF THIS THEY ASSURED THAT CONSIGNMENT WOULD BE DELIVERED AT MY WHOM ADDRESS ON THE 18TH AFTER BANK APPROVAL ALL B.S APPROVAL ALREADY SENT ON THE 16TH MAIL RECORDED BY CITY BANK.                             Dear, This is to state that since last couple of month or so Blue Dart are just trying to deliver my Axis Bank Credit Card, every time the kolkata branch gives out an excuse like I wasn't available, family members wasn't available. Infact today again it was supposed to get delivered and for the same today I took an off from office also, but today also they failed, when I called up Customer Care, amazing reply came to me, our person got confused at your area, as your address is 2, Kustia Masjid Bari Lane, so according to him in my location there are 3-4 buildings with the same address, isn't it a joke. I requested them that you all searched my building location via landmark, they replied, we don't do that, we only go with the address, if we found the same then it's OK or else we return, I guess people should stop putting landmarks on the posting address as those are useless according to them, whereas all the courier companies do get my address so easily, only Kolkata Blue Dart, they are awesome, as well as the way of talking, whereas I myself work at the corporate company, customer service dept are very polite and they should be, but here they are seems to be arrogant.                               From last 3 days the Blue Dart Courier service is not delivering my package they say that the doors are closed. However I have been calling them continously and I am at home with open doors waiting for the package and the only response I am getting is they get my door closed. I have spoken 10 mins back to them they are OK with me launching a complaint to police as well. Pathetic delivery service. Its my Debit card at Stake

                                I am in my office from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM and my company is open 24X7. Bluedart has not delivered my parcel and it has mentioned in the comment that premises is closed. What the hell is this? Very poor service from Bluedart courier. My office is in Pithampur Sector 3, Sagore Kuti.

                                    To start with, I say Blue Dart is pathetic, not reliable, and have the worst service and delivery persons. I was t o receive my package [protected] which Blue Dart claims tried delivering the package to my home. The instances were as below which is funny: The delivery person turned up to my address and found my door was "OPEN", he knocked and no one turned up. :D (Hilarious) I call up the customer care 25 times and I am assured that my package will be delivered on "PRIORITY" I hope you guys know the meaning of it. And today after EOD the tracking shows "landmark required". How did they try to deliver yesterday and today they need landmark. The package contains my ATM pin and the kind of service is really pathetic and to add more the delivery persons language and approach sucks. He firmly spits on my face with his words telling I WONT DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE NOT POSSIBLE. I am still unsure as to when will I get my package.

                                      Such a terrible service. They were supposed to deliver the product to the destinstion but nothing, not even a call from their side. Sometimes things r so important that you need it urgently thats why we pay for it but they keep it for days. They should realise that that we are paying for their bread n butter.

                                        I was supposed to receive a HDFC bank card via Bluedart Ref. no. [protected] at my office. But it reached my address one day prior to the date of delivery. The delivery boy called me from his mobile no. [protected] to come and pick up the consignment within 5 minutes. At that moment I was a bit away from my place so I requested him to wait for 10 minutes. But this fellow very rudely spoke with me and disconnected the call then went away. This is so pathetic and probably the most unprofessional courier service in India. Indian postal service is far more better than them.
